The judge ruled that the “victims” fall under the protection of SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation), however, the limit for damage claims are $500,000 maximum per investor.

That said, look for the blame to shift to the SEC. The lawyers for the “victims” will undoubtedly assert that the SEC, in light of several complaints about Madoff, was grossly negligent and incompetent in their investigation of him. I predict the Federal Government will concede and make special allowances in this case. They’ll make sure the so-called “victims” are made whole .. or at least most of them.

As far as the question of: Why did so many sophisticated investors fall prey to Madoff? The answer is simple; they were blinded by greed.

The 3 possibilities I can think of:

1. Madoff made off with $50 billion through a Ponzi scheme.

2. Madoff racked up paper losses comprising a sizeable portion of his investors’ money in the usual way in a declining market (and they all know the market’s not coming back any time soon). He’s deliberately taking a fall for crimes he technically might not have even committed so that Uncle Sam ends up having to give the money back.

3. Some combination of the 2.

Either way, I’d bet a silver round to a silver round that he ends up serving his “time” (if sentenced) in Israel.

If I had to pick one concrete aadvancement to make in this game it would be to ween thinking WN’s off vulgar and self-defeating expression, and make them understand that they can out-compete Jewish moralism and be heard by our own people because they are right.

We have this great strength which we utterly devalue by the use of indisciplined, emotional language.  The last time you, JR, did this, attacking David Duke, there was a chorus of disapproval.  Drop the vulgarity and all the reference to “the Jews” when you mean Jewish financiers.  We are thinking people and we don’t need to be treated to propaganda.

The Madoff case will unravel.  It is wise to wait, which is why I haven’t posted on it yet.  As for the Greek leftist anarchists, immigrant rights is one of their causes.

Harry Markopolos’s 2005 letter to the SEC is interesting for those curious about the Bernie Madoff affair.  Markopolos uses two cases in his letter to explain Bernie’s fabulous claims.  In the first case Bernie was front running his customers’ stock market order flow using his brokerage firm.  In the second case Bernie was separately running a vast Ponzi scheme in his nominally separate hedge fund operation.

The Street and its financial press have naturally jumped on the “Ponzi” scheme.  The Ponzi explanation will stand up if or when all the facts are investigated.  Bernie was operating far too long - almost two decades - for “Ponzi Only” to have worked.

I’m certain Bernie was not only using a “Ponzi” pyramid scheme, but also illegally front running his brokerage customers’ stock trades.  Front running customers’ trades is something The Street does NOT want investigated.  It’s very profitable and can be done entirely apart from Ponzi pyramid schemes.  High profitability means many brokerage firms are involved.

This would explain why Bernie had his children turn him in.  Bernie could probably take the fall for a Ponzi, but it’s impossible for him to be the only one to take the fall for front running trades.  Front running would have required much help from desk traders in his brokerage firm, in which his sons are principals.  Madoff is protecting family.

Waking up the lemmings will be of limited help.  A good example is the JFK murder.  Most Americans, and hence a lot of lambs, know that there were multiple shooters and that JFK was killed by a powerful criminal group that included officials at the highest levels of the U.S. government.  But what have the lambs done?  Nothing!  Most still subscribe to the magazines and newspapers that maintain that lone wolf Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK, and they still regularly watch the TV news channels that maintain this lie, among others.  By now hundreds of thousands of Americans if not a few million should know that JFK was killed by the Jewish crime network.  JFK was opposed to Israel developing nuclear weapons, reissued Lincoln’s greenbacks – a form of government-issued money – and signed an executive order giving the government the ability to print its own, debt-free money, without involving the Jew-owned Federal Reserve, altogether sealing his fate.  But you will still find many Jew-aware lambs funding the Jewish crime network by buying Hollywood movies and magazines published by the Jews.

The lambs will, however, act when they face homelessness and starvation.  This is one reason why a Jew-caused depression will not necessarily be bad for the goyim in the long run.

We don’t need the lambs.  The lambs mostly sit around, waiting for others to take the initiative.  A small group of motivated, wise, courageous and honorable individuals will do the job.  The proof’s in the Renaissance: a small number of white men, facing seemingly insurmountable barriers, triumphing against superstition and the excesses of organized religion.  I’ll have more to say on this later.

