What happened to the three strikes and you’re out law? Surely this man should be behind bars for the rest of his life.

Maybe it’s all a sick social experiment to see how many times a recidivist will commit a crime? Trying to prove why we should have harsher penalties?

The French had the correct approach-Devil’s Island.The best form of “rehabilitation"is learning to co-exist with one’s peers.I suggest St. Helena,Cats Island in the Bahamas{I personally don’t like the guy who owns half of it],Or maybe Adak or Aden in the Aleutions. I just loved the headlines of MSM-“Crime goes down.but prison population goes up “DUH??Will common-sense and experience ever surpass the lofty goals of our idealistic left,or do we still allow sexual predators and career criminals to re-enter our society?Put them on an island,with a personal weapon,a box of ammo,30 days supply of essentials,and visit once a month to do a head-count.The population would probably become stable within two years,regardless of the influx of new arrivals.

Bowery-Your self-referenced article has a comment from me,which is reiterated.Utopian goals are nice,but reality always gets in the way.Criminals,pedophiles,blacks,Muslims,and Mestizos will always be just that,with a totally different mind-set than the rest of us[does that include/exclude you?] We are the LORI,and collectively,they are the MORLOCS-as long as we satisfy their needs,then our fragile society is allowed to exist.
