Usefulness of a Founding Document? by Happy Cracker I was pondering what memetic support we can provide which might concretely help in the establishment of a government that adheres to our philosophy. At some point I came to the consideration of founding documents, and asked myself: what sort of a founding document would we produce to articulate our political philosophy? What I came up with will be easy to criticize on the grounds that it is obvious, and that it is ultimately just another statement. But I hope you’ll give the following example a fair hearing. “Charter of the Existence of the English Nation”. This would be a document which establishes, in a persuasive and accessible style: 1. The existence of the English nation, 2. What constitutes membership of that nation, 3. The value that the English nation has for its members, 4. The fact that the nation can die, and thus needs to be preserved, 5. The existential threat posed by loss of territory, esp. via mass immigration 6. Calls for the death of the English nation (cite: Steyn, Darby, Derbyshire, others), 7. The right of the English nation to exist into futurity, 8. The right of members of this nation to puts its preservation as foremost priority. 9. Further reading: reference MacDonald’s works and others. I can imagine a very embellished version, possibly even giving specific genetic data to delineate the boundaries of the nation. At the very least, a stripped-down and simplified version could be written for distribution to schoolchildren; it might take the form of a pamphlet. Its my opinion that nationalists and those raised in right-leaning households will view many of these memes as being self-obvious and barely worthy of being stated. I disagree, which is why I wrote this and will proceed to write the document. I think that there is a benefit to be had from stating these things explicitly and on paper. My reasoning is that, despite the obviousness of this to some, the left has been able to insert so much relativizing logic and uncertainty into discourse, that even while within one’s own four walls nationalism may reign, in the public space, all of these things are regarded as “up in the air”. Basically the left maintains an air of permanent skepticism about all assertions of nationhood. It is perhaps shocking to some that people believe enough in this to actually state it. I’d like to have it clarified what you mean by ‘fictive teleology’. This would better help me to understand the context of the point you are making. As is, it appears you are talking about the Übermensch ideas and/or self-transcendence-through-warfare.
So, if I understand this reply correctly, you are using this instance of a discussion about NS to describe how philosophical differences can exist even under the banner of nationalism - and that these differences make the endeavor of authoring a founding document problematic. I thought it possible to circumvent this problem - i.e. that the ‘higher branches’ of our philosophies will necessarily be in disagreement - by sticking to the most basic facts.
What do you consider a ‘foundational idea’? I think that the existence of the English nation is a foundational idea. I think it is the foundational idea. Why are we sitting here, in leisure, debating things across fiberoptic cables, running errands in cars and trains, and participating in debate about government? The English nation, thats why. Why are we all stirred up about reforming immigration policy? The English nation. [Others insert in the name of your nations here]. Why is promiscuity bad? The English nation (i.e. its bad for us, because of our sociobiology and how we evolved).
I have difficulty fathoming this. Do you think such a complete philosophy could find expression in a few paragraphs, or would it require an entire book? What, concretely, is the above statement going to look like? You see, wherever you mention something that is based in science, I know what you are talking about. For example, we should state that our sexual norms are going to be based on our high-investment parenting strategy which has evolved in northern Europe. With this as a justification, we could prescribe some limits to the sexual propaganda now in the media and the libertine philosophy now at work in society. That would be an instance - admittedly, the best one I can think of - of a philosophy pertinent to life, being grounded in our sociobiology. I don’t understand how you imagine a philosophical description of “our distinctiveness and our character” being used as the basis of “the natural roots of our interests” - does that mean our political interests? Let me show you the degree to which I am not understanding you, by telling you what I think you mean: the English are adventurous and love sport, therefore - somehow our interests are defined by this? Why does the character of the nation have to be reflected to that extent in its political philosophy?
What constitutes an advance toward this goal? Please give specific examples of how we are advancing towards this goal. Are we moving towards a place where you will venture a first draft of such a document, and let us criticize it? 5

We must begin with morality. Sociobiology can only provide supportive material. European-Americans were complicit in both the passage and financial aftermath of the 1965 Immigration Act. Due to our greed for unearned “wealth” we happily invested our dollars in enterprises which brought Asian and Chicano labor into this country. There is much truth in the Mexican assertion that they are here to do the work we are unwilling to do ourselves, just as was the case with the slave trade. Faux “progressives” of the Right (or would that be the New-New Left?) want to preserve the ill-gotten financial gains and easy-money lifestyle provided by cheap foreign labor (both local and global). What bothers them is having the foreign labor next door and competing for high-end jobs. This cognitive dissonance is the Achilles’ Heel of implicitly white “cultural” conservatism and explicit racial “nationalism.” It is why most people agree with the Left’s assessment that conservatives and nationalists are supremacist, rather than separatist racial partisans supportive of free association. We can’t have our cake and eat it. The only long-term solution to the race-replacement problem is to recognize our moral culpability, financially divest ourselves of the present system to the greatest extent possible, and create a system which excludes those who would exploit us (Jews, white race traitors, intractable moral trucklers of the Right, and non-whites). The first requires honest self-appraisal. The second requires enterprise and sacrifice. The third requires courage. It is not easy to plead guilty to moral turpitude and correct the problem. If so, a genetic definition of what precisely the English are is key for preserving their racial character even in distinction to the “Krauts”, as well as Pakis, and of course Serb-Greeks. And no, “gene flow” into the English genotype is never “legitimate” coming from non-European sources, even genetic contributions from too many “Krauts” would be, then, not preferable. No? 9

My hope is that once this document is authored for the English, similar documents can be prepared for other nations in like fashion. I feel that if we don’t provide some kind of philosophical statement that can be used, actually genuinely used as the basis for political action - then we really are dilettantes and armchair-ists. @Genophobic Xenophile: That is an awesome, awesome point, which I have rarely considered before. How do you see this rapprochement with morality being accomplished in the philosophical, political and practical dimensions? 10

But I wouldn’t refer to such protective documents as “founding” documents because they aren’t the foundation of the race. The race existed eons before. It’s made of blood, not ink. 12

Of course, it was the least we Brits could do, having inundated the Malays with Chinese and, to a lesser extent Indian, immigrants to serve the interests of the business community during the colonial era. Some people suggest that the rise of Islam is the principle problem that faces the Occident in contemporary times. Other people suggest that a secularization of the Western people is the main quandary. Still others suggest that a balkanization of American culture is the primary dilemma. In my opinion the aforementioned problems are only symptoms of the true problem, which is that Westerners lack the willpower to defend their civilization. Europe has been taken over by political parties and institutions that are tolerant of foreign cultures when they should not be. A people who stone women to death for being sexually assaulted to defend the supposed “honor” of a family, decapitate journalists, execute homosexuals, deny people the right of free speech, deny people the right to participate in any religion they choose, engage in the trade of catamites, murder black Christians in Africa, worship an alleged prophet who had sexual relations with a nine-year-old girl named Aisha, or commit acts of terrorism for the greatness of Allah is a backwards civilization that should not be invited or encouraged to conquer Occidental countries. Europeans fought Islamic invaders at the siege of Vienna in 1683 and successfully put an end to their conquest of Europe. Unfortunately Europeans no longer are fighting the Islamic invaders today; in fact, they are helping them, which was evidenced by NATO’s support of the Albanian Muslims during the Kosovo conflict in the late 1990s. Due to the support of the European community and the United States, a predominantly Islamic country on European soil was allowed to form, in which nuns and churches are attacked without mercy as the Islamic populace purges the newly established country of “Infidels.” Tolerance is a bad thing when evil is tolerated. A prime example of cultural subversion that anti-Western political parties in Europe perpetrate is the case of what is happening in Brussels, Belgium. The mayor, Freddy Thielemans, is a member of Parti Socialiste (PS), and has done some rather vile things while in office. For example, upon hearing the news that Pope John Paul II had died, he ordered champagne from a waiter in a restaurant