“Macquarie University denies it has sacked a law professor for expressing racist views, saying the controversial academic had been invited to bring forward his retirement. Canadian-born Associate Professor Andrew Fraser, who taught at the university for 29 years, has also been blamed for a race-hate campaign at the University of Newcastle in New South Wales. Macquarie University in Sydney cautioned Professor Fraser last week over a letter in a suburban newspaper, claiming Australia was becoming a Third World colony by allowing non-white immigration.

Professor Fraser claims African migration increases crime, believes HSC results point to a rising ruling class of Asians, and wants Australia to withdraw from refugee conventions to avoid becoming “a colony of the Third World”. He has accused the university of trying to buy his silence, saying: “You’re not allowed any more to have more than one view on race and immigration.” He told the Sydney Morning Herald: “You must be in favour of the colonisation of Australia by the Third World and the replacement of Australian students in universities by foreigners.”

University vice-chancellor Professor Di Yerbury said Professor Fraser had been invited to bring forward his retirement at a meeting today. Professor Yerbury said Professor Fraser had been planning to retire in July 2006 and he was considering the university’s invitation. She said the meeting was not aimed at trying to buy Professor Fraser’s silence. “Clearly he is seeking channels for his views to be circulated, and we do not expect that to change,” she said in a statement. “That is his prerogative. “However, we do not want his views to be identified with the policies and views of Macquarie University and the university community. “We are a proudly multicultural university, with high-quality students and staff originating from over 90 countries.”

Professor Yerbury said she met representatives of the Sudanese community and the African Community Council yesterday to apologise for Professor Fraser’s views being linked to the university. “I assured them that I personally disagreed profoundly with the views Professor Fraser has been propounding, and that the university as a whole dissociates itself from those views,” she said. “I apologised to them both for the fact that Professor Fraser had signed his initial letter as an associate professor of Macquarie University, which doubtless gave it more weight, and for the distress and hurt caused thereby. “They graciously accepted my apology.”“

The Government is responsible for the race hate campaign,hating it’s constituents and wasting there money and have been for 30 odd years, Prof Fraser Just might become the first President of Australia,Andrew Fraser or Paul Keating?thats a hard one

Yeh Lurker, Keating is a creep, and Gay, Very well kept secret that He is a blerter squerter. He is personaly responsible for the Middle Eastern Invasion in Australia, they reside in his old parliamentry seat of Blaxland.