3. Another option for Jews is targeted killings/persecution, but the Internet has made this increasingly difficult for the Jews to pull off. 

→When Swedish Prime Minister Sven Olof Palme was shot dead in 1986, it was a shocking event.  He didn’t bother with security when he went out.  What kind of lowlife would kill such an honorable man? 

→In the age of the Internet, ordinary individuals with computer access can read about the strange circumstances behind the deaths of Juergen Moellemann, Anna Lindh and Jorg Haider, and note a pattern.  They were poised to become leaders of Germany, Sweden and Austria, respectively, and were threats to Jewry.  Revisiting the death of Olof Palme, we note that he supported the Palestinian cause and was vocal against Israeli excesses, like Moellemann and Lindh.  Is it difficult to put these observations together and wonder? 

→How about we go back when Huey Long was poised to become the American President in the mid-1930s?  Long would surely have abolished the Federal Reserve and there would’ve been no American participation in World War II (if the Jews could have caused it), not just because of Long, but also because Long would be succeeded by Charles Lindbergh, backed by the money of Henry Ford and running for Gerald Smith’s America First Party.  But Huey Long was shot by a Jew, and whereas the injury was not life threatening, he was attended by a Jewish physician who insisted on emergency surgery and deliberately botched it up, killing Long.  Jews took care of Charles Lindbergh by either killing his baby or kidnapping him (making it look to the world like the baby died) and using the baby to keep Lindbergh on a leash, and they gave Ford the choice of toning down or having his business bankrupted. 

→Ahmed Rami (Radio Islam) seems to have disappeared.  Christopher Bollyn and family were kidnapped by Jews in 2007.  Frank Weltner (Jew Watch) supposedly sold his site and seems to have disappeared. 

There are too many examples like these.  Targeted killings/kidnappings/persecution are not a viable option for realizing a Jewish utopia in the age of the Internet.  And if the Jews try to restrict our Internet access, it will be obvious what must be done.

You can consider other scenarios.  There’s no possibility of the Jews achieving their utopia.

Madoff didn’t rip off as many Jews as people think - for the last couple years and especially the last few months of this scheme he began to solicit all kinds of clients from around the world, including more and more non Jews...he got billions from wealthy non-Jewish investors and banks in Europe, Asia, etc.  He dropped the exclusivity and began to rake in billions from anyone willing to invest with him.

Toward the end Madoff made sure that as many of his fellow Jews as possible got paid off (no losses - probably gains) with this recently solicited non-Jewish money while leaving the non-Jewish investors completely high and dry.

To put thing in perspective:

The total take in the recent bailouts has been upwards of $2,000 billion, most of which was done via the Federal Reserve without any traceability by the people who will pay for it:  the taxpayers.

The Madoff scam, at $50 billion, represents a wart on an 800 pound gorilla.

Access is restricted to those on the guest list, which does not include me, or anyone else here that I know of.  I think it’s got something to do with “asking that intellectual property rights be respected” and this not materializing; that and silver being a douche-bag.  It is a mystery to me: someone writes under a pseudonym on the Internet, presumably altruistically for his people, in the service of a thankless cause that gets nothing but scorn heaped on upon one, and then jealously guards all his pearls, allowing viewing only if viewers acknowledge he is is the one who found them and recoiling with shock when some heap scorn on him for showing his pearls in the aforementioned thankless, altruistic cause?  WTF?

It is true: we love the ones we hurt and hurt the ones.  But I thought love meant never having to say you are sorry?  And, of course, silver is a douche-bag.

CC, there are some misunderstandings here.  First, my request for a “respect for intellectual property” has nothing to do with making money in any way.  It was simply a request for honorable behavior from this blog. 

I should have known better.

Second, and more importantly, you are not missing anything with respect to the WB blog.  There are no new posts that are being hidden and seen by a “select few.” The blog is simply in limbo, no new posts at all.  I mention this so I won’t have any more emails forwarded to me from “Majority Rights” readers asking to be put on the “guest list.” There is no “guest list” and there is no active blog.  There is no reason for any previous reader of WB to feel slighted or left out.  There is nothing to be left out of.

Speaking of blogging, a word of advice to CC and others who are sincere about preservationism is to not bother with “Majority Rights” any more.  I realize that this advice will be ignored, but I offer it nevertheless.

