The YKW clamp down to silence self defense of the ancient, native peoples of Europe..

France’s obscene legislation against its own national defense forces Marine Le Pen to court:

Marine Le Pen, the president of France’s far-right Front National party, is to appear in court for allegedly inciting racial hatred over comments in which she compared Muslims praying in the streets to the Nazi occupation.

The FN leader made the comments in a speech during a party rally in Lyon in 2010. Asked on Tuesday about being summoned to appear in court on 20 October, Le Pen told Agence France-Presse: “Of course, I’m not going to miss such an occasion.”

Later, she told Europe 1 it was “scandalous to be prosecuted for having a political opinion in the country of freedom of expression.”
                              libertegalfrat

At the time she made the remarks, Le Pen was campaigning to become FN president, succeeding her father, Jean-Marie Le Pen, himself no stranger to charges of provoking racial hatred.

At the rally, Le Pen made reference to “street prayers” after reports of Muslims praying in public in three French cities, including Paris, because of a lack of mosques or a lack of space in local prayer rooms. The French government later clamped down on the “illegal” use of the public space for prayers.

“I’m sorry, but for those who really like to talk about the second world war, if we’re talking about occupation, we can also talk about this while we’re at it, because this is an occupation of territory,” she told supporters, prompting waves of applause.

“It’s an occupation of swaths of territory, of areas in which religious laws apply … for sure, there are no tanks, no soldiers, but it’s an occupation all the same and it weighs on people.”

Despite numerous complaints from anti-racist organisations, a preliminary inquiry by the authorities in Lyon was dropped in 2011. However, one association pursued the legal complaint, and when the European parliament lifted Le Pen’s parliamentary immunity in July 2013, a preliminary inquiry was opened. In September 2014, the prosecutor’s office announced she would be sent before a judge.

As of 2011, Jean-Marie Le Pen’s speeches had led to 18 convictions, five for repeating that the Holocaust was a mere “point of detail” of the second world war.

Marine Le Pen has been credited with “de-demonising” the FN and throwing out its more xenophobic and extremist elements since taking control of the party in January 2011. Critics accused her of swapping the FN’s historic antisemitism for Islamophobia.

Le Pen’s deputy, Florian Philippot, reacted angrily on Twitter to her summons. “The only people who should be sent before the court are those who allow prayers in the street that are illegal and against the principle of secularism!” he wrote.

Philippot accused the French authorities of trying to smear Le Pen before regional elections to be held in December.

Le Pen also expressed her anger on Twitter. “We’re quicker to prosecute those who denounce the illegal behaviour of fundamentalists … than to prosecute the fundamentalists behaving illegally,” she wrote.

The penalty for inciting racial hatred in France is up to a year in prison and a €45,000 fine.

French Naiveté and Dereliction

And France, which renounces its sovereignty, forgetting all “Gaullist” principles which are evoked with a ridiculous hypocrisy, follows, especially the Socialist government, the orders from Brussels, Berlin, and Washington. François Hollande, the weathercock, who in May 2015 advocated admitting only genuine refugees, refusing mandatory quotas for each European country, has just caved to the injunctions of Chancellor Merkel and accepted these quotas. As a result, 24,000 “refugees” attributed to France (of 160,000 to be distributed) will come in September, in addition to the 6,800 allowed to come in July, in a country with five million unemployed in real numbers and a national debt equal to 100% of GDP. According to Yves Thréard (Le Figaro, 08/09/2015), there is a “ratchet”: “Refugees, how many will they be tomorrow? No doubt millions fleeing Islamist terror. The future will show, this demonstration of generosity will prove an irreversible mistake. How many so-called economic migrants will continue to step into the breach? How to repatriate those who are not eligible for asylum?” Indeed, 350,000 “refugees” have already entered Europe in January, a figure that will triple in December! And 4,000,000 are waiting in camps in the Middle East.

And these new migrants are Muslims, while 62% of French people believe that there are already too many Muslims in France and that Islam is dangerous. According to the Court of Auditors, only 1% of rejected asylum seekers leave the territory. To successfully enter is to stay.