to celebrate. His political party also encourages Muslims to immigrate to Belgium so that the Flemish, the indigenous people of Belgium, have to compete with more people at the voting booth. During the Islamic holiday season of Ramadan, by Thielemans’ decree, police officers are no longer allowed to eat food or drink coffee while working in public. When Europeans decided to rally outside the European Union Parliament in Brussels on September 11, 2007 to protest the Islamization of Europe, he banned the protest from occurring and declared that anyone who showed up would be arrested. Some members of Vlaams Belang, a pro-Flemish political party, defiantly protested and were arrested. Americans are as guilty as Europeans of not defending Western civilization. The United States of America has had enemy troops on its soil only once—during the War of 1812—and that was nearly 200 years ago. In the history of America, the country has only been successfully attacked on two occasions: The date which will live in infamy and on September 11, 2001. Since the country is rarely attacked by foreign peoples, it gives the impression that the American people seem to not be able to grasp the simple concept that there are states and people in the world which desire to destroy Western civilization. Unfortunately who makes it to the next round of American Idol and who is kicked off of Survivor seems to be more important to the American people than the assault on their way of life by savages. The inability to comprehend the fact that the world is full of evildoers causes Westerners to both lower their guard to foreign threats and to remain apathetic about the crisis. When Westerners do defend their culture, they are branded “racist,” “xenophobic,” or “fascist” by either foreign enemies or domestic traitors. For example, when it comes to the debate involving immigration, La Raza, which translates into English to mean “The Race,” is an ethnocentric organization for Mexicans that quickly labels organizations that are opposed to mass and illegal immigration to the United States as “bigots.” Why is it that foreigners have a right to promote their interests, but Westerners are not allowed to promote their own national interests in their homeland without being called derogatory names? The multiculturalists are trying to force Westerners to assimilate to ways of life that are foreign in origin. Why should a Westerner tolerate foreign languages being forced upon them? Why should an American have to press one for English or two for any other language when making a phone call? Why should an American not be accepted into college or get a job, because the employer or college administrator is told to create a “diverse” environment. Why should an American have to pay welfare benefits or the bill for a hospital visit of an illegal alien who decided to immigrate unlawfully to the United States? Why should an American have to work all their life and have the government tax their paychecks to pay for the Social Security check of those who immigrate to the United States? The American people are told that they are “racist” if they promote their own interests over those of foreigners. I, for one, do not apologize for putting my own people first. Woe to the people who neglect their own. Traitors to Western civilization feel that Westerners should apologize to the world for things such as slavery, causing so-called global warming, denying women the right to vote, establishing colonies, fighting the Crusades, not allowing for homosexual “marriage,” and whatnot. I have nothing to apologize for. While my civilization produced Bachs and Mozarts, Einsteins and Pasteurs, Aristotles and Platos, the people of other cultures were sacrificing captives to the “sun god,” shoving bones through their noses, and running through the forests in loincloths with the intent of scalping one another. I do not regret being a Westerner for one minute. The only regret that I have is that so many of my fellow Westerners are ashamed of the civilization to which they belong, which is the same one that cured Polio and Smallpox and put mankind on the moon. If there ever was a Western Civilization Month, like how there is a month for other cultures, there would not be enough time to celebrate all the advances that Western civilization has contributed to the world. Instead of promoting the interests of foreigners, we should promote only our own interests. Instead of subverting our civilization, we should defend it. Why is this such a difficult concept for so many Westerners to grasp? If the problem is not rectified soon, it will only grow worse and we will cross the point of no return. It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine. Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father’s room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun. Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old’ s knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals. When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive. It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old David Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest. Ever wonder why good stuff never makes NBC, CBS, PBS, & MSNBC, CNN, or ABC news. 29

It is useful to point out the hypocrisy and injustice directed towards indigenous Europeans within the context of the existing international system. However, the point of a founding document of this sort is to empower Europeans to protect their ethnic interests regardless of the international system, and ultimately to separate themselves from it. Also, in a founding document that is supposed to set the tone for the very long term, culture and idealistic striving cannot be neglected. GW has complained that many of the young are going away to a better life in the Dominions, well, what would make them more want to come back than for Britain to once be the place to be. Make Britain ‘Great’ again, turn London into a ‘Jerusalem’ onto which Anglo-Saxon expats project their ideals. 34

Such sets of circumstances can only hold us back from accomplishing our goals. We will craft a new international system with us at the top of the pecking order once again. When whites move to Chicago, they naturally gravitate to the North Side, while blacks head to the South Side. Many of these whites doubtless voted for Obama, but “they aren’t nearly as interested in living in neighborhoods rich in color.”
This behavior conflicts with the official multicultural utopian attitudes that are so apparent in the articles. But it does conform to psychological research that people naturally prefer to associate with people who are similar to themselves. In fact, there are deep psychological roots to ethnocentrism that make us attracted to and more trusting of genetically similar others. Douglas Massey, a Princeton University expert on segregation, is quoted to the effect that “although white attitudes have changed and they don’t believe in segregation in principle very much anymore, . . .in intimate settings their comfort level isn’t very high.” Sociologists such as Robert Putnam have also shown that ethnic homogeneity is associated with greater trust of others and greater political participation.
The diversity industry is well aware that most whites don’t want to live among non-whites. Here’s a poster from one such group, aricherlife.org. The caption reads in part “Your workplace thrives on diversity, so why shouldn’t your neighborhood? Diversity expands horizons, promotes understanding, prepares our kids. It promises us all a richer life.”
The logic is that ambitious white parents will want to move to diverse neighborhoods to improve their children’s career chances in the even more diverse. globalized world of the future. So far, it doesn’t seem to be happening.
Of course, whites can’t be explicit about these preferences. Colin Lampark, the white engineer who moved to Lincoln Park, claims he didn’t move to the South Side because “just doesn’t know anyone on the South Side.” This would seem to be an example of what I call “implicit whiteness”: White flight is one of the most salient phenomena of the late 20th century. And where are these white people fleeing to? To the suburbs where there are lots of other white people and where their children go to schools with other white children. As sociologist Kevin Kruse notes in his book White Flight: Atlanta and the Making of Modern Conservatism, race is never part of the explicit rhetoric of white flight. Instead, white flight tends to be expressed as opposition to the federal government, the welfare state, taxation, and perceived moral dangers like abortion and homosexuality. But at the implicit level, the desire for white communities and the aversion to contributing to public goods for nonwhites are the overriding motivations. Each of these identities allows white people to associate with other whites without any explicit acknowledgement that race plays a role. However, as one of the articles notes, blacks can be explicit about their preferences: Many higher-income African-Americans who could afford to live anywhere in the city choose to live among blacks, even at the expense of wealth accumulation in their homes. “It provides a certain comfort for middle-class African-Americans who may work in a corporate environment where they are minorities to live in a neighborhood where they aren’t a minority,” said Richard Pierce, chairman of the Africana studies department at the University of Notre Dame. [Rosalyn] Bates, of Bronzeville [a black neighborhood], might fit into that category. A clinical therapist, she and her attorney sister canvassed much of the city before selecting a neighborhood. “There is a comfort level being among people of your own race,” she said. “I don’t think that there was any intention of segregation behind that.”
The articles reflect the attitude that there is a moral imperative for whites to live in integrated neighborhoods, but it is entirely benign when blacks do it. It is similar to the immigration issue writ small: Massive non-white immigration is a moral imperative for Western societies, but other societies have no such obligation. Societies from Israel to Korea to Zimbabwe are free to preserve their people and culture. And they are intent on doing so.