In the coming months/years the market demand for preservationist politics will create niches for an ever increasing array of online and offline activism.  Why waste your time with a political, moral, and ethical cul-de-sac?

Better use for your time: go to blogger and express your own opinions.

This is true.  Also, in college there’s way more basically phony posturing in favor of wacko politics, out of a spirit of rebellion against the parents or whatever it is, posturing that disappears once the students leave college and enter the real world.  Then there’s the ever-present desire of guys in college to get laid, and they’re only too aware that getting laid is greatly facilitated by pretending to sympathise with left-wing politics, left-wing politics being something women, and especially female college students, especially fall for.  Finally, aren’t all audiences for presidents’ speeches, be it President Clinton, President Bush, or whoever, carefully selected in advance, and double-checked at the door, so as to consist only of political partisans?  I think they are.

My reply to Eugen Sandow:  As good as the Western Biopolitics blog was — and it was one of the best — there’s an important sense in which its avoidance of a comments feature did not make it superior to MR.com, and that is the educational sense:  it was, I believe, less didactic.  Thanks to MR.com‘s comments feature a huge amount of material is thrashed out, forced to state itself clearly, forced to defend itself; a huge amount of reasoning and argument is put on full display for dissection, assault, and judgement as to which side is right and which wrong.  That’s of immense benefit not only for newbies but for guys like me who came to this already with strong opinions then were forced to 1) state them clearly and 2) defend them.  You get a lot straightened out in your own brain. 

You can’t buy that.  What GW is doing here, the service he’s rendering, is without price.  You have to respect that, as annoying and, sometimes, distracting as a comments feature can be.  You have to acknowledge it.

I’ll go out on a limb and say this blog, in its four years of existence, has exerted influence beyond what its regulars here even suspect.

That said, the contributions of JWH (whom, I surmise, I am addressing right now) have also been without price, and have also exerted profound influence.

Just the circumstantial evidence, Jupiter.  First Spencer posts his bit about suspending commenting, then the very next thing he posts is his shit talk about racialism.  On the Political Cesspool Gottfried said that they will need their own media and billions of dollars.  Notice their new Mencken Club that will attempt to repopularize Nietzsche, filtering it through the prism of Mencken.  Notice also the focus on trust-fund WASP life-style schtick.  It is obvious, they want the money of the trust fund WASPs.  In a recent article, Marcus Epstein slyly denounced Buchanan style populism as demagoguery.  It is all a part of the anti-populist, trust-fund WASP elitist consensus they are trying to forge.  I pointed out in some of my comments that they were, in effect, conceding populism to White Nationalists.  Apparently this is their counter: a flaccid, left-allied, non-racialist populism.  It is all too disgusting for words.  Shit, in the article about Nietzsche Spencer wrote, he even stole some of my phrasing in comments I made, that they deleted, in which I predicted their current strategy down to the letter, a few weeks ago.

You should listen to the Gottfried’s latest Political Cesspool interview.  Not only does he say the faileocons need their own media and billions of dollars to fund it, he criticizes the thrust of Catholicism for changing the Protestant, Northern European character of America.  This is a shift from his previous criticism of Protestantism as containing the seeds of the ethno-masochism of WASPs (which was obviously his way of shifting blame away from the Tribe).  He has also, of late, written articles with a muted Nordicist tone as well as making his attacks on the neocons more explicit as to its Jewish nature.  I guess he thinks the best way to protect the Tribe is to check its more obnoxious actors.  Is he a ‘righteous Jew’?  I suspect to a degree, as far as that can ever go.  It is evident to me, from following closely what goes on there, that Gottfried is their ‘chief strategist’, they listen to him.  Good intentioned or not, there will never be a sufficiently muscular force for our people that can come out of faileoconservatism: self-evidently, if they won’t even explicitly advocate for White people.  Besides, the demographics have gone too far down hill.  Even if all immigration were cut off today, our minority status is guaranteed.  White Nationalism must, necessarily, be populist in character.  The only way we can secure the existence of our people is to get enough of them on our side: that will necessitate organizing them in a way that is consistent with their interests; the proof for them, will be in the pudding.

