The Cult of Multi-Culturalism
I ran into a fantastic site about the formation and mechanics of cults that I thought I might post here; this site makes a point of not naming or listing any actual cults which I think is the right way to go about it. Both Drs. Lifton and Singer engaged in years long study of cults and this link highlights their findings. When you read the excerpts here think of Multi-Culturalism and your daily interactions with people at school, church, and work. Multi-Culturalism clearly has many of the earmarks of a gigantic cult, with strong elements of mind-control, which is probably as good as explanation as any as why so many don’t seem to be able to look at the facts about things. I’ve highlighted some portions of the website and added my own commentary in italics. One thing though, most definitions of a cult include the presence of an individual, a living person who is at the center of the cult members’ attention and adulation, and Multi-Culturalism does not have such a person…yet! What is Mind Control? Mind control (also known as “brainwashing,” “coercive persuasion,” and “thought reform”) refers to a process in which a group or individual systematically uses unethically manipulative methods to persuade others to conform to the wishes of the manipulator(s). Describes multi-culturalism in one succinct sentence, how do they do that!!?? Such methods include the following: extensive control of information in order to limit alternatives from which members may make “choices” deception group pressure intense indoctrination into a belief system that denigrates independent critical thinking and considers the world outside the group to be threatening, evil, or gravely in error an insistence that members’ distress-much of which may consist of anxiety and guilt subtly induced by the group-can be relieved only by conforming to the group physical and/or psychological debilitation through inadequate diet or fatigue the induction of dissociative (trance-like) states via the misuse of meditation, chanting, speaking in tongues, and other exercises in which attention is narrowed, suggestibility heightened, and independent critical thinking weakened alternation of harshness/threats and leniency/love in order to effect compliance with the leadership’s wishes isolation from social supports pressured public confessions Dr. Robert J. Lifton’s Eight Criteria for Thought Reform Milieu Control. This involves the control of information and communication both within the environment and, ultimately, within the individual, resulting in a significant degree of isolation from society at large. Yep, print media, radio and TV are already largley controlled. Efforts are now under way to do the same to the internet. Mystical Manipulation. There is manipulation of experiences that appear spontaneous but in fact were planned and orchestrated by the group or its leaders in order to demonstrate divine authority or spiritual advancement or some special gift or talent that will then allow the leader to reinterpret events, scripture, and experiences as he or she wishes. Hmmmm…The Summer of Love (1967), Woodstock (1969), the Manifestations of 1968 in Europe, the entire 1960’s ultimately as it is presented here in the states . Peace bro! Demand for Purity. The world is viewed as black and white and the members are constantly exhorted to conform to the ideology of the group and strive for perfection. The induction of guilt and/or shame is a powerful control device used here. Very much so,no question. Confession. Sins, as defined by the group, are to be confessed either to a personal monitor or publicly to the group. There is no confidentiality; members’ “sins,” “attitudes,” and “faults” are discussed and exploited by the leaders. Sacred Science. The group’s doctrine or ideology is considered to be the ultimate Truth, beyond all questioning or dispute. Truth is not to be found outside the group. The leader, as the spokesperson for God or for all humanity, is likewise above criticism. Loading the Language. The group interprets or uses words and phrases in new ways so that often the outside world does not understand. This jargon consists of thought-terminating clichés, which serve to alter members’ thought processes to conform to the group’s way of thinking. Definitely, “hate”, “race”, “tolerance”, are among a few of the perfectly legitimate words twisted by these folks. Doctrine over person. Member’s personal experiences are subordinated to the sacred science and any contrary experiences must be denied or reinterpreted to fit the ideology of the group. Yes, a persons personal experiences with other groups must not get in the way of unity thru diversity. :rolleyes Dispensing of existence. The group has the prerogative to decide who has the right to exist and who does not. This is usually not literal but means that those in the outside world are not saved, unenlightened, unconscious and they must be converted to the group’s ideology. If they do not join the group or are critical of the group, then they must be rejected by the members. Thus, the outside world loses all credibility. In conjunction, should any member leave the group, he or she must be rejected also. (Lifton, 1989) Curiously it says this “dispensing of existance” is “usually” not literal….but it does seem to be that it is what is planned -God forbid!