Heavens, Stuka, I didn’t even see anything.  Save your sympathy for the people who suffered, of whom there will be a fair few when the count is finalised.  Some survivors stories reported here.

David, Geoff and everyone on the Blog,

I am alive and well, thank God.

Luckily I don’t work in the City now, so I didn’t witness any of this. I got to work early at about 8:15 so I was in the office before any of this happened. But at 9:40 I went down for a cup of coffee and was a bit surprised to see the lifts almost completely empty….....then saw the news.

We must let this sink in before we put this in the proper context. If its of any comfort to us, let me say that this could have been much much worse. It may, however, not be the last I fear.

Phil, I understand your logic, though “rage” may be an appropriate reaction.  Not for retaliation purposes, but for legislative purposes.  Maybe it will awaken the slumbering (both common man and politician) in order to put into place immigration mortatorium and DEPORTATION legislation.  I am very happy that you and GW are alright.  God help the not so lucky.

Yes, I hope that such events will bring people to their senses and make them see the insanity behind our current state of affairs.

What I meant by rage getting the better of my judgement is that I would rather not say anything intemeperate on this blog only to regret it later. I did say a few intemperate things when I heard about it on the news (things that cannot be expressed in writing on a public forum).

I do hope that this event will make people realise that it is our politicians that have brought this day upon us. The seeds of what we are now seeing were sown a long time ago when the floodgates were first opened. This is, I think, the crucial connection that the “average” man on the street will have to make. It should be obvious to anyone who isn’t an ideologue and who isn’t blinded by modern pieties about “tolerance”.

Before I go to bed chaps, I want to convey my heartfelt thanks to all of you for praying for our well being.

I will do a post on it this weekend as I am sure GW will do too. In the meantime, I think in the tradition of recognizing good judgement, let us not forget the men who got it right and cut through the chaff that we have to deal with from the media.

There isn’t any reason to blame anyone for these terrorist acts but the high officials that are invading the world and inviting the world.

If they’d seal the borders, which they can do, just look at what the rag-tag Minuteman project did, and get the hell out of the countries of other cultures there wouldn’t be any of this horseshit to deal with and we wouldn’t have to worry about “show me your papers” being the new standard for freedom. For example, if you don’t speak English fluently, you shouldn’t be in the US, Canada, NZ, Australia or UK without a visa.

And with the West going into predominantly Islamic cultures with a “constitution” based on Orwellian “principles” like:

  The federal system shall be based upon geographic and historical realities and the separation of powers, and not upon origin, race, ethnicity, nationality, or confession.

As though race, ethnicity, nationality and confession have nothing to do with “geographic historical realities”.

and:

  It shall not be permitted to possess, bear, buy, or sell arms except on licensure issued in accordance with the law.

Right—that’s going to go over real great with a clan-based agrarian people—many similarities to the people who founded the US and gave us the Second Amendment.

As well as the second paragraph:

Gender-specific language shall apply equally to male and female.

Oh gee aren’t we wonderful getting rid of SEXISM in ISLAMIC COUNTRIES.

This sort of politically correct supremacist horseshit is what makes the Islamic world see the West as “The Great Satan”.

If the West or Israel or China or whoever wants to liberate the world there’s a very simple standard:

Territorial allocations under eminent domain compensation and migratory support for the governmental self-determination of consenting adults of like mind.

For example, if some Arabs decide they like a vegetarian libertarian feminism with camel rights constitution they can petition for a territorial allocation for that and the US or any other would-be liberators can intervine for the sole purpose of identifying the territory that would minimize the costs of eminent domain compensation to those displaced and resettlement support.

I call this neo-protestantism “the principle of least supremacy.”

Of course, since this would require that the rest of us be allowed self-determination—well they wouldn’t do that would they? So since these assholes who call themselves statesmen and diplomats etc can’t behave themselves then the next least violent thing is to get them to just go home and stay the hell out of other people’s business.

So long as the West goes around with “constitutions” that have no right of secession built in as a corner stone—the West is fair game to ANYONE—east, west or mideast. The same goes for any culture that opposes the right of self-determination for groups of like-minded consenting adults. They don’t respect the right of others’ self-determination with territory? That respect is returned.

Large scale summary deportations of moslems from civilization are an urgent matter today. There must be a sanction which is felt by the passive supporters in a broad way. So far, they’ve not been given the message that they’re not acceptable, so they see no great problem in supporting the ranks from which terrorists come. Moslems are not equal to the demands of civilization, and cannot be treated as if they were, without bringing an escalating terror to the centers of civilization.

James Bowery, where does this stuff come from?  Are these actual provisions of the constitution Bush and his neocon Trotskyists are trying to ram down Iraq’s throat?  What in the goddamn hall is the matter with these people?  These people are a fricking horror story!  I’d take the Moslems over these people any day in the week and it’s not even close.

As I said: Provide eminent domain compensation along with resettlement assistance and you’ll have my support.  Likewise, bring the Westerners back from the middle east under the same terms.  That should reduce the burden of compensation and resettlement.

Oh, and while you’re at it: Send the Jews to Israel.  If they need more land, work out an eminent domain resettlement scheme with the Arabs to expand the bounds of Israel agreed to during the Oslo Accords.
