Golden Dawn fighting at the ballot box

Posted by Guessedworker on Wednesday, 21 January 2015 10:48.

The most viciously attacked and oppressed political party in the Western world is fighting a legislative election on 25 January 2015.  This is the snap election called to elect all 300 members to the Hellenic Parliament when Parliament failed, in large measure because of the votes of Golden Dawn’s 21 MPs, to confirm the current government’s hand-picked successor to the out-going Karolos Papoulias as President of Greece.

The opinion polls tell a story of waning popularity for Golden Dawn.  The party, though, disdains them and points to polling which shows a more resilient level of support:

When the results of the election are announced, they say, they will be revealed as the third force in Greek politics and the only true opposition to a kleptocratic and traitorous Establishment.

That Establishment, meanwhile, continues to bear down relentlessly on Golden Dawn.  Required by electoral law to allow it national TV access during the campaign, just one appearance of the minimum prescribed length has been offered by ANT1.  And this was it, presented by Kostas Alexandrakis, Golden Dawn candidate in the Attica region:

This is one of the rare instances where a representative of Golden Dawn appears on a television station. There should be no disabuse, this is occurring due to legislation that requires it and not due to democratic sensitivities. This rare opportunity, it should be noted, has a scandalous duration of only four minutes.  They are giving us only four minutes to present our positions, after a lengthy isolation of Golden Dawn. So we must use condensed and concise language.

We should first mention, since they claim we live in a democracy, that some time ago in parliament, a revelation was made that didn’t receive any coverage, not even a mention by the channels. An audio document was revealed, which was authentic, certified by an independent European expert, in which the outgoing Prime Minster, Antonis Samaras, using vulgar language, which I will not repeat, - anyone that is interested can find the audio document on the internet- speaking with a high ranking judicial official, he orders the detention of Golden Dawn’s MPs. More specifically, Speaking on the phone, Samaras states: “Tell big Panathinaikakia, the next three that are going” and then a vulgar phrase, which means put them in prison, follows.

The persecutions and the silence weren’t enough. It was necessary for even greater terrorism efforts by the system to break Golden Dawn - naturally, the reason for the murders of our brothers, Giorgos Fountoulis and Manos Kapelonis, whom we will never forget.

However, Golden Dawn didn’t break. Golden Dawn can’t be broken. Our leader and comrades are found in prison, but there is no evidence that ties them to any unlawful action. Any citizen can look at the proof by performing a simple search on Golden Dawn’s site, xagr.net. Despite this, our imprisoned comrades, the leader and all of us continue the struggle for the fatherland and the Greek people - the other parties in the papers and the channels, and us on the streets and from prison.

I present to you an overview of Golden Dawn’s program for a free and powerful Greece:

• Political catharsis - the thieves in prison, what’s been stolen returned to the Greek people
• Abolishment of politicians’ special privileges
• An end to state funding of parties
• Zero tolerance for the bankers, contractors and television station owners that have embezzled public funds
• Termination of the memorandum
• Audit and deletion of the illegitimate debt
• Termination of the ENFIA property tax and over-burdensome taxation
• Deletion of bank debt with social criteria
• Referendums for all the major national and social issues
• Proclamation of an exclusive economic zone, territorial waters set at 12 nautical miles, a united defense front Greece - Cyprus
• Primary production with the aim for Greek autarky
• Exploitation of our natural resources surveying and drilling for oil and natural gas
• A geostrategic shift toward Russia and China
• Claiming the occupation loan from the Germans
• Zero tolerance for crime
• Expulsion of all the illegal immigrants
• Priority to the Greek in every sector of public life
• National planning for a resolution to the demographic problem so we don’t become a minority

In conclusion, and since there is only a week left until elections, I would like to say that on the night of January 25th, Golden Dawn will be the country’s third political force and the only true national opposition party, against both the ethno-nihilists of SYRIZA, and against the memorandum party of New Democracy, against the Bolsheviks and usurers.

Golden Dawn, so that Greece can belong to the Greeks!
Freedom for the Fatherland - Vote Golden Dawn!

With thanks to George at Golden Dawn’s New York division.

As I noted on my blog, the emphasis of the Golden Dawn campaign seems to be on usury and the financial shambles that is Greece, with a relatively mild nod to the demographic situation. Their campaign vid is here

https://www.youtube.com/watch?x-yt-cl=84411374&v=IKLPqG6d9Ls&x-yt-ts=1421828030

This reminded me of recent discussions I’ve heard here on giving out a message of hope and less of scaring the shit out of the public with propaganda of Muslim take over and White persecution. The Golden Dawn approach seems to be one of freedom and tying that freedom to the abolishing of usury and Globalism and the mass immigration they force upon Europe. It is connecting the dots for the public and chucking the whole thing out.
This way the middle class get to fight for their shrinking living standards and deal with the immigrant problem and the working class, perhaps not being so concerned with the Global Money Power, get to deal with the immigrant problem too.

