Mr. Bush is just another conductor temporarily in office, whether voted out, term is up or impeached. You can replace conductors endlessly but the orchestra will keep playing the same score, even if the public insists the sound needs adjustment.

Yes.  That’s why the time is not yet for the revolt of the plebs according to Machiavelli’s Rule.

As I described in the discussion of Machiavelli’s Rule, this is an explosive situation.  I suspect the detonation will occur about the time the rulers attempt to abide by Machiavelli’s rule for this situation:

...let no one ... defer in gaming the people over to himself until the time of danger, for it will not succeed for him ... for the people in general will judge not to have gotten that benefit from you, but from your adversaries, and becoming afraid that once the necessity is past, you would take back from them that which by force you gave them, they will have no obligation to you.

Basically, “the orchestra” as well as “the conductor” have put themselves in a no-win situation since if they try to please the plebs now, the plebs will see the “racist” “vigilantes” as the source of their benefit—and if they try to follow Machiavelli’s rule and continue tightening the thumbscrews of race replacement, they will find they do not possess, even with Chertoff’s prison camps, the power to suppress a revolt of the plebs.

What will they do to top 9/11/2001 to get the plebs in line again?

Their essential miscalculation is the military vulnerability of the cities, and not just from the threat of weapons of mass destruction, which they at least have a prayer of containing.

Here‘s a link I’ve already posted, to a Vdare.com piece by Peter Gadiel calling for Bush’s impeachment, something I’ve advocated for a number of years. 

Impeaching Bush isn’t enough:  once he’s impeached, convicted, and removed from office he needs to be arrested on several criminal charges and made to stand trial for crimes he’s committed, including a number of capital crimes. 

The other side, by refusing all communication with our side and pursuing a strategy of forcing the lid down on the pressure cooker, is only making our righteous anger that much more intense, so that when the thing finally does blow we’ll be looking not just for redress of grievance but for a settling of accounts.  ... I’ll stop there ... Suffice it to say, though, that when this thing blows it could be very big.  I’ll leave the rest to the imagination.

A call not only for immigration sanity, but for firm repatriation of racial/ethnocultural incompatibles already admitted, is cited tonight in the Vdare.com blog:

Immigration has been a success for this nation for only one reason:  Historically, we have allowed only those to come who had ancestors that our ancestors knew — often in the biblical sense — for thousands of years.  Before Teddy Kennedy started screwing this nation in 1965 for being mean to some of his ancestors, those who came here weren’t different enough from us to actually displace us. Now they are. Not getting rid of them, even harshly if necessary, will represent the stupidest thing a nation has ever done to itself in all of recorded history.  If this nation ever fails, I guarantee that history will record its demise as being caused by the importation of incompatibles.

That was exactly on the mark.  Furthermore, it certainly doesn’t hurt to let the other side know in this way what we plan on doing about the mess they’ve made of our country:  once they understand 1) we’re extremely serious, 2) we’re taking mental notes and have long memories, and 3) we do plan on undoing their mess, they may (for one thing) think twice before upping the ante next time they’re tempted ... In other words, when they begin to understand what they may well find themselves dealing with at some future point they may start putting the damper on some of their brazenness, so to speak ...  But no matter whether they do or not, their days of being in total control are now numbered, and all that remains is to see how soft or hard a landing they make when they’re finally knocked off their perch ... At that point they’ll learn how long our memories are and how complete a set of mental notes we’ve been taking ...

U.S. DATA SHOW RAPID MINORITY GROWTH IN SCHOOL ROLLS

Driven mainly by an extraordinary influx of Hispanics, the nation’s population of minority students has surged to 42 percent of public school enrollment, up from 22 percent three decades ago, according to an annual report issued yesterday by the government.

Shifts in the Nation’s Schools

The report, a statistical survey of the nation’s educational system, portrays sweeping ethnic shifts that have transformed the schools. The changes, with important implications for educators and policy makers, have been most striking in the West, where, the survey says, Hispanic, black and Asian students together have outnumbered whites since 2003. But all regions have seen growth in minority student enrollment, particularly by Hispanics, who accounted for one of five public school students in 2005, the last year for which data were available.

“The rapid increase in the Hispanic population in America’s schools is quite striking,” said Mark S. Schneider, commissioner of the National Center for Education Statistics, the data-gathering arm of the Department of Education.

The Congressionally mandated report, “The Condition of Education,” draws on data collected from state education agencies, schools and colleges by Mr. Schneider’s agency and the Census Bureau. Those data suggest significant challenges ahead for American education, partly because of the persistent math and reading test-score gaps that separate white students from blacks and Hispanics.