BTW, I know your pet cause in Nordicism.  No argument from me with that.  I’m of German-Dutch-English-Scottish ancestry, and would like to protect my genetic interests.  My usage of “WASP” in the above context is consistent with the faileocon’s usage.  It is descriptive of the phony, race-traitorous elite that have sold out our people, and who the faileocons want back in the fold so they can get their money.  I’m in this game for White racialist populism; not to pad the egos of social climbing phonies, race traitors and trust-fund jerkoffs who have no solidarity with our people.

Without a doubt the revolt has to be from the ground up. The powers that over at Taki and Chronicles have problems with White Nationalist. I suspect their hostility comes from their fear of economic populism. White Nationalist do not worship nor respect the superrich and the old aristocracy...northern and southern varieties.Behind every great fortune is a great crime. Kind of obvious isn’t it. Comments will be suspended indefintitely over at Taki… indefinitely. The Republican party will never reform itself.

Scum such as Madoff and other Hedge fund managers are parasites. What they do does nothing to stabilize prices and promote productive economic investment which was the original intent of the concept of the stock market.  I’d like to hear James Bowery’s views on this.

A small number of individuals should not be allowed to controll so much $$$$$$$$$. Allowing this scum to controll a majority of the wealth of the nation allows them to control the lives and destinies of a majority of Native Born White Americans. WE exist largely to serve them.

Silver, you compared to the proprietor of the WesternBiopolitics blog are as a dog turd compared to a diamond, to borrow a simile he once used appropriately to compare you to James Bowery (I hope I’m remembering that right, I don’t want to misquote him — it was either that or a dog turd to a ruby, a dog turd to an emerald, a dog turd to a sapphire, something like that:  a dog turd compared to something of immense value).  (Actually, he never should have deigned to notice you.  As Richard Poe used to say, there’s an old Russian proverb that goes like this:  “When a dog barks, a man doesn’t answer; still less does a man answer when a dog turd barks.”

There are a couple of odd things about the “huge gaps in this side’s logic” claim of yours (more than a couple, but I’ll mention two):  for one thing it’s odd that you’re still coy about citing them all, considering you’re “on our side” now, so no longer in need, as you were at first, of keeping them in reserve as future ammunition against us; for another, the word “logic” doesn’t really fit there, as describing such elementary aspects of our experience of the world as grass is green, fire burns, dogs (and some dog turds) bark, Negroes and Euros are different races (different species, actually) and if the two all intermarry as the Jews wish there’ll be no whites left, only (applying the one-drop rule) Negroes left, and so on, is merely to report the direct evidence of the senses, something requiring no particular application of logic.

I have to say, by way of thanks, that MR played a key role in my views on race, immigration, and Jews. MR converted me from the Paleocon camp. Over the last 20 years I’ve progressed from Republican--->Conservative--->Paleoconservative--->White Nationalist (for lack of a better term). Where do I (we) go next? I wonder.

Why is “dissection” of ideas important here (actually, most of what passes for “didactic” “analysis” here is actually ad hominem abuse), but not elsewhere, such as at Dienekes’ blog?  Dienekes has a comments section, and there was a perfectly legitimate area of debate and analysis: Dienekes’ “take” on “jus sanguinis” and the inability of a commentator there to defend his opinion praising Pontikos for a position supporting a pro-miscegenation definition of “jus sanguinis.”

Presumably this blog exists to achieve a particular sociopolitical aim.  Is it progressing toward that aim?  Or hindering it?  What doctors learn: “first do no harm.”

Is this blog helping or harming?  Fred will say it is helping.  I can understand your position - you’ve invested much time and intellectual effort here as a welcome commentator.  But others have invested much here in the past as well, including dozens of blog posts, which, you can be assured, took some time and effort to compose.  And, yet - and yet - when confronted with the tragic decline of this blog, such people need to face the truth and state that harm is being done.

There’s more to this thing of ours than the media’s polls and manipulations.  Online I’ve never seen so many awakened whites, and not merely on our boards.  I see ethno-politics coming up in many forums across the “blogosphere.”

Stay positive, Dave.

I’ve said many times that if critical mass (much smaller than is commonly believed, imo) is achieved, the pace and progress will be astounding for most; a shrug of the shoulders and our people could be free and sovereign.