- for Europeans who have been slated to dissappear. Dr. Margaret T. Singer’s 6 Conditions for Thought Reform These conditions create the atmosphere needed to put a thought reform system into place: Keep the person unaware of what is going on and how she or he is being changed a step at a time Spot on. They certainly haven’t been telling us what they have planned for us ultimately. It’s all just “a natural transformation” taking place. Potential new members are led, step by step, through a behavioral-change program without being aware of the final agenda or full content of the group. The goal may be to make them deployable agents for the leadership, to get them to buy more courses, or get them to make a deeper commitment, depending on the leader’s aim and desires. Control the person’s social and/or physical environment; especially control the person’s time Through various methods, newer members are kept busy and led to think about the group and its content during as much of their waking time as possible. Systematically create a sense of powerlessness in the person. Yep, certainly true for European peoples. This is accomplished by getting members away from the normal social support group for a period of time and into an environment where the majority of people are already group members. The members serve as models of the attitudes and behaviors of the group and speak an in- group language. Strip members of their main occupation (quit jobs, drop out of school) or source of income or have them turn over their income (or the majority of) to the group. In many of our European lands unemployment is high and the new non-European arrivals are given preferences in employment over that of the indigenous. Taxes as well are high to pay for what amounts to the native population’s own displacement. Could the idea be that the “asylum seekers”, “economic migrants”, etc, are to form the loyal core of the cult as Europeans are displaced? Once stripped of your usual support network, your confidence in your own perception erodes. As your sense of powerlessness increases, your good judgment and understanding of the world are diminished. (ordinary view of reality is destabilized) As group attacks your previous worldview, it causes you distress and inner confusion; yet you are not allowed to speak about this confusion or object to it—leadership suppresses questions and counters resistance. Might just explain the madness many Europeans are displaying. This process is sped up if you are kept tired—the cult will keep you constantly busy. Manipulate a system of rewards, punishments and experiences in such a way as to inhibit behavior that reflects the person’s former social identity Anyone attempting to even bring up the idea of preserving their European self is condemned and may lose their job in certain instances Manipulation of experiences can be accomplished through various methods of trance induction, including leaders using such techniques as paced speaking patterns, guided imagery, chanting, long prayer sessions or lectures, and lengthy meditation sessions. Your old beliefs and patterns of behavior are defined as irrelevant or evil. Certainly they are off on this one. Europe is only being described as the land of old, dead, “racist”, and oppressive white males. Members get positive feedback for conforming to the group’s beliefs and behaviors and negative feedback for old beliefs and behavior. Manipulate a system of rewards, punishments, and experiences in order to promote learning the group’s ideology or belief system and group-approved behaviors You go along to get along with the nonsense and you get promotion at work, political office, selling books, etc. You resist it and you can easily find yourself ostracized by friends and family, with little to no work, even physically assaulted Good behavior, demonstrating an understanding and acceptance of the group’s beliefs, and compliance are rewarded while questioning, expressing doubts or criticizing are met with disapproval, redress and possible rejection. If one expresses a question, he or she is made to feel that there is something inherently wrong with them to be questioning. The only feedback members get is from the group, they become totally dependent upon the rewards given by those who control the environment. Members must learn varying amounts of new information about the beliefs of the group and the behaviors expected by the group. The more complicated and filled with contradictions the new system is and the more difficult it is to learn, the more effective the conversion process will be. Righto, multi-culturalism is indeed almost incomprehensible. Esteem and affection from peers is very important to new recruits. Approval comes from having the new member’s behaviors and thought patterns conform to the models (members). Members’ relationship with peers is threatened whenever they fail to learn or display new behaviors. Over time, the easy solution to the insecurity generated by the difficulties of learning the new system is to inhibit any display of doubts—new recruits simply acquiesce, affirm and act as if they do understand and accept the new ideology. Put forth a closed system of logic and an authoritarian structure that permits no feedback and refuses to be modified except by leadership approval or executive order The group has a top-down, pyramid structure. The leaders must have verbal ways of never losing. They are great with words aren’t they? :rolleyes Members are not allowed to question, criticize or complain—if they do, the leaders allege that