Madrid - Police have taken the Madrid suburb of Alcorcon after a street battle broke out between Spanish and Latin American youths, with hundreds of Spaniards then clashing with riot police, local officials said Monday.

The problems started Friday when two Latin Americans reportedly hit and insulted a young man and his girlfriend.

On Saturday, about 100 mostly Spanish youths came to take revenge. Witnesses said they would have lynched a Dominican family had police not rescued them from their flat.

Three people were injured in the street battle that ensued, one of them seriously. Police seized dozens of weapons such as knives, baseball bats and a sword.

Three Dominicans, two Colombians, a Bolivian and an Ecuadorian were detained.

On Sunday, up to 1,000 youths - many of them with faces covered with ski masks - were looking for Dominicans, vowing to ‘kill them.’ They hurled bottles, stones, iron bars and other objects at police who responded with rubber bullets.

Self-defense in the streets is one thing: the heat of anger, a temporary explosion soon forgotten amongst the next planeload of immigrants.

If there really are many Spaniards fed up with immigration and, especially, if vigorous youth are included, the next step is political organization. What’s the point of fighting in the street with a Dominican or an Arab, if you then go to the voting booth to select a candidate who supports and promotes yet more alien immigration? What’s the point of running around with a club when your nation is part of an international organization (the EU) who wants to reduce you to second class status in your own nation, and elevate immigrants over you?

To the extent that nationalist political parties and politicians exist in Spain, these should get the support of those angered by race replacement - not the “conservatives” who are “right globalists” looking for cheap labor and certainly not the socialists who are “left globalists” aiming to replace the indigenous ethnicity for ideological/political reasons.

And, while you are at it - give the Basques their independence. The Basques are not the problem - the problem is immigration and a low native birthrate.

There is precedent for the effectiveness of rioting in reducing immigration. The 1907 Vancouver Asian riot immediately forced the Feds to drastically reduce Japanese immigration. The 1933 Christie Pits riot reduced Jewish immigration to 5000, in total, between 1933-45. Between 1919 and 1925 ~40,000 Jews emigrated to Canada. Over 10,000 Japanese had arrived in one year (between July 1, 1899 and July 1, 1900) and that number was reduced to 400 .