I’ve also said many times that Jews fight as if they’re in the fight of their lives.  Sure, it’s kulturkampf, bloodless war, but they’re fighting tooth and nail.  That’s why Jews fly off the handle so quickly, leaving those with inferior racial instincts like your typical white completely tacken aback at the fury.

I’m not sure I’ve really stated, or even understood, the real point here - the battle’s being fought right now.  There is no final gathering of forces, no far-off battlefield, no fated clash of titans.

This is it, right here, right now.  The front line is everywhere.

I think Jews understand this well, at least at some level.  They certainly behave in ways consistent with this.

As for signs, I recently took heart from the fact that a Secret Service man said in an email to a coworker that PC and AA are destroying America.  If someone as ipso facto a King’s man as a SS agent can think it, much less put it in an email, I think the S.S. Destroy Whitey is heading for choppy waters.

But it’s long been apparent that the Internet is teeming with white people who care about their race, relatively speaking.  We infest wherever we’re not forbidden (laughing at a certain Greek shipping magnet as I write).  We’re obviously far more motivated than typical political types.  Not saying we’re in good shape or anything, but obviously there are some still, deep waters out there because online we’re a constant presence, which doesn’t square with our supposed petri dish status.

As “Just Say Negro” showed in that thread, Dienekes says that someone who is 1/32 Greek and 31/32 Sub-Saharan can be considered Greek.  Try making several million people with those bloodline proportions into anything resembling Greece, Dienekes, and you’ll see your confusion for what it is.

Dienekes has approached all this over the years from his original starting position as a man deciedly of the “left” (what I call the Degenerates:  my label for the “two poles of politics” isn’t “Right-Left” but “Normal-Degenerate").  It must truly be psychologically wrenching for a Degenerate (a man of the “left” in other words, to employ the common parlance) to endeavor sincerely to face the facts of science as regards race, so wrenching that without nerves of iron such a man may not be able to maintain his mental equilbrium and may go off the deep end, whether in little or big ways.  Alternately expressing opinions that are grossly inconsistent with one another might be one manifestation of that mental disequilibrium.  For a man whose original starting position was Normalness (a man of the “right” in other words, to use the common term) rather than Degenerateness ("leftism") facing scientific facts will be less of a strain on the mental faculties responsible for maintaining equilibrium.

I think what Dienekes (and Sailer) do is carefully walk backwards into race realism. Facing back into the racial egalitarian world. The folks still back there, whether left or right, can see their smiling faces receding into the distance but there is still enough of a link to lull them into security. Maybe Dienekes is about to take one step further back and drop below the egalitarian horizon.

Thanks, Wanderer.  Dienekes may have softened some of his leftism over the past five years as a result of facing certain facts of genetic science.  I thought I saw signs of that — but maybe not, I could be totally wrong:  the burning hatred, the astonishing blindness to human nature, and the extreme general confusion that drives leftism have roots that go very deep in the individual psyche.  His recent thread in which the commenter signing as “Just Say Negro” (as was referred to above) drew certain crucial clarifications out of him was an eye-opener.  It certainly was for me, at any rate, speaking as one who’d been duped by the reasonble-soundingness of the rules for citizenship he had laid out in his log entry. 

But you know, the other thing is, we on this side don’t need to care about those fools on the other side who stay mired there despite having been given every opportunity to see truth and fight their way out of the fever swamp into the open disease-free air and finally lose the delirium and start thinking straight.  We only need to be grateful we’re not stuck there as they are — grateful, and move on with our comrades.  There’s work to be done, our army’s on the move, and every man of us knows his job.  We don’t have time for looking back at the crazies and wondering why they never escaped when given the chance.  It’s a pity.  But our future beckons and we have to leave the doomed where they lie and get on with our work.

Its difficult to tell exactly what Dienekes really stands for. A lot of the stuff he posts is just summaries of what he read elsewhere, with no “I agree/disagree” with it. He may address particular technical details, but he doesn’t seem to come to any sort of conclusion (at least, this is my impression when reading his articles on EGI and other topics).

He posted an entry just a couple days ago emphasizing the fact that ethnicity has a genetic basis. He also rebuts Arthur Kemp’s criticisms of him that he allegedly supports wholesale race-mixing by making it clear that race-mixing destroys the original composition of either race.

