The massive flight from diversity having become mainstream business news presents an opportunity for explicating otherwise implicitly oppressed white identity (see Psychology and White Ethnocentrism by Kevin MacDonald for why this is important).  If each person who is about to make a move in order to find a refuge from “diversity” were to write a letter like the following to their real estate agent, we would find very quickly and “mysteriously” that many of the games normally played by Congress against the people would be turned for the people.  When you are waving around a real estate purchase, you are waving around the biggest chunk of change you have.  Use it or lose your country:

I’m looking at possibly moving to _name of area_ and would like to get some critical data on the demographic trends.

I lived in _name of “diverse” area_ for _number of_ years.  I have experience with demographic transitions.

I’m not interested in moving again only to find it is to an area with a Mexicans moving in.  If that makes me racist, so be it.  It’s my money and my life.  Giving _number of_ years of my life to test the theory that diversity is wonderful should be enough dues to pay for me to have some peace of mind for the rest of my life without being harassed by morally vain hypocrites.  I’ve run into my fair share of real estate agents who like packing houses full of people from Mexico, India, Pakistan, etc.—all of whom form ethnic gangs that local law enforcement and corporate policies simply do not deal with, regardless of the lip service to law and policy—so I’m quite happy to alienate you if you are part of the problem.  If you aren’t, then maybe we can do business.

I’m interested in RECENT information.  The demographic transitions have been so fast that the census data does not represent the current state of affairs.

Also, I’m not interested if the ratio of median wages to median house prices is low, as it is in “diverse” areas.  If I wanted to make like a Latin American land baron, I’d change my name to something like “Rivera” and try embarking on a life of crime and corruption in Los Angeles rather than trying to move to _name of area_.

So, is _name of area_ a reasonable place to move for someone like me or should I look elsewhere?

I was looking to buy a house and actually asked something like this to a real estate agent. In my particular case, I was looking for neighborhoods that have lots of East Asians (Chinese, Korean, etc. - my wife is Japanese and I am as comfortable around East Asians as western people) but with no criminal element (hint, hint?).

Her reply was to tell me that she cannot discuss this sort of thing with me.

70% (65% of white) Americans support affirmative action.  Therefore, most whites are our enemy like the others.
I seriously hope for a deflationary depression and economic and societal collapse.  The US is not worth saving.

Sounds like a lot of people dont really know what affirmative action is then.

So very roughly from the figures given we can say that in fact only about 32.5% of whites support affirmative action. And we cant be sure that even that group are sure what affirmative action is by the sounds of it.

Real estate sites routinely provide racial demographies for cities.

The problem is usually the data is no more recent than 2005.  Things change too fast for even 2 year old data to be good.  There is a vicious invasion going on and there are various areas that are undergoing targeting that can change things that fast.

Thanks, Lurker, for the clarification of the article I linked.  You are correct about that, but the ignorance of whites about AA also means AA policies will be implemented unopposed, especially when Hilary or Obama assumes power in 2008.

I don’t vote and have arranged my affairs so that government doesn’t bother me, so AA won’t affect me.  AA, like minority crime rates, hopefully will take their toll among the unenlightened until revolution.

Y’all make a big assumption that what is reported is true. Maybe I am just too cyical but when it comes to race and the MSM I rarely trust anything they say.

The poster that said the ‘realter’ (spelling purposefully done, as the other spelling is a copyrighted word!) ‘could not tell him that data,’ is fundamentally correct.

I was a ‘realter’ in the mid-90’s. I learned (in Real Estate school) that a feminist and a jew both worked hard to adopt in lily-white MN. the confining legislation that abolished ‘freedom of association,’ especially as it applies, when you purchase a home. NO more the covenants that ‘this home was not to be sold to a negro’ or any logical safeguards such as this! So nowadays, as I watch my state deteriorate into a carbon copy of ‘Californication,’ I find that NO ‘nice’ area is free of mixed-race interlopers…UNLESS the median home price is WELL above the ‘norm’ even with the bank’s complicity in this racist scam. Truly, only the rich can afford their own apartheid…. and it is they who hire the hispanic maids, rather than the Anglos….. go figure…. a sort of reverse noblesse oblige, as it were.

SO- Until and unless EVERY AMERICAN MANDATES an end to the destruction of our civil liberties (including the right to ‘freedom of association’) including setting up our own networks to buy and sell (and notify other like-raced individuals when a home in a ‘good neighborhood’ is coming up for sale, like the Jews do in their ‘ghettos’)  nothing will be done. The Government is a pimp for white racial annihilation. Nothing more.

Fr. John, freedom of association with territory is so fundamental that it pretty much determines whether civilization itself has to fall or not, so your presence here, providing ground truth, is immensely appreciated.

There is a big difference between prohibiting a land title with a covenant in perpetuity, and and a transaction in which the participants prefer each other.  Covenants-in-perpetuity not only degrade land liquidity to the point that it becomes difficult to optimize land use, it interferes with the rights of future owners to freely associate with territory.  Imagine some Jew getting ahold of vast swaths of land after decimating the middle class family farmers with Mexican laborers and agribusinesses like ADM—placing covenants on those lands that, in perpetuity, they shall not be sold to non-Jewish, heterosexual white males, then selling it off piece by piece.  Jews have made enormous monetary sacrifices to achieve equivalent aims—such as the 9 digit donation to the Sierra Club by a Jew to prevent the Sierra Club from taking a stand against overpopulation of the US via immigration.

A population of resident land owners who prefer a certain human ecology, both biological and cultural, excluding from their midst those who do not comply with that human ecology, is another matter entirely.  It is the essence of freedom of association with territory.  If they turn out to be nonviable, they do not pervert civilization toward the end of despoiling the land, through title, for future evolution—they are engaging in the very essence of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Civilizations can, and must, prohibit the former.  Civilizations that prohibit the latter must be destroyed.

Having put the issue in context, I’d like to ask you a question:

How are the Hasids of   Kiryas Joel, New York getting away with setting up an exclusive city with public schools for their own children protected from ethnic predators, tax exemption of their primary subsistence asset (their homes), a virtual lock on who moves into the city so they can maintain control of the city council, etc?

Almost as worrying is Ted Turner’s multi-million acre ranchland holdings. If someone is crazy enough to pledge one billion dollars to the UN, as Turner did, he might leave La Raza or the NAACP these assets in his will.