But such attitudes among whites are cause for censure and endless handwringing by elites in the media and academic world. Whites are retreating to white enclaves where they can find a measure of psychological ease and comfort — except when they talk to the media. We harbor the proficiency to create a thriving and prosperous civilization. However, it seems to be the way of nature that all great things are short lived. Though whites have the ability to create wonderful societies, we do not possess the cleverness to maintain them. For the ambitions and determination that exist in creating a prosperous society, largely erode as a consequence to the resulting ideals this prosperity inspires. In recent history we may observe that England, the United States, and Russia all have thrived as super powers. Within each of these countries is a society dominated by whites. Though their politics and system of government may vary, the resulting ideals that prosperity cultivates is ushering these once great societies into nihility. It appears to me that white Americans, and conservatives in particular, are ignoring the obvious. The America for whom you fly your flag, cover your heart with your hand, and refer to as “under God”, is now a relic of nostalgia. The America to which you are perceiving is a deceased white dominated society. One that held deep convictions and morals. One more concerned with family than prosperity. And one that existed prior to the 1960’s. The foundation of a culture is dependent on the concreteness of its families. How do you maintain a culture? By maintaining its values. How do you maintain values? By insuring the concreteness of the family. How do you safeguard the foundation of families? By insuring that children are raised by their biological mother and father. This union of a nuclear family is more important than all other ideals, it is superior to them. If a culture lacks the ability to maintain the nuclear family, it logically follows that it lacks the ability to maintain itself. It is with this premise that I discuss the end of white dominance. For we have lost the ability to maintain our families. In fact, our culture has digressed into a social disorder which despises all traditional values. We have a value system which declares nuclear families are a burden, an undesirable circumstance of last resort, just prior to death. And it was our search for prosperity that brought us to this point. By prosperity I not only mean financial prosperity. But also, the narcissistic ambition of pursuing ones hopes, dreams, and desires in spite of all others. America was a gift from God Whether you are spiritual or not, if there is a God, certainly America was his greatest blessing endowed upon the white race. The New World was an untamed wilderness where immigrants could radiate and conquer a free and unspoiled land. America was sheltered from the traditional clutches of tyranny and oppression which existed in the Old World. Because of this, mankind was able to fulfill a grand experiment in individual liberty and thereby create a governing body, which was instructed to safeguard individual rights at the expense of government. America was a land free of established Rulers. This presented our forefathers with an opportunity to live their lives as they saw fit, creating communities of good will, often without a formal legislative or law enforcement entity. It was here, in these humble communities, that the white race would produce the most honorable generations of courageous men and women. In the absence of governing bodies, organic culture flourished in the New World. Not surprisingly, armed with their spiritual faith, Europe’s poor and adventurous would construct their own ideals of justice, based largely on Christian principles. First and foremost, America was to be a land free of Kings and Dictators. No longer would a person’s esteem be based upon an adverse system of birthright or lineage. In America every individual was to be judged according to their own talents and integrity. America was capacious with hard labor, available land, and self reliance. But money was often nonexistent, in many communities it was replaced exclusively by a barter system. Thus man was forced to earn his property, without the legislative ability to confiscate his neighbor’s wealth nor to inscribe riches onto paper. In the absence of plunder, legislative piracy, and prosperity, generations of honest and noble men grew up in a more principled society where injustices were rare and atonement was swift. For many early American settlers, injustice through legislation had yet to be introduced. It would be this libertarian system of natural justice and self reliance, allied with spiritual faith, which would lead America to the crest of economic and societal grandeur. . . . The reason blacks grow more audacious with each passing day is because the white race is in a state of media mandated fear. We must all walk and talk as though we are on pins and needles for the very likely occurrence that our inbred racist demeanor will somehow shine through. Only the white race must comply with these rigorous new social standards. All other races are exempt. This is not justice or atonement, this is willing self induced discrimination. Blacks grow bolder and more frustrated with whites. Why is this so? Because a race of citizens who have lost the will to stand up for themselves will garner no respect from those who wish to inflict social and legislative injustice. This self induced fear is marching the white race into bondage within the very societies we created. Why do people of different races have such an arduous contest in efforts to co-exist? This environment is difficult because it goes against our inborn nature. Diversity is the very opposite of what the human mind desires. Society is built upon the ability of individuals to trust each other. Humans naturally trust other people who are similar in appearance, speech, and ideals. This is a natural phenomenon and should be acknowledged as such. To minimize these conditions, the law should not be used as an instrument of injustice, favoring one group at the expense of another. For as each group achieves political prowess, they each in turn strive to propagate unjust legislation onto their fellow citizens. But in America it was the whites who first came to power. Therefore it is the whites who laid the framework for converting the law into an instrument of injustice. The white’s desire for undeserved prosperity has guaranteed us generations of ever increasing plunder. What began as unjust enslavement and tariffs some 300 years ago, has lead to a corrupt system of government that is now felt within the most intimate areas of our lives. What Christians? Nearly 80% of Americans claim to be Christians. But this number is dropping rapidly and it should. Modern Christianity no longer knows what it stands for, despite it being printed in black and white right before our eyes. Much like America, Christians have opted to shed themselves of any moral credibility. Since values and moral condemnation drive away sinners, and thus dollars, damned lies from the pulpit now welcome all regardless of lifestyle. God is love. I believe that is the only sentence from the Bible that any American could recognize based on what is being preached in the majority of our churches. Christians have turned their backs on their religion in order to pursue prosperity. What we are witnessing today is a very diluted and perverted form of Christianity. Rather than committing themselves to God or their families, Americans are now committed to themselves and their personal pursuits of financial wealth. We have replaced the temple of God and family with the temple of financial prosperity and all the pursuits thereof. As America fell away from the teachings of the scriptures, her families and way of life would be torn apart. We have forsaken that which we know to be tried and true, in order to pursue a fabricated fantasy, which in the end; will lead to the complete destruction of America. In fact, I would already go so far as to say that America hasn’t existed in quite a few decades. Whatever America once stood for, it would now be unrecognizable to those forefathers which founded this government of the people. Commitment to God Commitment to Family Commitment to Country These were the commitments of an earlier generation of white Americans. These commitments have been corrupted by the pursuit of prosperity. Much of America’s white youth is turning to atheism. Why is this happening? America no longer has any form of organic culture. Our culture is now centered on the perception that the fruits of life are easily attainable, even if you refuse to work. In the absence of pain, struggles, suffering, and hard work, Americans have achieved such a level of prosperity that they no longer need God. Only in America could the poorest of society also be the most obese. Our society has embraced the ideal of ‘no consequences’. There will be no consequences for reckless sex and reckless spending. America will provide you with birth control, condoms, morning after pill, abortion, debt settlement, debt consolidation, and bankruptcy. Why would any American need God in a society which provides its citizens with such irresponsible lifestyles? You may believe that your atheism is simply an extension of your level of intelligence. But I can assure you, there are plenty of people out there that are smarter than you, who’ve devoted their lives to Christianity. Atheism is a projection of America’s new chapter of conventional wisdom called ethical relativism. That is, there is no such thing as absolute good and absolute evil, for these terms are ethically relative to preconceived notions based on someone’s opinion of morality. George Washington makes a statement in his farewell address that all should consider. Let it simply be asked: Where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice? And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle. Destruction of the nuclear family How did America come to falter with such social chaos and disorder? We pursue sex outside of marriage. We refuse to stay married. We aren’t allowed to discipline our step children, and likewise our own children are the step children of another man. This man is incapable of disciplining your children, for they are not his. His are being raised by another man, who in turn cannot discipline them. And that’s just for the citizens who are