According to the survey, those gaps have remained largely unchanged since the early 1990s except in math at the fourth-grade level, where the black-white gap has narrowed somewhat. On average, the study shows, Hispanics score slightly better than blacks, but well below whites, in reading and math in both fourth and eighth grades. (In an interview, Mr. Schneider noted that the results of a national history test that were released in May did show a narrowing of the achievement gap in that subject.)

The most pronounced development in school demographics has been in Hispanic growth. Hispanic students accounted for just 6 percent of public school enrollment in 1972, but by 2005 their numbers had grown to 20 percent, the survey found. During the same period, white enrollment declined to 58 percent of school population, from 78 percent. African-American enrollment changed little: blacks were 14.8 percent of all students in 1972 and 15.6 percent in 2005.

The distribution of groups differs considerably by region. The Midwest remained the whitest region in 2005: 74 percent of students there were white, and 26 percent members of minorities. In the South, 24 percent of students were black, more than anywhere else. In the West, 46 percent of students were white, 37 percent were Hispanic, 7 percent were Asian, 5 percent were black, and the rest were Pacific Islanders, American Indians or students of more than one race.

At a news conference in Washington, Mr. Schneider focused much of his presentation of the report on statistics showing that more high school students, across racial and ethnic lines, had been taking advanced courses in recent years. The number of minority students taking Advanced Placement courses, for example, more than doubled from 1997 to 2005.

The report also found that many high school students were spending more time on homework than did students two decades earlier. In 1980, 7 percent of 10th graders reported spending 10 hours a week or more on homework, but by 2002 that number had risen to 37 percent, more than a fivefold increase. The number of boys who reported spending 10 hours or more increased to 33 percent from 6 percent. For girls, the number jumped to 41 percent from 8 percent.

In 2002, 19 percent of girls, and 26 percent of boys, reported spending three hours or less a week on homework.

That was a good video, Wunderhund:  peaceful Swedish demonstrators, walking quietly along, polite, well-dressed and well-groomed, not seeking a confrontation, fought back with fists and successfully defended themselves when viciously attacked by race-replacers.  They did not let themselves get pushed off the public street but stood their ground and finished their march.  Very satisfying footage.

Buchanan’s take on Wall Street’s role in all this:

Kyl reads his party right.  For the GOP is the political instrument of K Street and Corporate America — the folks who fund the party and finance the campaigns.  And the No. 1 issue of Corporate America is Bush-Kennedy-McCain.  For not only does it give blanket amnesty to businesses for hiring illegals, it legalizes the illegals and ensures Corporate America an endless supply of cheap immigrant labor.

The fundamental reason this bill is not dead is that its authors and backers will never quit. For this legislation is part of a larger agenda of a large slice of America’s economic and political elite.

What is that agenda?

They have a vision of a world where not only capital and goods but people move freely across borders. Indeed, borders disappear. It is a vision of a “deep integration” of the United States, Canada and Mexico in a North American Union, modeled on the European Union and tied together by super-highways and railroads, where crossing from Mexico into the United States would be as easy as crossing from Virginia into Maryland. It is about the merger of nations into larger transnational entitles and, ultimately, global governance.

This immigration bill is but a piece of a great global project already far advanced.  In 1993, a majority of Americans opposed the NAFTA trade deal with Mexico because they did not believe the propaganda and feared that, as Henry Kissinger said, it represented the architecture of a new world order.

More than a dozen years have elapsed.  And the results?  Contrary to the promises, our trade surplus with Mexico did not grow. It vanished. In 13 years, we have run $500 billion in trade deficits with Mexico. Last year’s $60 billion was the largest ever.  Mexico now exports more cars, trucks and auto parts to the United States than we export to the world.

What NAFTA did was enable U.S. companies to close their plants here, fire their American workers, and move their factories and jobs to Mexico, while Mexico continued to export its poor to the United States.

What is the hidden agenda of the global companies, which evolved out of what were once great American companies?

They want a limitless supply of low-wage immigrant labor and an end to penalties for hiring illegals. They want the freedom to shut factories here and move them to nations where wages are low, benefits nonexistent and regulations lax. They want to be able to move products back to the United States free of charge. They want to be rid of their American workers, but keep their American consumers.

They want to be able to go out to Asia and hire bright kids and bring them to the United States to replace middle-aged U.S. workers who cost too much. They want to be able to outsource their white-collar jobs to India at a fraction of the wages they pay Americans.

It is about globalism — and about greed.
