The Hooda Problem
The Hooda Problem
By
Robert Reis
During my first faculty meeting at the Middle Eastern university where I recently taught, one of the female teachers expressed her unhappiness that the faculty was not freely associating with her.
This female teacher was wearing a black abaya covering her body, a black shela covering her hair, and an impenetrable black veil covering her entire face. She was not wearing gloves so it was possible to see that she had a dark African complexion. Her English was clear and native to either Canada or the United States
The other female Muslim teachers were wearing multicolored dresses and simple hijabs to modestly cover their hair. None of them were making it impossible to see any of their facial features.
The female non-Muslim teachers were not required to wear abayas, shelas or veils.
The female students at the university had to wear an abaya amd a shela, but the university did not mandate a veil covering all or part of the face. The students could select abayas and shelas with gold or silver embroidered fashion accents.
The university divided the students by gender, but teachers were assigned to male or females classes irrespective of their gender.
The masked female teacher was assigned to a female class. I observed that she covered the window in the door of her classroom with paper so nobody could catch a glimpse of her or her students. In this she was unique.
I was told that the masked female teacher was named Hooda and that she was a Canadian.
Hooda shared an office with several other teachers. It was not a comfortable situation. Her understanding of Islam was fundamentalist and she was quite vocal in her criticism of the non-Islamic attitudes of the non-Muslims in her office.
By chance, I had dinner with a non-Muslim female teacher from the United States who shared a villa with Hooda and some other non-Muslim female teachers from the west.
She told me that Hooda was a Somali refugee who had acquired Canadian citizenship.
Life in their villa was not harmonious. Hood did not make a secret of her strongly held extremist views. She also liked to play Somali music at the loudest possible volume at all hours of the day and night.
The American lady went in to tell me that back home she had been active in many religious organizations. She was particular proud that her church was active in helping refugees from Somalia settle in her hometown.
I do not want to leave you with the impression that all of the Somali ladies living in this part of the Middle East are extremists who dress and behave like Hooda.
Those Somali ladies who have not been to Canada dress with stylish modesty and do not cover their faces with impenetrable veils.

I’m in favour of Islamic fundamentalism. It is useful. It’s a bit negative, though, if Hooda wants the less enslaved Muslim women to associate with her - unless, of course, she is merely seeking the opportunity to dress them in a tent as well.
In that event, all power to her!
If she wants to wear a veil thats her business not your your no-one special to tell her what she can and cant wear its her own dawn choice, i dont tell all those trashy-income support pikies up north to wear burrberry but they do and they piss me off to the -th degree

Sometimes I wonder about these non-Whites who come in here complaining about the racism while at the same time spewing anti-White racism of their own. I suspect that their views aren’t confined to a retaliatory response to us, but that they genuinely feel that way and would easily express the same views in every day situations. They’re so used to their own people being allowed to be racist while the White society in which they live viciously attacks the same feeling in the majority, that the hypocrisy just doesn’t register.

Danielle - no-one said it wasnt her choice but it certainly should be our choice whether to import any more like her.

God bless ‘em, they crop up all over the place. They’re bread and butter for us.

When I wear my ski mask out to the liquor store or bank, nobody wants to associate with me either. I can’t imagine why though.