trying to achieve a traditional family for the sake of doing what is decent and proper. The single most detrimental social change that destroyed our families was the addition of women to the pursuit of prosperity. As women began leaving the home in search of careers and dollars, our families began the slow process of eroding into a system of derangement where everyone is melancholy about their future. The woman’s place is in the home. Even though I am agnostic, I realize that the failure to apply this principle is the most obvious blunder leading to the disruption of the traditional nuclear family. And it is this driving force (women pursuing careers) that is single handedly commanding a halt to any future accomplishments the white race could have had. A people which has lost the desire to reproduce has already cultivated the seeds of its own destruction. And white cultures around the globe are not reproducing at replacement level. In each of these white cultures citizens have naively constructed a failing social hierarchy which takes its instructions from the desires of women. A society dominated by women will not stand. And America has become a society dominated by women and lawyers. By using the law to unjustly dictate to a man how his wealth and children will be divided, our legal system is further encouraging this disease. Once these societies used the courts to put women in positions of authority within the home, the catalyst for ruination was concealed within our families - and thus the damnation of our culture was materialized. The people are sheeple. Our leaders are unreasonable, irrational, immoral and destructive Democrats and Republicans, except Ron Paul. Conservatives and Anglo-Saxons have no leader. Georgia’s leaders are typical of all States. Our two Senators & Congressmen are quiet as mice. There is no vociferous leader of the sheeple. America’s elected representatives are in fact traitors to the Constitution. Judges ignore the Constitution and make law as they go. Same-Sex marriages, killing babies and total disregard for our Roman based laws is not Anglo-Saxon culture. Who will emerge as a true leader of Anglo-Saxon and Conservative America? Will it be a Civilian Sheeple who has finally awakened to our national tragedy, one who asks no quarter and gives none. Will it be a Military General who has to take over in a national emergency of chaos, riots and anarchy? Will it be a Dictatorial Demagogue who makes false claims and promises in order to gain power like Obama, Stalin, Mao or Hitler? Or will we have a Revolution of the Bourgeoisie as happened in 18th Century France; made up a disfranchised workers, land owners, small businesses and middle class professionals. Whatever road we take Obama was right about bringing change to America. For we are now in the first phase of the revolution. In France the immediate cause of the revolution was state finance in 1774, when Louis XVI appointed Jacques Turgot to reform the financial system. Does Obama’s appointment of Timothy Geithner as Treasury Secretary echo a familiarity? As US food prices continue to rise and shortages appear, will Lady Obama say, “let them eat cake”. In the 2nd phase of the French Revolution after the failure of the Finance Minister, the people, no longer sheeple, took over the Paris Government (Washington in our case) and the French guard joined in. After came Robespierre and the “reign of terror” in which those who were deemed responsible for governments’ failure were guillotined. Which way will America go in its 2nd phase? Rec., April 8, 1924, 5922) ============================================================== In Praise of Homogeneity by Jared Taylor I have just returned from several weeks in Japan, and am again struck by the forceful example that country offers of the advantages of homogeneity. As the years go by, Japan’s steady record of successes stands in ever-greater contrast to America’s failures, and to its inability to think seriously about the kind of country it is becoming. Japan is not without problems, of course, and some are disconcerting by our standards. But the Japanese have a much better chance than we do of surviving into the next century as a coherent, prosperous nation with a culture and civilization it can unmistakably call its own. Japan is one of the most homogeneous countries on earth. Ethnic Japanese make up 98.5 percent of the population, followed by Koreans and Chinese at 0.5 and 0.4 percent. The largest non-Japanese populations are, therefore, from closely related races and are visually indistinguishable from the majority. Wherever you go in Japan, you are likely to see Japanese and only Japanese. Japan is at the same time a sound refutation of the view that homogeneity means dull uniformity. (This is the implication, of course, of the common assertion that immigrants have livened up the United States, saving it, presumably, from the suffocating sameness of whiteness.) Japan has as much variety — cultural, esthetic, culinary — as anyone could want. Whether it is clothing styles, amateur orchestras, motorcycle clubs, art exhibits, restaurants or museums, visitors are struck by the rich variety of Japanese life. There are endless ways to be Japanese. Thus, traditional Japanese instruments like the koto and shamisen have never been more popular, but Japan also produces internationally-known classical musicians. In addition to its own sports like sumo or judo, Japan has mastered baseball to the point that it sends Japanese stars to the major leagues. American orthodoxy about immigration and diversity suggests that a country could not have opera without a colony of Italians, or golf and Scotch whiskey without Scots. Japan proves that a country can open itself to what it considers the best foreign influences while shutting out foreign people. Japan therefore has first-rate opera without Italians, jazz without blacks, heavy metal without Brits and some of the best “Western” science and technology without Westerners. What Japan does not have is “honor killings,” voodoo, MS-13, bilingualism or racial tension, and it will never have these things if it keeps to its current no-immigration policy. We are told over and over that immigration is an inevitable consequence of world travel, of a shrinking globe, and that without big doses of foreigners a country cannot be truly international or participate in the global economy. Again, Japan proves this is nonsense. It is a full participant in everything from the G8 Conference of industrialized nations to Rotary International. It is a considerably more successful participant than the United States in the global economy, exporting 9.7 percent of its GDP versus 7.8 percent for us, and registering a trade surplus of $168 billion in 2006 as opposed to our staggering deficit of $836 billion. Anyone who told the Japanese they would improve their trade balance or understand the world better if they would only let in a million Puerto Ricans or Haitians would be politely escorted to the nut hatch. Japanese believe they are entirely capable of handling their affairs themselves. It is important to realize, however, that the fruits of homogeneity are profoundly different for the Japanese than they would be for, say, the Yoruba or the Cherokee, who could probably have been left homogeneous for centuries without emerging from the state in which Europeans found them (see next article). International testing has repeatedly shown that Japanese have a very high average IQ — three to five points above the European average — and any society they build will reflect this. But if homogeneity brings out a group’s most characteristic traits, what characterizes the Japanese? Japanese behave in many ways as they and other North Asians do in the United States. Japan has, for example, one of the lowest rates of violent crime in the world. The murder rate is approximately one tenth that of the United States (about 0.5 murders per 100,000) and the robbery rate is on the order of one 150th (about one per 100,000). Japanese, both in Japan and in the United States, have lower rates of violent crime even when compared only to white Americans, and although it is not easy to get accurate statistics, violent crime rates for Japanese are essentially the same whether they live in Japan, where there is very tight gun control, or in the US, where guns are plentiful. (Interestingly, of all the foreign groups living in Japan, Africans are the most crime prone, with rates considerably above the native Japanese rate. Europeans and Americans commit the least crime, with rates below native Japanese rates. Africans and whites resident in Japan are much better behaved than the averages for their groups back in their native countries, because Japan is careful about whom it lets in, even temporarily. This keeps crime rates for resident or transient whites — but not for blacks — lower even than the very low native Japanese rate. Even the tiny number of carefully selected blacks living in Japan are still the most crime-prone group in the country.) At the same time, Japanese police are good at solving the small number of violent crimes Japanese commit: 95 percent of murders and 75 percent of robberies, compared to 65 percent and 25 percent in the United States. Police do not have to worry about some groups refusing to cooperate with the police for fear of being called “snitches.” Japan has crime syndicates called yakuza, but they mainly run gambling, prostitution, and protection rackets. No nation has yet learned how to revive flagging birthrates, so for the foreseeable future Japan’s population may be destined to shrink, but if any nation can figure out how to decline gracefully, it will be the Japanese. Black humorists like to calculate how many centuries it will take before Japan’s declining population will drop to zero—when the Japanese people finally go extinct—but Japan is determined to stay Japanese as long as it possibly can. I recently stumbled onto a one-man show of lacquer products made for the tea ceremony. The artist was there, and we fell into conversation. There was a corner of the gallery set aside for making the bitter, frothy, bright green tea for the ceremony, and he called for two servings. We turned the bowls the ritual three times in our hands to admire the workmanship—my host had made them, after all—and drank our tea. A smile played across the man’s face. “When I drink tea like this,” he said, “I can’t help but think how lucky I am to have been born Japanese.” It has probably never occurred to this man to wonder whether his great-grandchildren will be anything but pure-bred Japanese. I’m sure he is confident that whatever happens, his descendants—and his country—will be unmistakably his. He has every reason to be confident that many generations from now, his people will taste that bitter green tea and feel lucky they were born Japanese. 46

