My question is: Did Ian Flemming write this article?
The head of the Papua chapter of the National AIDS Commission, Constant Karma, reportedly slammed the proposal as a violation of human rights.
“People with HIV/AIDS are not like sharks under observation so that they have to be implanted with microchips to monitor their movements,” he told the Jakarta Post on Tuesday.
“Any form of identification of people with HIV/AIDS violates human rights.”
According to data from Papua’s health office cited by the Post, the province has just over 3,000 people living with HIV/AIDS. Some 356 deaths have been reported. Papua has a population of about 2.5 million.

Although Papuans closely resmeble black Africans phenotypically, they are, in fact, the most genetically divergent taxon of humans from the black African.
However, in terms of the primitiveness of their behavior and iQ levels the resemblance is very strong indeed.
The upshot is that they are both unevolved, tropical populations - the Papuans are probably fiercer and nastier than so-called ‘Afro-Americans’.
If and when open-door immigration brings a ‘large Papuan community’ to Los Angeles I predict that the Papuans will ‘whip the asses’ of whimpering, jibbering ‘Afro-Americans’ back to Africa.

The job now before the American people and those of the Eurosphere is to throw off Uncle Sam’s race-replacement régime. (For the Americans it may not be possible without breaking the U.S. up into pieces.)

MSXIII, Eme, Surreneos, Brown Berets, all part of the ethnic cleansing that has been in place for at least a decade,with little warning coming from the race replacement authorities.
If, one lives near this growing danger, it is only a matter of time before one fights or flees, no other choice.
This is an alien culture, aggressive and dangerous.
The “ break- up”, began a decade ago, when this Aztec nation was not put down.

That’s absolutely preposterous. Have you even been confronted by an out of contol angry Afro-American buck? I doubt any Papuan will do any ass whipping. What will likely happen is the Afro will pop a cap in his ass.

No word of a lie, they eat human brain, sucked straight of the skull, with a spoon, for breakfast.
For lunch they prefer parcels of human flesh, wrapped in palm-leaf and baked to succulence in a native pit oven.Their favoured beverage is human blood thickened with manioc flour.

Never, ever let anyone tell you that the until the recent times (the 1950s) the papuans were all cannibals.
As a case in point Dr. Carlton Gadjusek won the Nobel prize in medicine for his work in unravelling the mysterious disease of ‘kuru’ in PNG inthe 1950s.
Kuru was a degenerative wasting disease of the brain and central nervous system with rather similar syptoms to Britain’s ‘Mad Cow Disease’, Gadjusek traced the cause to strange smaller- than- virus infectious particles called ‘prions’ which over millenia evolved a symbiotic relationship with the Papuan brain and Papuan practice of consuming raw-brain, scooped out of the skull of a -living- prisoner as a delicacy.