You gloss over the point that these non-white, non-Christian, non-Europeans have NO PLACE in the West, or in Canada or the USA, AS THESE NATIONS WERE CONSTRUCTED.
Knowing that, then the real question to be asked is, WHY are they here in the first place?
That they are coming to both countries (USA CAN) seems bizarre, until one realizes that the Jews in power in both the USA and Canuckstan are seeking a multicultural morass, in order to HIDE THEIR POWER-GRABS for ultimate control, (witness the neo-cons during the last 16 years- 8 of Bush and 8 of Slick Willie) and THEN, you then begin to understand why they are the most vocal in their claims for ‘persecuted peoples.’
Surely the Palestinian christians are the most persecuted people in the world today, or even the White South Africans. But they are NEVER PERMITTED To be heard of.... or to emigrate to either CAN or USA in free numbers. No, WE only get the MUSLIMS!
Wonder why?
1) because Israel must have ‘different rules’ for her peoples, and the rest of the world follows to their tune of ‘one law for me, another for thee.’
2) non-Jews are ‘animals’ according to the talmud, which filters down even to the most secular, ‘scientific’ Jew, influencing their culture, their Weltanschauung, their writings. (cf. McDonald on this)
3) as long as Jews can claim unique, special ‘persecuted people’ status, their sufferings are of an order and magnitude that continual ‘reparations,’ ‘special interests’ and ‘considerations’ MANDATE that such ‘unique treatment’ is/are given to them, and them ONLY, FOREVER.
Meanwhile, we have their fifth columnists destroying our lands, our peoples, our Cultures, and it all seems to be so ‘tolerant’ and ‘diverse’ - while they sit in xenophobic luxury.
Sorry, not buying it anymore. Not ONE MORE SHEKEL.
“Rome for the Romans,” as Britten’s Opera, “Rape of Lucretia” says.
Christendom for the Christians, likewise.

The choice isn’t yours to make, since you/we have zero say in the matter. Let’s be real here!
Btw—Islam is the fastest growing ‘religion’ in the USA. I assume the same thing is true in Western Europe ... probably even more so.

Onlooker-
I have a great say in this matter, and so do you! (if you truly care about the West)
While we still have a first amendment, with a second amendment to back it up, the image of Revolutionary War preachers wearing battle dress under their pastoral robes is still a vivid image of what the West, what White Men, what CHRISTIAN men can, nay, MUST do, to keep the Bastards from the city gates!
Christus vivat!
Christus regnat!
Christus Imperator!

posts like Fr. John’s make me smile.

roll back the clock just a few hundred years, to the arrival of Columbus, then Pizarro and his merry ilk. don’t you think the native population of the americas wanted to say: “these white, european, worshippers of a bigoted god have no place in our lands’? it was no evil conspiracy then, Fr. John-though great evil did result from it. it was simply greed. the near-genocide of my grandmother’s people-she was Tsalagi, i identify myself as ‘other’ when i’m feeling irritable, otherwise i simply check ‘caucasian’-began in simple greed. prejudice and hatred developed to blind and soothe the consciences of what became a very deliberate campaign to eliminate the native populaton of the americas.
i find it incredibly amusing to read of the european hysteria (white european hysteria) upon being faced with immigration. just what IS it about white europeans and those raised with white european bias that makes them believe that not only where they happen to be, but wherever they happen to want to be, is sacred? dear god, your progeny is now scattered on every continent, your genetic heritage secured. relax, already. or do you actually believe that because you DO now inhabit every continent that every continent ‘belongs’ to you? please. get a grip. not every racial group has this need for world dominion.
just because people from your neck of the world thought they had the divine right/white man’s burden (snicker) to go forth and subdue all nations does not mean that anyone else gives a crap about taking over “your” territory. i don’t know if it’s paranoia, guilty conscience, or an inability to get that not everyone else shares your motivations-but whatever iit is, i find it funny. europeans worried about being subsumed by immigration...wow. better be careful about buying textiles from those people who have no right to be in your country-they might just have heard about the smallpox-infected blankets the white settlers handed out to deliberately infect the indigenous american population. early biological warfare-clever in an absolutely viciously amoral sort of way.
i have faith that eventually this absurd territoriality will become more diffuse. but please hear me. while i do find it logically ridiculous for you to state that non-white, non-christian, non-europeans have no place in the west (considering the fact that my grandmother’s people were here FIRST, and were not white, christian, or european), i do not find your arrogance in the least amusing. i find it pathetic, and it makes me cringe for the essential poverty of your soul...but it does not make me laugh. first remove the beam from your own eye, Fr. John...perhaps then you could see more clearly.