The National Socialist movement in Germany from 1933-1945 is a departure from Western tendencies toward universalism and muted individualism in the direction of racial nationalism and cohesive collectivism. . . . National Socialism may be usefully conceptualized as a group evolutionary strategy that was characterized by several key features that mirrored Judaism as a group evolutionary strategy. . . . National Socialism and Judaism as Mirror-Image Group Strategies There is an eerie sense in which National Socialist ideology was a mirror image of traditional Jewish ideology. As in the case of Judaism, there was a strong emphasis on racial purity and on the primacy of group ethnic interests rather than individual interests. Like the Jews, the National Socialists were greatly concerned with eugenics. Like the Jews, there was a powerful concern with socializing group members into accepting group goals and with the importance of within-group altruism and cooperation in attaining these goals. Both groups had very powerful internal social controls that punished individuals who violated group goals or attempted to exploit the group by freeloading. The National Socialists enacted a broad range of measures against Jews as a group, including laws against intermarriage and sexual contact, as well as laws preventing socialization between groups and restricting the economic and political opportunities of Jews. These laws were analogous to the elaborate social controls within the Jewish community to prevent social contact with gentiles and to produce high levels of economic and political cooperation. Corresponding to the religious obligation to reproduce and multiply enshrined in the Tanakh, the National Socialists placed a strong emphasis on fertility and enacted laws that restricted abortion and discouraged birth control. In a manner analogous to the traditional Jewish religious obligation to provide dowries for poor girls, the National Socialists enacted laws that enabled needy young couples to marry by providing them loans repayable by having children. As in the society depicted in the Tanakh and throughout Jewish history, the National Socialists regarded people who could not prove the genetic purity of their ancestry as aliens with fewer rights than Germans, with the result that the position of Jews in National Socialist society was analogous to the position of the Nethinim or the Samaritans in ancient Israelite society, or converts in historical Jewish societies, or the Palestinians in contemporary Israel. As with Israel, the state had become the embodiment of an exclusivist ethnic group. . . . A critical component of official National Socialist ideology, as represented in the thought of Alfred Rosenberg, was the idea that “the twin forces of disintegration, namely universalism and individualism, act in perpetual conflict with the Germanic concept of race” (Cecil 1972, 89). In this regard, National Socialism was indeed profoundly anti-Western. In rejecting both universalism and individualism, National Socialism resembled, much more closely than did medieval Western collectivist Christianity, its mirror image rival, Judaism. Lack of Group-Based Competition as a Necessary Condition for Western Individualism While intra-societal conflict between Jews and gentiles tends to be associated with the development of anti-individualist Western societies, the absence of conflict between powerful and impermeable ethnic groups may be a necessary condition for the development of the relatively individualistic Western societies of the post-Enlightenment world. This proposal is highly congruent with the social identity perspective of group conflict: as societies become structured around competing groups, people form strong group allegiances incompatible with individualism. Such a society is incompatible with the notion of individual rights because group interests become paramount: Within the ingroup, individual rights and interests must be sharply curtailed in the interests of group cohesion and the attainment of group interests. The context of between-group competition results in group membership rather than individual behavior or merit becoming the most important criterion of personal assessment. A Manichean morality of ingroup favoritism and outgroup hostility develops that is completely incompatible with individualism. . . . The implication is that the Western tradition of muted individualism and its concomitant democratic and republican political institutions are unlikely to survive the escalation of intrasocietal group-based competition for resources that is such a prominent theme of contemporary American society. . . . My view, which I elaborate in The Culture of Critique, is that Western societies have a tendency to seek an equilibrium state of hierarchic harmony among the social classes in which there are powerful controls on extreme individualism among the elite classes. This tendency toward hierarchic harmony—a paradigmatic feature of the Christian Middle Ages—combined with assimilationism and individualism has been a powerful force in breaking down barriers within society. The difficulty for a group strategy like Judaism is that, if assimilation fails, the Western tendencies toward universalism and individualism are abandoned. From this perspective, it is no accident that the National Socialist theorist Alfred Rosenberg regarded the Western concepts of universalism and individualism as anathema: Both concepts were incompatible with National Socialism as a closed ethnic group strategy. The paradigm for such assimilative behavior is Alexander the Great’s intention of building a universalist state in which there would be complete genetic and cultural assimilation with the conquered peoples - the dream of a universal world-state based on universal brotherhood and partnership and on cooperation between conquerors and conquered (see Hegermann 1989). Alexander adopted many Persian cultural practices (e.g., type of dress and court ceremonies), and he married an Iranian princess and forced his men to do the same. In contrast, the whole point of historical Judaism has been to resist alien cultures. Moreover, Israelites who married foreign women in the period of conquest after the Exodus and in the resettlement after the Babylonian exile were condemned and excluded, and Joshua “destroyed all that breathed, as the LORD, the God of Israel, commanded” (Josh. 10:40).

Given that a great many human cultures bear a strong resemblance to the collectivist, anti-assimilatory tendencies present in Middle Eastern culture, it is highly likely that many of our present immigrants are similarly unable or unwilling to accept the fundamental premises of a universalistic, culturally homogeneous, individualistic society. A fundamental agenda has been to make the European-derived peoples of the United States view concern about their own demographic and cultural eclipse as irrational and as an indication of psychopathology. If one accepts that both within-group and between-group genetic variation remains and is non-trivial (i.e., if evolution is an ongoing process), then the principle of relatively unrestricted immigration, at least under the conditions obtaining in late twentieth-century Western societies, clearly involves altruism by some individuals and established groups. Nevertheless, although the success of the intellectual movements reviewed in this volume is an indication that people can be induced to be altruistic toward other groups, I rather doubt such altruism will continue if there are obvious signs that the status and political power of European-derived groups is decreasing while the power of other groups increases. The prediction, both on theoretical grounds and on the basis of social identity research, is that as other groups become increasingly powerful and salient in a multicultural society, the European-derived peoples of the United States will become increasingly unified; among these peoples, contemporary divisive influences, such as issues related to gender and sexual orientation, social class differences, or religious differences, will be increasingly perceived as unimportant. Eventually these groups will develop a united front and a collectivist political orientation vis-a-vis the other ethnic groups. Other groups will be expelled if possible or partitions will be created, and Western societies will undergo another period of medievalism. The present tendencies lead one to predict that unless the ideology of individualism is abandoned not only by the multicultural minorities (who have been encouraged to pursue their group interests by a generation of American intellectuals) but also by the European-derived peoples of Europe, North America, New Zealand, and Australia, the end result will be a substantial diminution of the genetic, political, and cultural influence of these peoples. It would be an unprecedented unilateral abdication of such power and certainly an evolutionist would expect no such abdication without at least a phase of resistance by a significant segment of the population. As indicated above, European-derived peoples are expected to ultimately exhibit some of the great flexibility that Jews have shown throughout the ages in advocating particular political forms that best suit their current interests. The prediction is that segments of the European-derived peoples of the world will eventually realize that they have been ill-served and are being ill-served both by the ideology of multiculturalism and by the ideology of deethnicized individualism. It will be ironic that, whatever racialist rhetoric may be adopted by the leaders of these defensive movements, they will be constrained to emulate key elements of Judaism as a group evolutionary strategy. Such strategic mimicry will, once again, lead to a “Judaization” of Western societies not only in the sense that their social organization will become more group-oriented but also in the sense that they will be more aware of themselves as a positively evaluated ingroup and more aware of other human groups as competing, negatively evaluated outgroups. 50