From his response to Kemp and his citizenship article+comments, I would get the impression that Dienekes is against wholesale immigration and race-replacement but doesn’t have as big of a problem with the occasional mixed-race marriage and offspring, likely because, in his view, it would not radically alter the racial composition of Greece and would be incremental rather than radical.

Its not an ideal position, but its much better than the selfish positions of the subcons and Marxists over at GNXP. Clearly, he is a racialist to some degree.

It would be nice if he could be prodded to explore and expound on his views some more but perhaps he is, as stated, a bit timid in how he approaches the subject.

Its difficult to tell exactly what Dienekes really stands for.

For those confused, Dienekes’ worldview consists of Eastern Orthodox Christianity, Greek nationalism, and “Mediterranean” chauvinism. This was true 7 years ago and it’s true today. He is not a white nationalist. He has no sympathies with WN. He has not moved toward WN or “away from leftism” over the past 7 years, nor is he hiding WN sympathies to keep his audience. He was exactly as anti-WN before he had a blog and before his blog had an audience (while also being more nakedly anti-Northern European).

Dienekes feels a cultural connection first to Greeks and then to Orthodox Christians; he feels racial kinship first with Greeks, Southern Italians, and Turks (his ancestors hailing from Turkey) and then with other “Mediterranean” Caucasoids, European and non-European. He was also quite fond of the “Han Chinese”.

My sense is that he denies any strictly racial definition of “Greek” primarily because only with his loose definition can he argue strongly for continuity between ancient and modern Greeks, and secondarily because he thinks Greece is in no danger of being racially transformed and he believes mouthing PC sentiments can win him status points in the West at no cost to his native country. (One might unkindly speculate that, tertiarily, he’s not sure he won’t have to settle for a Han Chinese wife, and he wants to keep his options open.)

Incidentally, I consider Dienekes’ worldview perfectly legitimate for someone living in Greece. But when someone with this worldview comes to my country and leeches off taxpayer-funded resources here while trying to promote their worldview, I consider it bald ethnic aggression.

N/A, your last comment could be taken to mean that Dienekes lives in the USA, is that true? And by “his ancestors were from Turkey” you presumably mean ethnic Greeks formerly in coastal Anatolia. [From my (limited) experience with both groups, I’d say that it’s generally difficult to tell a Greek from a Turk by appearance.]

Dienekes rejects both the concept and the reality of Europe, whether ethnoculturally or biologically.  Here’s what he says:

“that it is more distant, in the Near Eastern direction, from the European genetic centroid”

The “European genetic centroid” may interest people descended from all over Europe.  For members of particular ethnic groups, the point of interest is the centroid of their own ethnic group, and the relationship of other ethnic groups to it.

E.g., from the Italian point of view, Cypriots and Turks are much closer than Russians, Norwegians, or Irishmen are, even though the latter set are Europeans geographically and the former are not.

Thus, from your favorite vantage point of “ethnic genetic interests”, a marriage between an Italian and a Turk is less “damaging” to Italian genetic interests than a marriage between an Italian and a Finn is.

“If cultural and historical and civilizational aspects of identity are included, indigenous Europeans, particularly those from the Balkans (!), do not in any way positively identify with Turks.”

People from the Balkans do not positively identify with most other people from the Balkans either!  Being on one side of an imaginary line separating continents is no guarantee of amity.  Indeed, most ethnic conflict that European nations have faced is with their neighbors (European or not).

It’s preferrable to have a realistic policy towards other ethnic groups based on particular circumstances and common interests, rather than on a sort of sentimental idealism about Europeans vs. non-Europeans.

For him Europe does not exist.  All that exists is the Greek “genetic centroid,” like the center of the universe, and perhaps one or two nearby groups, Turks included ahead of, say, Frenchmen and not only that, there’s no reason apart from “sentimenal idealism about Europeans” to categorize any grouping that includes Greeks and Frenchmen to the exclusion of Turks.

What Dienekes is doing is taking Greece out of the concept of Europe and making it the center of a new concept that radiates out a certain distance in all directions (but not too far out, lest it encompass the hated nords) to encompass a few surrounding peoples on all sides of Greece the universe’s center.  That’s what he’s doing, subtracting Greece from Europe, all because of his hatred of nords.  It’s pathetic.
