If neocons are saying that America is more peacable for having racial quotas in recruitment, and France less so for having a merit system, they reveal themselves to be antimerit and traitorously cavalier. Racial quotas are decolonizationistic against the population thus victimized; the history of sundry polities demonstrates this correlation approaching unity, between such quotas and the racial partition of the polities involved. This partition, and the civil war or despotism which gives rise to it, must then be the goal of those neocons who corruptly apologize for such quotas.

How fortunate Chris Brand is to be living at number 71 South Clerk Street . One of Edinburgh’s best pubs, The Abbey, is almost within pouring distance at number 65. I love this guy because he is courageous and wages a war-without-end upon the Marxian forces of PC. Racial quotas (in favour of the majority race) may be partially responsible for the relative peace and prosperity enjoyed by Malaysia in the face of the minority market-dominance of the Overseas Chinese.

I doubt that Chris would be much impressed by paranoia about the Chinese—seeing he is married to one

Paranoia doesnt enter into it. The Chinese in Malaysia have long realised what Yale’s Prof Amy Chua, a Filipina Chinese, posited,inter alia, in her book ‘World on Fire’, viz you cant do long-term business so successfully if you are a disliked minority in a potentially unstable political scenario. Malaysia’s Industrial Co-ordination Act, which gave pro-Malay discrimination its teeth, went some way towards making the Chinese community feel much more secure than their co-ethnics in Manila or Jakarta.