the member is defective—not the organization or the beliefs. You evil racist you! The individual is always wrong—the system, its leaders and its belief are always right. Arrogant pompous bastards they are, yes indeed! Conversion or remolding of the individual member happens in a closed system. As members learn to modify their behavior in order to be accepted in this closed system, they change—begin to speak the language—which serves to further isolate them from their prior beliefs and behaviors. While our Western socieities are not yet fully closed they are getting there. Thru the use of Gramsci’s methods -ie. the surreptitious placement of rad-libs, reds, marxists, etc at the top of our cultural institutions- and control and or powerful influence of the bulk of the media (excepting internet for time being) for many in the West it is indeed close to being a defacto “closed system”. Posted by Fred Scrooby on August 05, 2009, 08:20 PM | # Brilliant analysis by Alex. Absolutely first-rate. (Watch out, Alex, as soon as they manage to track you down you’re getting kicked out of the cult for this. I hope you have someplace to “crash” after you’re out in the cold.) By the way, the “Demand for Purity” would seem to correspond perfectly to the Demand of Political Correctness. 3
Posted by Bill on August 06, 2009, 04:19 AM | # Most daunting when seen filleted like a fish on fishmongers slab. Very little to disagree with when all laid bare. But having said that, we’re only seeing one side of the story - their side. Our story has barely begun. For starters this whole business is nature (normalness) stood on it’s head. My upside down world - as I call it. There’s nearly a billion people out there who have yet to have their say. It’s as if somebody came along one day and were really miffed that the real world didn’t conform to their view of it. So what to do? They set to work to turn the real world upside down and inside out. In this Alice in Wonderland brave new world, up is down and down is up, black is white and white is black. Finally, they step back to admire their handiwork - ‘There! that’s much better’. What’s a body gonna do about it? First off you have to question what you are seeing with your own eyes and become aware of what is happening to your life. Then you find out why and who is behind this change and how it came about. But where and how does this process take place? Where do you start this journey of discovery? It’s no use looking to the mass media for answers as they are in on the scam and deceiving you on a daily basis. To the average punter it stops there. They are not into libraries and books or more importantly personal computers, and if they are, they certainly don’t use them for information gathering. NO, the average punter feeds off the teat of the mass media, if it doesn’t happen in the media it hasn’t happened. It doesn’t exist. Our culture and our opinions are handed to us by the media. When they ask a question we give them the answer they gave us! Traditionally the average punter turns to the media for guidance and wisdom as this is the traditional medium of officialdom and leadership, but that’s no longer the case, now it is a media of brainwashing and disinformation, alarmism and Big Brother. Traditional leadership has deserted the average punter. There is no alternative viewpoint. The all pervasive multicultural political correct thought control is a one way tsunami against our natural senses. Not only has their traditional leadership deserted them but has become openly hostile to them. The mass psyche of the people cannot cope with this battering of the senses and becomes more and more disorientated. I would venture that well over ninety percent of the the populace have no idea of what it’s all about, to them it’s madness and beyond a joke, they see it as government incompetence, they see it as unfair and somehow crazy, but they have no real inkling as to what is going on. A greatly contributing factor in all of this is the effect of the elite’s programme of bread and circuses. A bloated society replete on celebrity, porn and consumerism is not the ideal material to fashion enquiry and dissent, but even this is changing as our civilisation spirals into ever more chaos and complexity. So there’s the rub, the herd are unaware and they will remain unaware until some means of breaching this dam of unawareness is found, for without this vital knowledge (that we here are all privileged to share) then nothing will change. It will be then left to the natural survival instincts of the herd, for when the insidious cattle prodding into the gulag becomes apparent, then the herd will become well and truly spooked. 4

Exactly! I was particularly struck by the points below from the site, which are readily palpable with Multi-Culturalism. When someone sees a person blovating for the Multi-Cult, they should always make it a point to remind themselves of the pure greed and lust for power driving this ...ie the incredibly profitable for a self-centered relative few (though incredibly socially destructive for most) ‘cheap labor’ and the powerful political uses the ‘immigrants’ provide for elites as a device for social control towards the elite’s own people (or other peoples to be sure as well)...ie ‘divide and conquer, divide and rule’. The cult/ideology of Multi-Culturalism is designed so as to condition the peoples of the world to embrace all that destructiveness as somehow good for them.