The Socialist Party, whose ideology manufactures both mass unemployment and mass immigration, proposed in the “Inclusive Cities Network” that each municipality receives a quota of “migrant refugees” (and therefore illegal) at taxpayer expense. The Center-Right Republicans (the former Union for a Popular Movement) has the exact same ideological position: the “I welcome” initiative launched by the Republican mayor of Saint-Étienne seeks to force even small municipalities to receive their quota of illegal migrant “refugees.” The Minister of Interior, Mr. Cazeneuve, agrees and will coordinate this Right-Left immigrationist initiative. Accept and organize the invasion in the name of charity.

The words of Alain Denis, the president of rural mayors of Maine-et-Loire, full of popular common sense, horrified the Parisian political and media oligarchy: “We must be consistent: if today 10,000 refugees are hosted, tomorrow 100,000 will arrive, and one million the day after tomorrow! The emergency measure is to fight against the crazy war and global warming, so that people can stay at home! Our policies only shift the problems. When we have paved over France for subdivisions, and there is no more farmland, how will we eat? And when chaos destroys our country, who will host the French?”

Only the National Front represents the views of the majority of the French. At the National Front Summer University in Marseille, on September 6, Marine Le Pen dared to state the obvious: “Immigration is not an opportunity, it is a burden,” without going as far as to say it is a disaster. “Our country has neither the means nor the inclination nor the energy to be more generous with the poor of the world.” She rightly denounced the “heavy responsibility of Germany,” which is committed to welcoming 800,000 immigrants, which will be a huge pull factor for future invasive waves. (It would seem also that Marine Le Pen, under pressure from the urgency of the migration crisis and to ease her serious conflict with her father, has returned to the fundamentals of National Front.)

Nicolas Sarkozy : “We must interbreed non-Whites with Whites, forcibly, if necessary.”

Nicolas Sarkozy, the fake tough guy*, the calculating politician, commented in demagogic and superficial terms about Marine Le Pen’s “inhumanity” and “lack of compassion”: “I was ashamed of Ms. Le Pen, of her brutality! What and absence of all feeling! We really did not feel like part of the Le Pen family! We are human beings, we have Christian roots. Who has not been shocked by these images?

Paul-Éric Blanrue and the Jews: From Celebration to Censorship

September 24, 2015 — Guillaume Durocher

Paul-Éric Blanrue is a French writer whose most recent books have documented Jewish power networks in France, especially their relationship with the center-right under Nicolas Sarkozy and with the “far-right” Front National under the Le Pen family. The thesis of these books, meticulously documented, is that Jewish influence in elite French political and cultural circles is enormous. Blanrue quotes countless French political leaders and commentators remarking upon this, but also shows how, if any are critical, they are swiftly punished.

Elite political and cultural power in France is thus distorted by Jewish perceived interests and ethnic biases, to the detriment of non-Jewish groups. The native French suffer demonization at the hands of a holocaust-centric memorial culture, the de facto exclusion of French nationalists from normal democratic politics, and the de jure censorship of indigenous European advocates…

..

The LICRA suppressed the book when it realized that such a dictionary might lead people to ask: Wait, just why has this culture attracted such consistent and acute criticism throughout the world and throughout the ages from so many of history’s greatest political leaders and intellectual geniuses? The LICRA intuitively sensed that Jewish power and privilege could surely not survive such scrutiny. As of today, the four historical works remain censored while an appellate court re-legalized Blanrue’s dictionary last February.

Early in Sarkozy’s term as president and inspired by John J. Mearsheimer and Stephen M. Walt’s The Israel Lobby, Blanrue decided to write a similar study on France. This became Sarkozy, Israël et les Juifs, a very measured and moderate book. In particular, Blanrue shows that the quarter-Jewish Sarkozy was both raised in a culturally Jewish social milieu (by his Jewish grandfather) and rose politically in such a milieu, namely as mayor of the wealthy town of Neuilly (carefully cultivating the local community’s wealthy Jews and rabbinate).

....