I have thought that Golden Dawn were overrated for a long time, 11% of the vote is not good enough and at this rate they will never take control of the Greek government. The second biggest party the Conservatives with 25% have more than double the support of Golden Dawn, not a good situation. I think the Finnish Nationalist Party, True Finns is the most supported Nationalist party in Europe, not Golden Dawn which is over-hyped.

For all anyone knows (or cares), Finland might already be 100% White and have a Nazi party in power. Greece, while small, is in a key nexus point geographically, and what happens there, does have a potential flow on effect.

Having said that, I don’t think GD can accomplish a great deal with their tough guy image in a time when Europeans have become so liberal-consumerist orientated.  Also, given the size of Greece, it’s incredibly easy to just keep buying them off with financial loans (covering their pensions and government jobs).

Final Result: 6.3% of the total vote, 388,000 votes yielding 17 seats.

Three comments from the thread to the current post on the GDNY site, which pretty well express the nationalist view at this point.

First, the election itself:

clesiak522

I thought GD would do better

6.92% 426,000 in June 2012
9.4%. 536,000 in May 2014 for EU parliament

6.3% 376,000 Jan 25 2014

Third place is tremendous considering what you were up against, but the exit poll had 8%…and I think we were all hoping for a double showing that would really shock the system…voter intimidation/vote fraud? A possibility?

xaameriki

There was a large amount of ballot tampering at polling stations, intimidation also happened with physical attacks by anarchists but the actual extent is not known yet. The ballot mutilation is the biggest issue though.

And then the future:

Dion

Tsipras stated a few days ago that he will restore democracy in Greece again. My question is, will he release all the GD MP’s illegally held in prison and restore their status as a political party that is DEMOCRATICALLY elected as all the other parties incl his party or will his version of democracy only apply to those he agrees with like a typical marxist that promotes principles of democracy only when it suits them ???? My money is on the latter

To those of us outside Greece, the recent electoral victory of the extreme-left SYRIZA PARTY looks like a case of the lunatics taking over the asylum. With the help of Michael Enoch of The Right Stuff and Dimitrios Papageorgiou, editor of Athens-based magazine Patria, Andy and Colin turn their “podcast spotlight” on Greece, and try to find out what is really going on. Topics under discussion include modern Greek history, the country’s complex economic problems, Golden Dawn, and the true nature of SYRIZA. Along the way a few lazy clichés about Greece and the Greeks get dumped in the Aegean.

Repression in Greece - APF and Golden Dawn discussion in European Parliament

This fills in a piece of the puzzle I hadn’t heard before. The Greeks actually DO have natural resources.

Now it makes sense why the Northern Euro powers even brought Greece—the lazy freeloaders—into its Matrix. It certainly wasn’t their famous “altruism” at work.

Read the full exclusive interview of the Leader of Golden Dawn, Nikolaos Michaloliakos, from the Greek newspaper “Akropolis” Sunday edition February 8th 2015.

Akropolis: Mr. President there is now a new government in the country. The 16 votes of the Golden Dawn with which you refused to vote for President of Republic that was proposed by the former coalition government, essentially led to the fall of Samaras. Are you satisfied about it and how do you face the new coalition government?

Nikolaos Michaloliakos: Our country has been redeemed and relieved from the ethnocide of the coalition government Samaras-Venizelos. Golden Dawn is proud to have contributed decisively to this development. We refused to answer to the bribery into the basements of Megaron Maximos Mansion in exchange for our freedom. Those who did it, either because they lacked the courage or because they had other “motivations”, are now with their families after voting for Stavros Dimas. We will all be judged by history and God. The country was relieved from the parliamentary dictators of Samaras and Venizelos but must be relieved from the memorandum as well. Every day the Greeks drown and the citizens become poorest without mercy. If SYRIZA rids our country of the Memorandum, it is obvious that we will applaud.

But I must tell you that I do not see SYRIZA having this intention. Quite the contrary. But as the coalition government exists just for a few days I shall not say more.

Akropolis: Despite the fact that the Greek people’s mandate is still fresh, which ranked you after the European elections again as the third political force of the country, you remain imprisoned, without mention of a trial date as of yet. How do you judge it?

Nikolaos Michaloliakos: The restoration of the institutions in our country is what first needs to be done. The justice, the functioning of parliament and the fairness towards the expression of the Greek people must be restored. But do you see any difference in the way the new government treats us? We are alone against all. We know this way and we have been marching for 30 years. They despise the 400.000 Greeks who with their vote asked to put an end to the greatest political conspiracy that has been committed against a legal and democratically elected party in Europe. They refused once again to give us the vice president position in the Greek Parliament that we deserve. All media continue in a dictatorial manner the exclusion of the Golden Dawn from any public discussion. They only have time to curse us coarsely, without end.

