I hope those open up the proper sites. If you cannot open them, go to the Introduction at our web site and scroll down to “Prepare for Lawsuits.” Links are there to these two sites and several others. (You will have to experiment with the links to find the right two. This is a section under development.)
We aren’t as appalled by this attempt to shrink the First Amendment—we have been studying it to see if any of its arguments and doctrines will be useful to gain Majority Rights. This kind of crazy thing happens a lot on three-judge panels with Judge Reinhardt. The attorneys are taking the matter to a larger 9th circuit panel where it will most likely be thrown out.
Incidentally, the author of the decision, Judge Reinhardt, is married to the harridan head of ACLU in southern California. Yes, she is a member of JJR’s tribe that is kindly bent to ease us with their massive good-will and generous global priestly caste.
