All I can say is I’m so glad that guy wasn’t supporting Tom Tancredo ...

I’ve noticed that you manage to get some of the most fascinating interviews!

Good bas-relief sculpture at your signature’s link, Evan.

Pending further observations, we will refer to it as “The Phenomenon”.

Soren I greatly admire and respect your work, but ... you don’t think a more ... how to put this? ... conventional type of interviewee ... would consent to be on MajorityRightsMedia?

I do like the cat though ... (pretty soon he’ll be demanding his own agent, watch out!).

who is he and what was he saying ?

Mr. Scrooby, I hope I can say this with sufficient indirection. Mr. Mazzone, even if his “unconventionality” is a weakness, has a strength that others—certain others—however conventional they may be—seem not to share, to wit, that he is willing to conjoin his opinions with his own voice, face, and name. Perhaps you, Mr. Scrooby, yearn to do likewise. If so, perhaps it would be best done before rather than after you post your next sneering attack on your next oh-so-unconventional victim.

Goodness, whatever happened to the intended indirection? Has the face slipped to reveal for a moment the mask beneath?

Soren do you have a longer clip posted somewhere ?

Wait a second. Mazzone = Mike Mazzone = Palatine Creator, right? I have seen that guy before. If I recall correctly, he was associated with Matt Hale and the WCOTC several years ago.

As I hope for a nation-state collapse and in the ensuing chaos a better society, or at least a more interesting one, I want Hillary or Obama to win.  That would ensure a disaster, and possibly a WN awakening.  Combined with housing and stock market crash, deflation and a lost war, men of action might have a field day.

I want Hillary or Obama to win.  That would ensure a disaster, and possibly a WN awakening.

americans are already living in the disaster but it’s covered-up by the media. They live in a far worse reality than what they can read and watch in the mainstream media.

Anyway if there’s a crypto-WN in the Ron Paul camp somewhere it might be a good thing to keep it quiet. Paul isn’t a closet WN anyway and he doesn’t need more bad publicity. The more he receives positive attention the more people will start thinking outside the box, thinking about getting rid of the Federal Reserve, about the Civil War not being a good war, about wars that have nothing to do with the US’ interests, about getting their news from the internet instead of from the TV, etc.

13

Posted by JB on July 29, 2007, 12:30 PM | #

a Ron Paul victory would mean less government, less laws, less control on americans’ lives, a decentralization of the centers of powers, no wars for Israel, etc. which is why a lot of whites want him to win. He may not be one of us but would he be good for us ? Yes

14

Posted by Scimitar on July 29, 2007, 01:00 PM | #

Why not support candidates that are “one of us”?

“Goodness, whatever happened to the intended indirection? Has the face slipped to reveal for a moment the mask beneath?”  (—Soren)

In Mr. Mazzone’s case, which is the mask and which is the face?

Look, if you and Scimitar say he’s a good guy, fine, but ... aren’t there ones who come across better in front of the camera, more ... mentally sound

I’m not sneering.

(Or maybe he was just having a bad hair day?  Maybe that wasn’t the real him??)

Mark, while I agree with you, I think that the likelihood of Ron Paul winning is so low that there is little danger of your nightmare vision of a Goldwater-style “reform” leaving a Federal apparatus in place to provide foreign ethnicities with future opportunities to serve their primary loyalties with defection against the Constitution.

What is needed is a military leader imposing a new minimalist constitution upholding freedom of association via assortative migrations—and meting out death where necessary:  If you refuse to accept that other adults have a right to live their lives and raise their children in accordance with their strongly held beliefs on their own territory (meaning land of sufficient carrying capacity to provide food if they simply use reasonable techniques of cultivation) then you forfeit your life.

Fred, while I can’t speak for Soren’s intent about this video, it is pretty clear that he’s reporting a potentially fascinating phenomenon.  Say what you will about Mr. Mazzone, the clip captured by Soren is fascinating.  Moreover, Soren’s posting of this clip has elicited news that Mr. Mazzone has prior history with the WCOTC—the only racist religion to have won specific court victories regarding the legitimacy of its first amendment right to practicing freedom of religion—note: this goes beyond mere “expressive association” to religious practice.  It is more fascinating still given the fact that WCOTC’s leader was successfully targeted for entrapment by Federal agents provocateur.

I’m not saying Mazzone is such an agent, but I am saying that the publication of this clip is a service to the MR readership.

Moreover, I do agree with, and have repeatedly asserted before, the principle that those who are pseudononymous should be very circumspect about negative comments targeting people whose legal identities are known.  This situation is a little different from those normally arising since Mazzone is not necessarily present here within the MR community and is therefore more of a “public person” in the sense normally used by libel laws, but the fact is that Mazzone is part of the extended “white nationalist Internet “community” and should be accorded some latitude for letting his name appear so that connections such as those to the WCOTC and VNN can be drawn.

James, thanks for those comments.

Soren, couldn’t you have supplied more explanatory background in posting that log entry?  You left us guessing as to who he was, what he was talking about, what your intention was in posting it, and we’re still guessing as you can see from my comments and those of James and Scimitar and one or two others.  Not every day is Saturday Riddle Day, you know.  (Speaking of which, whatever happened to Saturday Riddle Day?)

20

Posted by Fred Scrooby on July 29, 2007, 03:31 PM | #

If he himself (or the interviewer) had explained things clearly in the video it would be different.  (I’ve never heard of WCOTC by the way, and I’m surely not alone.)

Fred,

I seem to recall Mazzone/“Palatine Creator” being really, really weird. He posted on my old forum a few years ago. Personally, I don’t know the guy, so I am not going to knock him, but that is the vague impression I recall from reading some of his old posts.

Mangan thinks Ron Paul, though obviously a dark horse, of course, might conceivably pull it off.  If he did you’d see the beginning of the revolution right there, starting the morning after Election Day.

Vdare.com’s Joe Guzzardi says in a radio interview that the only candidates acceptable to our side are Tom Tancredo, Duncan Hunter, and Ron Paul.  He feels we can simply disregard everyone else in the present field.  Of course, MR.com’s friends already knew that but hey, it doesn’t hurt to see celebrities like Guzzardi agreeing with you.  (Btw, it’s nice to see him looking so fit in that photo with his dog, considering his prolonged life-threatening illness and hospitalization in intensive care!)
