Greetings from a fellow descendant of clan Fraser.

Diaspora populations of the British Isles are frequently condemned for having “displaced” native populations around the world and are routinely vilified for attempting to hold onto lands they have occupied against the onslaught of further migrations.  Dr. Frank Salter has written about the importance of carrying capacity on sustainability of immigration.  Specifically, that an immigrant might “pay his way” if he increases the carrying capacity of the land to which he immigrates.  By this standard, there seems to be little doubt that the early settlers of Australia and most other European settlements around the world have more than paid their own way in terms of carrying capacity increases —particularly compared to recent immigrants—yet I never see this argument brought up during political discourse.  How do you see carrying capacity impact becoming part of the debate over immigration and have you done quantitative research regarding carrying capacity for Australia?

Dr. Fraser,

Three questions.

1.
Media. An Australian acquaintance has informed me that Murdoch and the Packer family hold a duopoly over Australia’s mass media. I knew about the mischlinge Murdoch, but it surprised me to hear that the “Packers” are Jewish. Does this describe Australia’s media situation accurately? 

2.
Government. MSM frequently reports that US neocons approve of PM Howard as a fellow traveler. This usually spells catastrophe for the native population—see Steven Harper, Bush, and Blair. Please let us know what you think.

3.
The political system of US and Canada are a two-party duopoly (or rather a monopoly posing as a duopoly), respectively: 

Democract/Liberal—aimed at the working class and nonwhite minority. Historically dominated by you-know-who.

Republican/Conservative—populated by wealthy WASPs, traditionalists, and upper middle class types. Now also dominated by you-know-who.

Does the same setup operate in Australia? Is it operated by the same ethnic minority?

1. What do you think of La Griffe du Lion’s assertion that:

In market economies, per capita GDP is directly proportional to the population fraction with verbal IQ equal to or greater than 106.

Lion asserts this as a theory of why Asian economies lag European/Euro-origin economies despite the higher mean IQ. How do you reconcile that position with your “growing cognitive elite of East Asians threatens to become a “market-dominant minority”  in Australia?

2. Darwin writes:

“This virtue, [humanity] one of the noblest with which man is endowed,seems to arise incidentally from our sympathies becoming more tender and more widely diffused, until they are extended to all sentient beings.

As soon as this virtue is honoured and practised by some few men, it spreads through instruction and example to the young, and eventually becomes incorporated in public opinion.As man advances in civilisation, and small tribes are united into larger communities, the simplest reason would tell each individual that he ought to extend his social instincts and sympathies to all the members of the same nation, though personally unknown to him.

This point being once reached, there is only an artificial barrier to prevent his sympathies extending to the men of all nations and races.

The formation of the “hybrid” English nation you discuss was a function of altruism. Currently, mass migration appears at the invitiation of civilised host societies with a highly evolved and publicly re-enforced humanitarian instinct, however, it appears to portend extinction especially when host tribes are less fecund.  Altruism provides a fitness/survival benefit in relation to tribes that are genetically close. However, as Darwin suggested, altruism is extended to even those who are genetically distant. Evolutionary principle suggests a fitness benefit follows. However, Salter suggests that altruism extended to genetically distant people portends diminishment. How do you reconcile the two positions?

Professor Fraser - well done on surviving the gauntlet of persecution without once stooping to apologise for what you rightly said.  That took a rare form of courage.

Can I ask what you’re doing now - both in terms of your career and any activism you may be engaged in?

What do you think are the best medium-term and long-term strategies for those Europeans the world over who have not descended into what has been called “racial nihilism”, that is to say those who have the sense to oppose the annihilation of their people and society by means of mass-incompatible-immigration? To use the old cliche, “what can one man do?”

Drew,

You are currently writing the book that I really believe needs to be written, and which is, I hope I am right in saying, an epidemiological study of the power elite.  The little I know of its plan thusfar suggests that you are taking an Anglocentric view, which was also the position taken by Sam Francis in The American Ruling Class.  Do you agree with SF that the glue holding the elites together is the congruence of interests, or do you think more along the lines of shared principle (for instance, in CP or progressivism)?

SF was very interested in Burnham’s managerialism, and Frank Salter also pays his dues to Burnham in On Genetic Interests.  SF posits managerialism in broad opposition to the values of the old aristocracy and owners of industry.  How much of the power elite do you characterise as managerial in nature?

How much significance do you attach to the supra-elites that remain hereditary, and exist beyond the national elites?  Here I mean the princes of high finance and even the genuine nobility?

      At what point do you think Euro-descended Australians will decide that there are a sufficient number of Muslim interlopers in the country that was once their own?