Sarkozy – now in opposition and seeking to re-election to the presidency – has made a number of shockingly Judeo-centric statements since Blanrue’s book was published, probably because he swims in these milieux and, no doubt, to pander to Jewish oligarchs. On November 25, 2014, Sarkozy told a French audience: “I will never accept that Israel’s right to security be questioned. Never. It is the struggle of my life!” On June 8, 2015, he told an Israeli audience: “[the Shoah] remains an indelible stain in the consciences of humanity, and we have all contracted towards the Jewish people a debt which cannot be extinguished.” As Russell Kirk might have said: Is Sarkozy running for the Élysée Palace or for the Israeli Knesset?! And yet this man was and aspires to again be the Chief of State of France! These Judeo-centric and Israelo-centric comments – and let me recall that 99 percent of the French population is made up of non-Jews – have attracted no criticism in mainstream media. Do not an admission that Israel is first in his heart (“the struggle of my life”) and an apparent reduction of humanity to eternal debt slavery (“a debt which cannot be extinguished”) make him ineligible to be President of the French Republic?

In any event, Blanrue found it very difficult to publish Sarkozy in 2009, despite the work being very cautious in its language. Even Franck Spengler, no stranger to controversy as the head of Éditions Blanche, declined to publish Sarkozy. He wrote Blanrue:

As for publication, alas the answer is no, for in addition to the risks, though moderate, of releasing this book, we will not get one line in the press and still less on television and radio, precisely because of the control of those whom we cannot name and their lackeys. And it isn’t a little splash on the Internet that will sell the book in stores. The book would not be not banned, to be sure, but the book would be given the silent treatment and have even less sales than Le Monde contre soi which, alas, did not have the success it deserved due to the silence that surrounded it.

...

The issue was not the title but rather that Blanrue’s book was critical in documenting Sarkozy’s pandering to strongly-identified, ethnocentric Jews, the prominence of many of these Jews in his government, and that this ethnic bias accounted for a sharply pro-Israeli shift in French foreign policy, to the detriment of both Palestinian rights and objective French interests.

Blanrue writes:

I am facing a de facto censorship and not an official prohibition. The method is all the more insidious: The brutal banning of my book by a ministerial order, or on the suggestion of an ethnic organization, would perhaps have provoked tens of thousands of indignant reactions, and at a minimum would have signaled my existence. . . . Some journalists were afraid . . . . Never has the Israeli question been so taboo; never has the French Republic been so closely bound up with a network dedicated to the Zionist cause.

....

France24, ‘French far-right leader Marine Le Pen acquitted of inciting hatred’ 15 Dec 2015:

Marine Le Pen, the leader of France’s far-right National Front (FN) party, was acquitted Tuesday on charges of inciting hatred over comments she made likening Muslim street prayers to Nazi occupation.

Le Pen, 47, stood accused of “inciting discrimination, violence or hatred toward a group of people based on their religious beliefs” for the comments, which she made at a campaign event in the southeastern city of Lyon in 2010.

But a Lyon court dismissed the charges on Tuesday, after the local prosecutor requested they be dropped on the basis that her comments “did not target all of the Muslim community”.

The presiding judge said that while Le Pen’s comments were “shocking”, they were protected “as a part of freedom of expression”.

If convicted, she could have faced a maximum sentence of a year in jail and a €45,000 fine.

‘It is an occupation’

Le Pen made the comments five years ago while campaigning to take over the FN’s leadership from her father, party founder Jean-Marie Le Pen.

“I’m sorry, but for those who really like to talk about World War II, if we’re talking about an occupation, we could talk about the [street prayers], because that is clearly an occupation of territory,” she told the rally in Lyon.

“It is an occupation of sections of the territory, of neighborhoods in which religious law applies – it is an occupation. There are no tanks, there are no soldiers, but it is an occupation nevertheless, and it weighs on people,” she added.

An initial investigation was launched into Le Pen’s comments but it was closed in 2011. The case was reopened in 2012 following a legal complaint by a rights group.

Le Pen was put under formal investigation in July 2014 after her immunity as a member of the European Parliament was lifted following a vote requested by French authorities.

She went on trial in October, during which she told the court in Lyon that she had “committed no crime”.

Le Pen insisted that she was not talking about “the Occupation with a big ‘O’” when she made the remarks, but “occupation with a small ‘o’”.

“There was no reference to World War II,” she said.
