Frontex Needs You! And a 4th generation EU as well?

While E.U. skepticism is more than valid in terms of its extant structure, operation, backing and representatives, can there be any doubt that European nations are better off coordinating their efforts if not cooperating with regard to their mutual interests and concerns?

That unity of effort is what we are calling a union, a European Union of sorts. Let this crisis shake trust in authority to its core and provide an opportunity for ethnonationalists. For we are operating of virtual, parallel nations (4th generation warfare). With that, we can seize this crisis to begin to determine the means and extent of our cooperation in a sovereign reconstruction of our national rule structures and their coordination - but again, who can argue that we have common interest in turning would-be non-European migrants away and repatriating a large percentage of the ones that are here?

Not only are we better off aligned against migrants as opposed to each other, but also aligned against those who are responsible for the pejorative rule structures as they presently exist and the implementation of those rules which brings invading migrants here.

There can be little dispute that European nations are better off with less conflict with one another and more aligned against non-European antagonists and European traitors.

The obvious fact of our allied interests accepted, attention then turns to a balance to be struck somewhere between cooperation and coordination.

With these ideas and the idea of sharing the reconstruction of our rules in our service we have an amazing opportunity to learn from the mistakes of World War II and do things correctly this time. That is, unlike World War II, where we were fighting one another European Nations, we have an opportunity to do what should have been done then: respect one another ethno-nationalist sovereignties and coordinate the blockage, deportation and repatriation of non-Europeans and disproportionate non-native nationals.

This will require something like Frontex. The question is, how much cooperation or coordination do Europeans want to negotiate?

EU Observer, ‘Frontex in dire need of border guards’, 15 Sep 2015:

As Europe’s refugee crisis intensifies, the EU border agency, Frontex, is suffering from a drastic shortage of border guards on the Greek islands, on the land border between Greece and Turkey, between Bulgaria and Turkey, and along the Hungarian border with Serbia, according to an investigation by the Bureau of Investigative Journalism (BIJ).

Five months after EU leaders increased Frontex’s budget by €26.8 million to cope with the refugee crisis, EU member states have not fully responded to repeated requests by Frontex for border guards and equipment to help tackle the problems on Europe’s external borders.

The revelation comes as Frontex’s executive director, Fabrice Leggeri, prepares to be grilled on Tuesday (15 September) by the European Parliament’s civil liberties, justice and home affairs committee.

Committee chairman, Claude Moraes, to whom Frontex reports, described member states’ failure to provide the agency with the necessary resources at this “critical moment” as “scandalous”.

“Frontex is a crucial tool in the response to this crisis and people will therefore be astonished that despite funds being available it’s not adequately resourced so that it can carry out the first-tier response,” Moraes said.

Plea for help

Last April, EU heads of state signed off on the €26.8 million emergency grant at a high-level summit in what was portrayed as Europe uniting in its response to mass tragedies in the Mediterranean.

The money was supposed to allow Frontex to lease border guards and equipment from member states who would then be compensated by Frontex with the extra funds.

Last month, EU migration, home affairs and citizenship commissioner Dimitris Avramopoulos wrote to all 28 interior ministers urging them to help.

But even that demand from the commissioner for migration to senior interior ministers across Europe has not delivered enough border guards and equipment.

As chaos continues to grip key migration routes, Frontex officials have admitted that they “badly need border guards on the Greek islands, border guards and technical equipment on the land border between Greece and Turkey, Bulgaria and Turkey and, crucially, along the Hungarian border with Serbia.”

Offers of key personnel and equipment from member states “are still very scarce”, said a Frontex spokeswoman.

This concluding part of Guillaume Faye’s article [The Migratory Invasion, Part 1: A Terrifying Diagnosis] hits upon the matter critically:

“this [crisis] could lead to fundamentally questioning the architecture and functioning of the European Union”

The matter is, if cooperation and coordination among European nations is necessary - and as we have said, of course it is, more or less - how are the blue prints of that (more or less) unionization to be redrawn and its manifest “architecture” to “function” and be managed?

Theoretically, “more” is characterized by more “cooperation” as distinguished from “less” which is characterized more like “coordination”, but it is still a necessary unionized effort to some extent.

More, coordination has more to do with non-interference with fellow ethnonationalists and acting without centralized directive, but rather autonomously and at the discretion of the parallel nation.

It will do no good to say that no level of cooperation or coordination is necessary as European nations will be impacted by what happens in other European nations.

EU Observer, ‘EU plans fully-fledged external border force’, 11 Dec 2015:

The European Union is considering a plan to introduce a permanent external border control force that could be deployed if it deems that a member state is in need of help to police its frontiers even without the EU country’s consent, the Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal reported Friday (11 December).

The migration crisis has exposed the bloc’s leaky external border control, and the Paris attacks, where two suspects entered the EU posing as refugees, added to the anxieties about external border checks.

There have been repeated calls by EU leaders to step up efforts to police external borders as almost a million people looking for refuge enter the bloc, according to figures by the UN’s refugee agency.

However, handing over a core sovereign power from member states to the EU, with the commission, the bloc’s executive, deciding to deploy the new border force, might be a tough sell.

It will have to be agreed by the EU member states, and in the process the proposal might be watered down.

Just last week Greece accepted the EU’s help in foreign border guards patrolling the Aegean islands, but only after much foot-dragging, and following threats that they might be pushed out of the Schengen passport-free zone.