I’m very excited today, because the large-scale online survey sina.com that was done for us showed that our next generation is quite promising and our Party’s cause will be carried on. In answering the question, “Will you shoot at women, children and prisoners of war,” more than 80 percent of the respondents answered in the affirmative, exceeding by far our expectations [1]. Today I’d like to focus on why we asked sina.com to conduct this online survey among our people. My speech today is a sequel to my speech last time [2], during which I started with a discussion of the issue of the three islands [3], mentioned that 20 years of the idyllic theme of “peace and development” had come to an end, and concluded that modernization under the saber is the only option for China’s next phase. I also mentioned we have a vital stake overseas. Today, I’ll speak more specifically on these two issues. The central issue of this survey appears to be whether one should shoot at women, children and prisoners of war, but its real significance goes far beyond that. Ostensibly, our intention is mainly to figure out what the Chinese people’s attitude towards war is: If these future soldiers do not hesitate to kill even non-combatants, they’ll naturally be doubly ready and ruthless in killing combatants. Therefore, the responses to the survey questions may reflect the general attitude people have towards war. Actually, however, this is not our genuine intention. The purpose of the CCP Central Committee in conducting this survey is to probe people’s minds. We wanted to know: If China’s global development will necessitate massive deaths in enemy countries, will our people endorse that scenario? Will they be for or against it? As everybody knows, the essence of Comrade Xiaoping’s [4] thinking is “development is the hard truth.” And Comrade Jintao [5] has also pointed out repeatedly and empathetically that “development is our top priority,” which should not be neglected for even a moment. But many comrades tend to understand “development” in its narrow sense, assuming it to be limited to domestic development. The fact is, our “development” refers to the great revitalization of the Chinese nation, which, of course, is not limited to the land we have now but also includes the whole world. Why do we put it this way? In discussing this issue, let us start from the beginning. As everybody knows, according to the views propagated by the Western scholars, humanity as a whole originated from one single mother in Africa. Therefore, no race can claim racial superiority. However, according to the research conducted by most Chinese scholars, the Chinese are different from other races on earth. We did not originate in Africa. Instead, we originated independently in the land of China. The Peking Man at Zhoukoudian that we are all familiar with represents a phase of our ancestors’ evolution. “The Project of Searching for the Origins of the Chinese Civilization” currently undertaken in our country is aimed at a more comprehensive and systematic research on the origin, process and development of the ancient Chinese civilization. We used to say, “Chinese civilization has had a history of five thousand years.” But now, many experts engaged in research in varied fields including archeology, ethnic cultures, and regional cultures have reached consensus that the new discoveries such as the Hongshan Culture in the Northeast, the Liangzhu Culture in Zhejiang province, the Jinsha Ruins in Sichuan province, and the Yongzhou Shun Emperor Cultural Site in Human province are all compelling evidence of the existence of China’s early civilizations, and they prove that China’s rice-growing agricultural history alone can be traced back as far as 8,000 to 10,000 years. This refutes the concept of “five thousand years of Chinese civilization.” Therefore, we can assert that we are the product of cultural roots of more than a million years, civilization and progress of more than ten thousand years, an ancient nation of five thousand years, and a single Chinese entity of two thousand years. This is the Chinese nation that calls itself, “descendents of Yan and Huang,” the Chinese nation that we are so proud of. Hitler’s Germany had once bragged that the German race was the most superior race on Earth, but the fact is, our nation is far superior to the Germans. During our long history, our people have disseminated throughout the Americas and the regions along the Pacific Rim, and they became Indians in the Americas and the East Asian ethnic groups in the South Pacific. We all know that on account of our national superiority, during the thriving and prosperous Tang Dynasty our civilization was at the peak of the world. We were the center of the world civilization, and no other civilization in the world was comparable to ours. Later on, because of our complacency, narrow-mindedness, and the self-enclosure of our own country, we were surpassed by Western civilization, and the center of the world shifted to the West. In reviewing history, one may ask: Will the center of the world civilization shift back to China? Comrade He Xin put it in his report to the Central Committee in 1988: If the fact is that the center of leadership of the world was located in Europe as of the 18th Century, and later shifted to the United States in the mid 20th Century, then in the 21st Century the center of leadership of the world will shift to the East of our planet. And, “the East” of course mainly refers to China. Actually, Comrade Liu Huaqing made similar points in early 1980s. Based on an historical analysis, he pointed out that the center of world civilization is shifting. It shifted from the East to Western Europe and later to the United States; now it is shifting back to the East. Therefore, if we refer to the 19th Century as the British Century, and the 20th century as the American Century, then the 21st Century will be the Chinese Century. To understand conscientiously this historical law and to be prepared to greet the advent of the Chinese Century is the historical mission of our Party. As we all know, at the end of the last century, we built the Altar to the Chinese Century in Beijing. At the very moment of the arrival of the new millennium, the collective leadership of the Party Central Committee gathered there for a rally, upholding the torches of Zhoukoudian, to pledge themselves to get ready to greet the arrival of the Chinese Century. We were doing this to follow the historical law and setting the realization of the Chinese Century as the goal of our Party’s endeavors. Later, in the political report of our Party’s Sixteenth National Congress, we established that the national revitalization be our great objective and explicitly specified in our new Party Constitution that our Party is the pioneer of the Chinese people. All these steps marked a major development in Marxism, reflecting our Party‘s courage and wisdom. As we all know, Marx and his followers have never referred to any communist party as a pioneer of a certain people; neither did they say that national revitalization could be used as a slogan of a communist party. Even Comrade Mao Zedong, a courageous national hero, only raised high the banner of “the global proletarian revolution,” but even he did not have the courage to give the loudest publicity to the slogan of national revitalization. We must greet the arrival of the Chinese Century by raising high the banner of national revitalization. How should we fight for the realization of the Chinese Century? We must borrow the precious experiences in human history by taking advantage of the outstanding fruition of human civilization and drawing lessons from what happened to other ethnic groups. The lessons include the collapse of communism in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, as well as the defeats of Germany and Japan in the past. Recently there has been much discussion on the lessons of the collapse of communism in the former Soviet Union and Eastern European countries, so I will not dwell on them here. Today I’d like to talk about the lessons of Germany and Japan. As we all know, Nazi Germany also placed much emphasis on the education of the people, especially the younger generation. The Nazi party and government organized and established various propaganda and educational institutions such as the “Guiding Bureau of National Propaganda,” “Department of National Education and Propaganda,” “Supervising Bureau of Worldview Study and Education,” and “Information Office,” all aimed at instilling into the people’s minds, from elementary schools to colleges, the idea that German people are superior, and convincing people that the historical mission of the Arian people is to become the “lords of earth” that “rule over the world.” Back then the German people were much more united than we are today. Nonetheless, Germany was defeated in utter shame, along with its ally, Japan. Why? We reached some conclusions at the study meetings of the Politburo, in which we were searching for the laws that governed the vicissitudes of the big powers, and trying to analyze Germany and Japan’s rapid growth. When we decide to revitalize China based on the German model, we must not repeat the mistakes they made. Specifically, the following are the fundamental causes for their defeat: First, they had too many enemies all at once, as they did not adhere to the principle of eliminating enemies one at a time; second, they were too impetuous, lacking the patience and perseverance required for great accomplishments; third, when the time came for them to be ruthless, they turned out to be too soft, therefore leaving troubles that resurfaced later on. Let’s presume that back then Germany and Japan had been able to keep the United States neutral and had fought a protracted war step by step on the Soviet front. If they had adopted this approach, gained some time to advance their research, eventually succeeded in obtaining the technology of nuclear weapons and missiles, and launched surprise attacks against the United States and the Soviet Union using them, then the United States and the Soviet Union would not have been able to defend themselves and would have had to surrender. Little Japan, in particular, made an egregious mistake in launching the sneak strike at Pearl Harbor. This attack did not hit the vital parts of the United States. Instead it dragged the United States into the war, into the ranks of the gravediggers that eventually buried the German and Japanese