Akropolis: You are aware of the decree that refers for you to go to trial. Now, the trial, as also requested, will be held. Are you ready?
Nikolaos Michaloliakos: We are ready to prove our innocence and crush the indictment that was founded by a group of perjurers under the command of the former Prime Minister and 2-3 of his Ministers.

                                                                                                    8 July 2015
Dear Chair Person and Managing Director,

On behalf of The Hellenic Republic (“the ‘Republic’ of ‘Greece’) I hereby present a request for stability support within the meaning of Articles 12 and 16 of the ESM Treaty given the risk to the financial stability of Greece as a member state and of the Euro area as a whole.

Specifically, Greece seeks from the FSM a loan facility (a “Program”) with an availability of three years in accordance with the conditions provided in article 13 of the ESM Treaty and in Article 2 in The Guideline of Loans. The loan will be used to meet Greece’s debt obligations and to ensure stability of the financial system.

Consistent with the principles of this medium to long term Programme, the Republic is committed to a comprehensive set of reforms and measures to be implemented in the areas of fiscal sustainability and long term economic growth. Within the framework of the Programme, we propose to immediately implement a code of measures as early as the beginning of next week, including:

- Tax return related measures
- Pension related measues

We will also include additional actions that the Republic will undertake to further strenghen and modernize its economy.  The Greek government will on Thursday 9 July at the latest set out in detail its proposals for a comprehensive and specific reform agenda by the three institutions to be presented to the Euro Group.

In addition to the above it is the expressed goal by the Greek government that by the end of the availability period of the Loan, it requires full and affordable market financing to meet the future funding requirements as well as sustainable economic and financial situation. As part of the broader discussion to be held, Greece welcomes opportunity to explore potential measures to be taken so that its official sector related debt becomes both sustainable and viable over the long term.

Greece is committed to honor its financial obligations to all of its creditors in a full and timely manner. We trust member states appreciate the urgency of our Loan request at this time given the fragility of the banking system, our shortage of available liquidity,  our upcoming obligations, our buildup of interim arrears, and our expressed desire to clear our outstanding arrears with the IMF and the bank of Greece.

We reiterate that Greece is committed to remain a Eurozone member and to respond to rules and regulations as a member state. We look forward to your favorable and timely consideration of our request.

For avoidance of doubt, this letter supersedes our previous request dated 30 June 2015.

Yours Faithfully,

Minister of Finance.

I find it interesting that the word “Loan” is capitalized.

Submission to debt slavery letter forwarded to MR courtesy TT Metzger, who says:

“This really does look like the Greeks have rolled over.  Really, it’s more like the Greek government is kissing the EU’s ass.  In the end I suppose it’s better for Greece to be a burden on the EU rather than on Russia.

Time will tell.”

Greek Debt Crisis: How Goldman Sachs Helped Greece to Mask its True Debt

By Beat Balzli

Goldman Sachs helped the Greek government to mask the true extent of its deficit with the help of a derivatives deal that legally circumvented the EU Maastricht deficit rules. At some point the so-called cross currency swaps will mature, and swell the country’s already bloated deficit.

Greek President to Propose Far-Right Golden Dawn to Form Government

A Greek lawmaker told Sputnik that Golden]http://sputniknews.com/europe/20150821/1026031013.html#ixzz3jXCg8tdJ]Golden Dawn party will be given a mandate[/url] to form the government.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The third party to be granted a mandate to form a new Greek government will be the far-right Golden Dawn, MP from the New Democracy Party, Makis Voridis, told Sputnik on Friday.

“The third party to receive a proposal to create a government will be the Golden Dawn,” Voridis who is a former Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, said.

“I do not think that New Democracy will manage to create a new government, it will not manage to form a parliamentarian majority,” Voridis, who is a former Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, said.

Main opposition New Democracy Party will refuse to form coalition with the left-wing SYRIZA party in case it wins the snap parliamentary elections.

“SYRIZA, the party of the resigned Prime minister, will not participate in any kind of discussion around creating a coalition right now. Without their votes, with actually now are 118, it is practically impossible to form any kind of government,” Voridis stressed.

Earlier on Friday, Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos granted the leader of Greece’s official opposition and head of the center-right New Democracy party Vangelis Meimarakis a mandate to form a new government.

Under the Greek Constitution, Meimarakis has three days to determine if his party can create a viable government before a caretaker regime is put in place.

Golden Dawn is a radical right party, whose 69 members have been accused of creating and running a criminal organization.