Should the peoples of the world come through these things more or less intact, and I certainly hope they do, particularly the European peoples…someone will have to write a book entitled ‘How Dysfunctionality Almost Destroyed the World.’ 8

There’s something else someone will have to do: pay. I refer to the culprits of course. These are criminals and they’ve committed high crimes including capital treason, genocide, and crimes against humanity. So yes, there will be trials. Not political show trials: the trials that will be held will be scrupulously fair with the best legal representation for the accused, and all traditional Anglo-Saxon legal protections in place. When punishments are handed down — as handed down they will be — no one will be able to say they aren’t richly deserved according to law. And yes, we expect some very harsh penalties to be handed down. 9

Exactly! They will no longer be able to complain once we are done with them! But there is a technical difficulty: so many people are guilty that we can never get revenge on all of them. We’ll have to decide who were the worst traitors. I suggest we start drawing up the list right now. It will have dual use. For the time being, it will serve to bring pressure on the traitors, to voice our opposition and strongly denounce their mischief, and in the second stage, it will be useful to decide who gets sent to the gallows. 10
Posted by Bill on August 07, 2009, 02:46 AM | # I’ve just been reading an interesting conversation over at VFR between an Englishman called Philip and Laurance Auster. 06 August 2009. http://amnation.com/vfr/#013899 Reflections humorous and serious on the British character. During the conversation Philip the Englishman pontificates widely on what makes the English tick. He also expounds as to why the English elite are committing our suicide. Which is always a source of mystery to me. How can the elites of our country finish off its population? I once opined that this must be first time in human history that tribal leaders had committed the suicide of its own people. I think it was Desmond who said this wasn’t true and quoted the Poles in the eighth century or something. The BNP is a grass roots bottom up resistance to our elite’s people suicide and I wonder if it stands any chance of success. The odds must be formidable with the elites having their hands on all the levers of power. Awesome, as they say. Which brings me to the behaviour of Britain’s police. I’ve asked the question before what will our police and military be prepared to do to their fellow countrymen in the name of paying off the mortgage? From what I saw of the G8 protest and its manifestations of police behaviour it says they will do whatever it takes. It was interesting to see the comments section (CIF) in the Guardian on this subject - there was a distinct odour of soiled breeks. Yes there will be a long list of those found culpable for the situation we find ourselves in, from politicians to Police Chiefs, to Brigadier Generals and useful idiot jobsworth of all ranks. To the smaller fish I say, if found guilty as charged they should be sentenced to being banished for life to any culture of their choice - as long as it wasn’t white. As you will sow, so shall you reap Come the day of reckoning, there will be a lot of - I was only obeying orders. 11
Posted by Riley DeWiley on August 07, 2009, 03:37 AM | # I once wandered into a workshop for anti-racism “facilitators” or “change agents” (I forget what they called themselves) and was struck by how much it felt like a religious revival meeting. The basic themes (repeated endlessly, with great passion) were that (1) the world was filled with suffering, (2) that suffering was caused by an evil that lived inside of men and women, and it was called racism, and (3) only by purifying one’s own soul, and spreading the gospel among the struggling unenlightened, could the world be saved, and (4) all right thinking persons had a sacred duty to do this. It was a remarkably Protestant ethos, actually, and many of those present were from various local churches. I got the impression it was a regular thing. Riley 12

Bottom-up resistance? That’s debatable, very debatable.