fascists. Of course, if they had not made these three mistakes and won the war, history would have been written in a different fashion. If that had been the case, China would not be in our hands. Japan might have relocated their capital to China and ruled over China. Afterwards, China and the whole of Asia under Japan’s command would have brought into full play the oriental wisdom, conquered the West ruled by Germany and unified the whole world. This is irrelevant, of course. No more digressions. So, the fundamental reason for the defeats of Germany and Japan is that history did not arrange them to be the “lords of the earth,” for they are, after all, not the most superior race. Ostensibly, in comparison, today’s China is alarmingly similar to Germany back then. Both of them regard themselves as the most superior races; both of them have a history of being exploited by foreign powers and are therefore vindictive; both of them have the tradition of worshipping their own authorities; both of them feel that they have seriously insufficient living space; both of them raise high the two banners of nationalism and socialism and label themselves as “national socialism”; both of them worship “one state, one party, one leader, and one doctrine.” And yet, if we really are to make a comparison between Germany and China, then, as Comrade Jiang Zemin put it, Germany belongs to “pediatrics”—too trivial to be compared. How large is Germany’s population? How big is its territory? And how long is its history? We eliminated eight million Nationalist troops in only three years. How many enemies did Germany kill? They were in power for a transient period of little more than a dozen years before they perished, while we are still energetic after being around for more than eighty years. Comrade Xiaoping replied in a polite manner: “Go tell your government, China and the United States do not have such a relationship that is interdependent and mutually reliant.” Actually, Comrade Xiaoping was being too polite, he could have been more frank, “The relationship between China and United States is one of a life-and-death struggle.” Of course, right now it is not the time to openly break up with them yet. Our reform and opening to the outside world still rely on their capital and technology, we still need America. Therefore, we must do everything we can to promote our relationship with America, learn from America in all aspects and use America as an example to reconstruct our country. How have we managed our foreign affairs in these years? Even if we had to put on a smiling face in order to please them, even if we had to give them the right cheek after they had hit our left cheek, we still must endure in order to further our relationship with the United States. Do you remember the character of Wuxun in the movie the “Story of Wuxun”? In order to accomplish his mission, he endured so much pain and suffered so much beating and kicking! The United States is the most successful country in the world today. Only after we have learned all of its useful experiences can we replace it in the future. Even though we are presently imitating the American tone “China and United States rely on each other and share honor and disgrace,” we must not forget that the history of our civilization repeatedly has taught us that one mountain does not allow two tigers to live together. We also must never forget what Comrade Xiaoping emphasized “refrain from revealing the ambitions and put others off the track.” The hidden message is: we must put up with America; we must conceal our ultimate goals, hide our capabilities and await the opportunity. In this way, our mind is clear. Why have we not updated our national anthem with something peaceful? Why did we not change the anthem’s theme of war? Instead, when revising the Constitution this time, for the first time we clearly specified “March of the Volunteers” is our national anthem. Thus we will understand why we constantly talk loudly about the “Taiwan issue” but not the “American issue.” We all know the principle of “doing one thing under the cover of another.” If ordinary people can only see the small island of Taiwan in their eyes, then you as the elite of our country should be able to see the whole picture of our cause. Over these years, according to Comrade Xiaoping’s arrangement, a large piece of our territory in the North has been given up to Russia; do you really think our Party Central Committee is a fool? To resolve the issue of America we must be able to transcend conventions and restrictions. In history, when a country defeated another country or occupied another country, it could not kill all the people in the conquered land, because back then you could not kill people effectively with sabers or long spears, or even with rifles or machine guns. Therefore, it was impossible to gain a stretch of land without keeping the people on that land. However, if we conquered America in this fashion, we would not be able to make many people migrate there. Only by using special means to “clean up” America will we be able to lead the Chinese people there. This is the only choice left for us. This is not a matter of whether we are willing to do it or not. What kind of special means is there available for us to “clean up” America? Conventional weapons such as fighters, canons, missiles and battleships won’t do; neither will highly destructive weapons such as nuclear weapons. We are not as foolish as to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons, despite the fact that we have been exclaiming that we will have the Taiwan issue resolved at whatever cost. Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves. There has been rapid development of modern biological technology, and new bio weapons have been invented one after another. Of course we have not been idle; in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are capable of achieving our purpose of “cleaning up” America all of a sudden. When Comrade Xiaoping was still with us, the Party Central Committee had the perspicacity to make the right decision not to develop aircraft carrier groups and focus instead on developing lethal weapons that can eliminate mass populations of the enemy country. From a humanitarian perspective, we should issue a warning to the American people and persuade them to leave America and leave the land they have lived in to the Chinese people. Or at least they should leave half of the United States to be China’s colony, because America was first discovered by the Chinese. But would this work? If this strategy does not work, then there is only one choice left to us. That is, use decisive means to “clean up” America, and reserve America for our use in a moment. Our historical experience has proven that as long as we make it happen, nobody in the world can do anything about us. Furthermore, if the United States as the leader is gone, then other enemies have to surrender to us. Biological weapons are unprecedented in their ruthlessness, but if the Americans do not die then the Chinese have to die. If the Chinese people are strapped to the present land, a total societal collapse is bound to take place. According to the computation of the author of Yellow Peril, more than half of the Chinese will die, and that figure would be more than 800 million people! Just after the liberation, our yellow land supported nearly 500 million people, while today the official figure of the population is more than 1.3 billion. This yellow land has reached the limit of its capacity. One day, who knows how soon it will come, the great collapse will occur any time and more than half of the population will have to go. We must prepare ourselves for two scenarios. If our biological weapons succeed in the surprise attack [on the United States], the Chinese people will be able to keep their losses at a minimum in the fight against the United States. If, however, the attack fails and triggers a nuclear retaliation from the United States, China would perhaps suffer a catastrophe in which more than half of its population would perish. That is why we need to be ready with air defense systems for our big and medium-sized cities. Whatever the case may be, we can only move forward fearlessly for the sake of our Party and state and our nation’s future, regardless of the hardships we have to face and the sacrifices we have to make. The population, even if more than half dies, can be reproduced. But if the Party falls, everything is gone, and forever gone! In Chinese history, in the replacement of dynasties, the ruthless have always won and the benevolent have always failed. The most typical example involved Xiang Yu the King of Chu, who, after defeating Liu Bang, failed to continue to chase after him and eliminate his forces, and this leniency resulted in Xiang Yu’s death and Liu’s victory (during the war between Chu and Han, just after the Qin Dynasty (221-206BC) was overthrown). Therefore, we must emphasize the importance of adopting resolute measures. In the future, the two rivals, China and the United States, will eventually meet each other in a narrow road, and our leniency to the Americans will mean cruelty toward the Chinese people. Here some people may want to ask me: what about the several millions of our compatriots in the United States? They may ask: aren’t we against Chinese killing other Chinese? These comrades are too pedantic; they are not pragmatic enough. If we had insisted on the principle that the Chinese should not kill other Chinese, would we have liberated China? As for the several million Chinese living in the United States, this is of course a big issue. Therefore in recent years, we have been conducting research on genetic weapons, i.e. those weapons that do not kill yellow people. But producing a result with this kind of research is extremely difficult. Of the research done on genetic weapons throughout the world, the Israeli’s is the most advanced. Their genetic weapons are designed to target Arabs and protect the Israelis. But even they have not reached the stage of actual deployment. We have cooperated with Israel on some research. Perhaps we can introduce some of the technologies used to protect Israelis and remold these technologies to protect the yellow people. But their technologies are not mature yet, and it is difficult for us to surpass them in a few years. If it has to be five or ten years before some breakthroughs can be achieved in genetic weapons, we cannot afford to wait any longer. Old