Distributed Electronic Barter System Archive

Posted by James Bowery on Saturday, 26 September 2009 17:54.

I’ve previously written here about an actual, real live, in-existence, software package for distributed electronic barter using military grade encryption.  Well, as part of the archiving of my files from the soon-to-be-defunct geocities free webhosting service, I realized that this software package might become otherwise unavailable, so I’ve archived the latest version here for those of sufficient technical talent.

That is all.

Not quite all, James.  I’ve added the tag White Communities and Micro-Economies so people can find the link in an appropriate cache.

I hope that pro-whites in the US are sufficiently connected to be able to utilize that program. Good addition to cooperation.

Yes, James, absolutely a stunning contribution to the development of cooperation between whites - world wide, who can now use the power of computers to help them barter life’s necessities.

Not to be telling you what to do but you could move this technology, replete with military grade encryption, over with your multi machine here:

while we wait for The Amoral Leader to use us, but who is waiting for us, to line up and be lead.

It’s ironic, and I can’t really explain why, but this guy reminds me a lot of GT.

“It’s ironic, and I can’t really explain why, but this guy reminds me a lot of GT.”

“I had exactly the same feeling, James.”

You’re both wrong. Positive Subliminal Audio Programming is Wild Bill.

Q, I didn’t say that GT and Wild Bill were the same person.  It is the similarity in behavior, if not also in effect, that is striking.

James, I see what you mean now and agree.

At first glance, I thought you were implying GT was returning in another incarnation.

Here is how the enemy has destroyed representative government, world wide:

#1. the enemy floods the representative with proposals that must be voted on, today, right now.

In the case of the US House of Representatives; 100 votes per day, 25 thousand per year.
Each vote presumably has a cash value to the representative…

This is done at the state level too.
The Texas representatives are in session only 6 months, so they vote 100 times per day or 12,500 times per session.

This is what you do here at Majority Rights… Bowery with your inclusion of every cute idea and opinion you have ever had… The same goes for you too Scrooby.  I hate to break the news to you but no one cares what your religious beliefs are or how you arrived at them.

If either of you was serious about the plight of humanity you would at least be focused on what can realistically make some sort of a difference in the unfolding of the disaster… but no… every time something really contemporary comes up you feed in some obfuscation to bury it ... and then add in your your opinions and imaginings which drives off, probably most if not all, of the people who come here looking for some useful direction.

Oh, you don’t believe it?
Take a look at the statistics for Majority Rights here:
http://www.alexa.com/

The site will now go quiet until someone puts up something useful, like Norman Lowell’s You Tube pieces, and then you guys will be back with more stories about what you did on your summer vacation, never staying on the point raised.

So congratulations are again in order to the miscreants like you who really are able to suppress all coherent discussion with their unlimited capacity to shovel bullshit.

Go peddle your swill in Whitley Strieber’s next book, Wild Bill.  That’s your speed.  Nothing whatsoever about you is for the serious-minded.  Now, drop off.

The explanation isn’t that simple, Fred.  It is exactly as he says: “every time something really contemporary comes up” like an actual software package for alternative currencies or the multi-machine promoted by GT “you” meaning Wild Bill here “feed in some obfuscation to bury it ... and then add in your your opinions and imaginings which drives off, probably most if not all, of the people who come here looking for some useful direction”.

Perfect projection.

This is exactly the kind of preemptive projection Jews reflexively pull off in their cinematic defamations.

The main difference between GT and Wild Bill is the precise nature of what sets either of them aflame, but one thing I know for sure:  I set them both off.

Am I alone in this distinction?  I can’t really tell.

James,

What is the quickest way to acquire said “sufficient technical talent”?  I’m willing to do so, learn quickly, and have some time to dedicate.  Thanks.

I just discovered that recent distributions of Linux will not compile the program successfully and am in the process of determining why that is.  When I have it fixed, it will require a lot less in the way of technical skill to deploy a dbarter server.

One thing I can recommend you look into seriously if you have some math background is to get a good handle on arbitrage and, once mastered, go on to arbitrage pricing theory.  I believe this will be important to minimizing human labor in maintaining liquidity in a multiple barter currency microeconomy.  That is, an economy in which a lot (hundreds) of independent actors are offering transferable promises to the microeconomy in lieu of “the coin of the realm”.  Without such automation, it will be far harder to decentralize monetary authority.

This is the next big chunk of software that must be written to help get this system off the ground and I haven’t done the theoretic work to design it properly.