For British and American blightwing “leaders” complexity - real, imagined, and manufactured - is the raison d’être for their existence. System-dependent folks either can’t or won’t deal with the problem, so they send greenbacks to pseudo-gnostic mini-fuhrers who happily provide exciting reading material, potential political solutions that appeal to the moral inclinations of the dependent, and take the necessary hits to an already tarnished reputation that would land you in the poor house. Just don’t be a Simon Sheppard or a Steve Whittle. And don’t let Labour know where you live, work, or where your children attend school. Merely kick back, post opinionz anonymously on conservative Internet forums, think yourself smarter than the multicultists in power, and let Nick & friends establish the permissible bounds of “activism” and take the hits. Sound familiar? It should. For 50 years this has been blightwing formula for success – except that it has failed every time. Did the Iron Lady or Ronnie Raygum roll-back the closing of the perimeter? To ask the question is to die laughing in response. 13

Four things: 1. Labour and Democrats overwhelmed the bureaucracy decades ago. 2. The anti-government theology of the Right was not a response to socialism. 3. The Right’s fear of government (That’s socialism! You’re a socialist! ) accomplished nothing and has, in fact, turned and bit them on the ass. 4. From a Big Picture perspective it’s all sooooo very comical. 14

The potential cult leader diddles with F(x) = ?, then publicly pretends to have found the right function through sheer (mental) deduction. To the average man access to secret (tacit) knowledge or the appearance of such is impressive. The cult leader’s claim to have found the right function is covered by layers of nonsense designed to add unnecessary complexity. All Hail the Mini-Fuhrer! He is surrounded by language codes and behavioral markers which serve as filters. These identify prospective candidates from within novitiates for inner-circle fellowship and potential recruits for novice status. All novitiates and recruits hope to one day be privy and have a voice to considered in some, if not all aspects of the inner realm. Codes and markers must be consistent with the moral axioms of the targeted audience. A novitiate holding to some or all of these axioms can never win arguments with members of the inner circle - that is, if they subscribe to the cult’s justifications, conclusions, and objectives. Then there’s tacit ridicule and condescension toward the potential heretic – tacit, meaning, with measured doses of ambiguity included to ensure plausible deniability. The questioner (a potential heretic) must be provided opportunities to regain status as a member in good standing. Having fellow recruits witness a heavy-handed response toward a novice questioner or potential recruit may not be good for future financial donations. Sound familiar? 15
Posted by GenoType on August 08, 2009, 04:13 PM | # To point out inconsistencies between the uber-leader’s deduction and physical observation makes one unintelligent, ungrateful, and rude. Ever notice that? Conveniently forgotten by purveyors of the uber-leader fetish is the condescension exhibited by the butt-clenching sniff, low armchair chuckle, excited tea-time twitter, the aristocratically-disciplined nasal twang, and the subtle wink to an anonymous inner-circle of like minds. Complexity is glamorous and makes reputations. Simplicity is unglamorous and can destroy reputations. The cult leader cannot tolerate simplicity for it undermines our need for him. Simplicity, self-help, and collaboration: These things are not good for financial donations. Thats, that’s, that’s all Folks! 17
Posted by Mind Control Techniques on September 27, 2010, 05:40 AM | # I enjoyed the article. I am surprised (or maybe not) that the definition of “mind control” in the article is limited to “brain washing” when in fact, self- mind control is a way to gain even MORE awareness, more choices in life - and also to free one’s self from the pre-programmed mind control tactics that we are all subjected to from birth onward throughout our lives. There are in fact many positive uses of self mind control techniques - increased health, increased intelligence, improved relationships, etc. I would agree that there are many unethical and even immoral uses of mind control techniques. However, it’s sort of like defending one’s self against a knife - you have to know how to use a knife in order to defend against one. And once someone knows, they then have valid choices. I took Mind Control training from a friend of mine - on several occassions - for self mind control, and it’s been one of the best choices I’ve made. Anyway, I’ve enjoyed your article. Thanks! Alex, you are exploring by fishing, partly planned and partly random, and you have catched some small (but important) features of the liberal system. Steven Hassan’s Releasing the Bonds is quite good at describing cult methods. Cult methods can’t be applied directly to the liberal system, because it is complex, vast and it’s parts are interrelated.
You seem to have good potential. May I give you advice:
Drop the Jews from the explanations and strive towards universal system and functional explanation.
Michel Foucault (in the following order); Psychiatric Power; Abnormal; Discipline and Punish; Security, Territory and Population; The Birth of Biopolitics (this is the most important book); History of Sexuality (vol 1, vol 2 and vol 3). Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann; The Social Construction of Reality. Herbert Marcuse; One-Dimensional Man.
You can add Foucault’s Society Must Be Defended, Hermeneutics of the Subject and The Birth of the Clinic, if necessary.
Filter away the leftist, liberal, atheist etc. distortions and errors.
And you know how the system functions in it’s totality.
