When the film is released, I guess we’ll find out if this is true or not, won’t we? Violence from Muslims, in reaction to this film, will only vindicate Mr. Wilders. If the Muslims are smart, they’ll hold peaceful protests and candle light vigils, not lifting a hand against anybody. Such a response would surely embarrass Mr. Wilders and show him to be wrong in front of the whole world. Are Muslims, as a whole, mature enough to see that and react peacefully? Don’t count on it but one could always hope.

Interesting post by “jewamongyou” at Amren.  He wants Europe’s Muslims to embarrass Mr. Wilders by responding peacefully.  Why is that, do you think?

You’ve got it exactly right, Prozium (I expected no less).  It’s quite honestly painful for me to watch them criticise Muslims because they are not tolerant enough towards women, gays, whatever. They (Wilders and his party) divide people on the basis of religion (for which they are loathed) but should do so on the basis of race (for which they would truly be hated and in all likelyhood banned). Still, I voted for him last election mainly as a way to give the finger to the establishment.

However, some of their enemies accuse them of being dishonest. They say that for Wilders and his party it’s not really about religion but just old-fashioned “racism”. That they put a liberal sauce on their arguments. For example, the argument is sometimes made by right-wingers that we should cut down on immigration because that would make it easier for immigrants who are already here to “integrate” (an argument that VDare likes to make too). Their enemies suggest this is just a slick way of advancing White interests while appearing to be concerned about the plight of immigrants.

The liberal discourse is still extremely dominant. Human rights, tolerance, freedom of religion, equality, non-discrimination, all these favorite liberal buzzwords figure prominently - exclusively - in the discussions. Until we get out of this, until we develop our own sets of words that set the debate, we are reduced to playing by their rulse. And that means no importance can be attached to a racial/ethnic identity. It’s almost as if talk about racial interest, ethnic identity etc is a foreign language that people have simply not mastered.

Oh one last thing. One of the things he says in this clip is that if you would remove the “hateful” and “violent” passages from the Koran (or however you write it) you end up with something as thick as the Donald Duck. LOL.

I assume everyone has seen this. 

Maybe the Most Reverend Archbishop will be the first to be stoned under Sharia Law?  Is that too much to hope?  (Or perhaps we could arrange for that honor to go to Tony Blair who saddled Britain with this charlatan?)