The EU Commission is to set out the proposal, pushed by Germany and France next week (15 December), ahead of the meeting of EU leaders in Brussels.

Frontex, the EU’s current border control agency based in Warsaw, can only co-ordinate border protection, not enforce it. The proposed beefed-up border force would have its own border guards and equipment, and would not need to rely on member states’ contributions.

The new force would be a permanent border and coast guard with a pool of 2,000 staff that could be deployed within days.

It would not need an invitation from the member state it is set to be deployed to, ultimately the EU Commission would decide on their mobilisation after consulting member states.

The new border guard force would operate in countries that are part of the border-free travel zone, Schengen. It includes non-EU Norway, Iceland and Switzerland, but does not include the UK and Ireland.

Weak external border controls have prompted questions about the Schengen area’s viability, a prized achievement of the bloc, as migrants and refugees manage to travel freely once they enter the EU.

Some have argued that only a commonly managed external border control system can save the Schengen passport-free travel zone.

More than 5,000 sub-Saharan Africans landed in Italy last week, and coast guard monitors are predicting another 10,000 this week—an indication that the cross-Mediterranean route of attack is now once again in full swing.

Intelligence sources quoted by the media in Austria have confirmed that the government is now bracing for a renewed invasion over the “Alpine route.”

According to a report in Austria’s Kronen Zeitung newspaper, the threat of over 10,000 Africans invading Italy per week—and then moving up into Austria and Germany—has triggered an “alarm” amongst Austrian authorities.

As a result, the Austrian government has already started placing troops at the Brenner Pass with Italy.

“The weather in the Mediterranean is now good, and a very large number of boats have been spotted leaving the North African coast for Italy,” the Kronen Zeitung quoted a military intelligence source as saying.

The European Union’s border protection service, Frontex, and its allied NATO patrol vessels are still barred from intercepting the boats and turning them back—as would be the case under any normal political setup.

Instead, they are limited to merely reporting the presence of the boats and can only intervene if the vessels start sinking.

Then the invaders are rescued, taken on board, and ferried the rest of their way to Europe in comfort.

“In any event, none of these people are war refugees,” the military source told the Kronen Zeitung.

The newspaper also revealed that a current graphic from the EU’s “crisis committee” had been leaked which contained a breakdown of the nationalities of those invaders coming over the Mediterranean.

Most of them come from Nigeria (18 percent), Gambia (15 percent), Senegal (10 percent), Mali (9 percent), Guinea and the Ivory Coast (8 percent), and 5 percent from Morocco.

The Kronen Zeitung pointed out that none of these invaders could in any sense be classed as “war refugees,” and that Morocco was in fact a holiday destination every year for “thousands of Austrians.”

This fact alone proved that the Moroccans coming over the Mediterranean are simply invaders seeking to parasite off Europeans.

The paper went on to reveal that the Austrian government had prepared a crisis unit to “deal with the arrival of this next influx.”

“In about a week, the ‘migrants’ will have passed through Italy and will arrive at the Brenner Pass,” the sources told the Kronen Zeitung.

“Since the German government is already pushing Moroccans and people from West Africa back into Austria, we have to assume that this will happen again,” the source continued.

Therefore, the official said, the plan was to halt the invaders at the border and push then back into Italy.

The Austrian government is well aware of the potential political explosiveness of this policy, the paper concluded.

The European Union’s border agency Frontex has admitted that there are an unknown number of jihadis in Europe—and that the “refugee crisis” is allowing them to enter at will.

At the same time, police in Germany have arrested another ISIS terrorist in a “refugee camp,” and it has transpired that one of the Brussels bombers had a job as a cleaner at the EU parliament.

According to Frontex’s newly released “Risk Analysis for 2016,” the “refugee” influx is allowing terrorists to enter the EU, and the Paris attacks proved jihadists were exploiting the “refugee crisis.”

“With no thorough check or penalties in place for those making false declarations, there is a risk that some persons representing a security threat to the EU may be taking advantage of this situation,” the report said.

Frontex also recorded 1.82 million illegal crossings into the EU last year—six times more than in 2014. The total number of “refugees” was estimated at one million, and Frontex claimed that the higher figure was the result of “double counting” in Greece and at the western Balkan EU borders.

But it said it that there was no real way of telling how many illegal immigrants there were and, in any case, there was no way of tracing their movements once they were inside the EU.

The record number of nonwhite invaders seeking to make their way to Europe “also led to an increase in the number of detections of people smugglers, which rose by a fifth to more than 12,000,” the report continued.

“Moroccans, Spaniards, Albanians, and Syrians were the most represented nationalities among the people smugglers. On several occasions, especially on the Central Mediterranean route, smugglers threatened border guards and rescue teams to recover the boats used to transport migrants.”

Meanwhile, from Germany comes the news that a Syrian national has been detained in the western region of Westphalia on war crimes charges, specifically of commanding a “rebel militia” in Aleppo that committed atrocities and plundered artefacts.

The invader, named as Ibrahim Al F., led a 150-man district militia in Aleppo belonging to the Islamist rebel group Ghuraba al-Sham, then part of the “Free Syrian Army,” the “moderate” rebels supported by the US and the West.

At the same time, it has emerged that one of the Brussels suicide bombers had a cleaning job at the European Parliament in that city.

The bomber, Najim Laachraoui, blew himself up at Brussels airport last month. He is also accused of being the bomb maker for the Paris terror assaults last November after his DNA was found on some the explosives used in the attacks, which killed 130.