comrades like us cannot afford to wait that long, for we don’t have that much time to live. Old soldiers of my age may be able to wait for five or ten more years, but those from the period of the Anti-Japanese War or the few old Red Army soldiers cannot wait any longer. Therefore we have to give up our expectations about genetic weapons. Of course, from another perspective, the majority of those Chinese living in the United States have become our burden, because they have been corrupted by the bourgeois liberal values for a long time and it would be difficult for them to accept our Party’s leadership. If they survived the war, we would have to launch campaigns in the future to deal with them, to reform them. Do you still remember that when we had just defeated the Koumintang (KMT) and liberated Mainland China, so many people from the bourgeois class and intellectuals welcomed us so very warmly, but later we had to launch campaigns such as the “suppression of the reactionaries” and “Anti-Rightist Movement” to clean them up and reform them? Some of them were in hiding for a long time and were not exposed until the Cultural Revolution. History has proved that any social turmoil is likely to involve many deaths. Maybe we can put it this way: death is the engine that moves history forward. During the period of Three Kingdoms [9], how many people died? When Genghis Khan conquered Eurasia, how many people died? When Manchu invaded the interior of China, how many people died? Not many people died during the 1911 Revolution, but when we overthrew the Three Great Mountains [10], and during the political campaigns such as “Suppression of reactionaries,” “Three-Anti Campaign,” and “Five-Anti Campaign” at least 20 million people died. We were apprehensive that some young people today would be trembling with fear when they hear about wars or people dying. During wartime, we were used to seeing dead people. Blood and flesh were flying everywhere, corpses were lying in heaps on the fields, and blood ran like rivers. We saw it all. On the battlefields, everybody’s eyes turned red with killing because it was a life-and-death struggle and only the brave would survive. 56

As a result, we have a longer history, more people, and larger land area. On this basis, our ancestors left us with the two most essential heritages, which are atheism and great unity. It was Confucius, the founder of our Chinese culture, who gave us these heritages. These two heritages determined that we have a stronger ability to survive than the West. That is why the Chinese race has been able to prosper for so long. We are destined “not to be buried by either heaven or earth” no matter how severe the natural, man-made, and national disasters. This is our advantage. Take response to war as an example. The reason that the United States remains today is that it has never seen war on its mainland. Once its enemies aim at the mainland, they enemies would have already reached Washington before its congress finishes debating and authorizes the president to declare war. But for us, we don’t waste time on these trivial things. Comrade Deng Xiaoping once said, “The Party’s leadership is prompt in making decisions. Once a decision is made, it is immediately implemented. There’s no wasting time on trivial things like in capitalist countries. This is our advantage.” Our Party’s democratic centralism is built on the tradition of great unity. Although fascist Germany also stressed high-level centralism, they only focused on the power of the country’s executive, but ignored the collective leadership of the central group. That’s why Hitler was betrayed by many later in his life, which fundamentally depleted the Nazis of their war capacity. What makes us different from Germany is that we are complete atheists, while Germany was primarily a Catholic and Protestant country. Hitler was only half atheist. Although Hitler also believed that ordinary citizens had low intelligence, and that leaders should therefore make decisions, and although German people worshipped Hitler back then, Germany did not have the tradition of worshipping sages on a broad basis. Our Chinese society has always worshipped sages, and that is because we don’t worship any god. Once you worship a god, you can’t worship a person at the same time, unless you recognize the person as the god’s representative like they do in Middle Eastern countries. On the other hand, once you recognize a person as a sage, of course you will want him to be your leader, instead of monitoring and choosing him. This is the foundation of our democratic centralism. The bottom line is, only China, not Germany, is a reliable force in resisting the Western parliament-based democratic system. Hitler’s dictatorship in Germany was perhaps but a momentary mistake in history. Maybe you have now come to understand why we recently decided to further promulgate atheism. If we let theology from the West into China and empty us from the inside, if we let all Chinese people listen to God and follow God, who will obediently listen to us and follow us? If the common people don’t believe Comrade Hu Jintao is a qualified leader, question his authority, and want to monitor him, if the religious followers in our society question why we are leading God in churches, can our Party continue to rule China? Germany’s dream to be the “lord of the earth” failed, because ultimately, history did not bestow this great mission upon them. But the three lessons Germany learned from experience are what we ought to remember as we complete our historic mission and revitalize our race. The three lessons are: Firmly grasp the country’s living space, firmly grasp the Party’s control over the nation, and firmly grasp the general direction toward becoming the “lord of the earth.” Next, I’d like to address these three issues. Anybody who has been to Western countries knows that their living space is much better than ours. They have forests alongside the highways, while we hardly have any trees by our streets. Their sky is often blue with white clouds, while our sky is covered with a layer of dark haze. Their tap water is clean enough for drinking, while even our ground water is so polluted that it can’t be drunk without filtering. They have few people in the streets, and two or three people can occupy a small residential building; in contrast, our streets are always crawling with people, and several people have to share one room. Many years ago, there was a book titled Yellow Catastrophes. It said that, due to our following the American style of consumption, our limited resources would no longer support the population and society would collapse, once our population reaches 1.3 billion. Now our population has already exceeded this limit, and we are now relying on imports to sustain our nation. It’s not that we haven’t paid attention to this issue. The Ministry of Land Resources is specialized in this issue. But the term “living space” (lebensraum) is too closely related to Nazi Germany. The reason we don’t want to discuss this too openly is to avoid the West’s association of us with Nazi Germany, which could in turn reinforce the view that China is a threat. Therefore, in our emphasis on He Xin’s new theory, “Human rights are just living rights,” we only talk about “living,” but not “space,” so as to avoid using the term “living space.” From the perspective of history, the reason that China is faced with the issue of living space is because Western countries have developed ahead of Eastern countries. Western countries established colonies all around the world, therefore giving themselves an advantage on the issue of living space. To solve this problem, we must lead the Chinese people outside of China, so that they could develop outside of China. The second issue is our focus on the leadership capacity of the ruling party. We’ve done better on this than their party. Although the Nazis spread their power to every aspect of the German national government, they did not stress their absolute leadership position like we have. They did not take the issue of managing the power of the party as first priority, which we have. When Comrade Mao Zedong summarized the “three treasures” of our party’s victory in conquering the country, he considered the most important “treasure” to be developing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and strengthening its leadership position. We have to focus on two points to fortify our leadership position and improve our leadership capacity. The first is to promote the “Three Represents” theory [8], stressing that our Party is the pioneer of the Chinese race, in addition to being the pioneer of the proletariat. Many citizens say in private, “We never voted for you, the Communist Party, to represent us. How can you claim to be our representatives?” There’s no need to worry about this issue. Comrade Mao Zedong said that if we could lead our allies to victory and make them benefit, they would support us. Therefore, as long as we can lead the Chinese people outside of China, resolving the lack of living space in China, the Chinese people will support us. At that time, we don’t have to worry about the labels of “totalitarianism” or “dictatorship.” Whether we can forever represent the Chinese people depends on whether we can succeed in leading the Chinese people out of China. The second point, whether we can lead the Chinese people out of China, is the most important determinant of the CCP’s leadership position. Why do I say this? Everyone knows that without the leadership of our Party, China would not exist today. Therefore, our highest principle is to forever protect our Party’s leadership position. Before June 4, we realized vaguely that as long as China’s economy is developed, people would support and love the Communist Party. Therefore we had to use several decades of peacetime to develop China’s economy. No matter what -isms, whether it is a white cat or a black cat, it is a good cat if it can develop China’s economy. But at that time, we did not have mature ideas about how China would deal with international disputes after its economy is developed. Comrade Xiaoping said then that the main themes in the world were peace and development. But the June 4 riot gave our Party a warning and gave us a lesson that is still fresh. The pressure of China’s peaceful evolution makes us reconsider the main themes of our time. We see that neither of these two issues, peace and development, have been resolved. The western oppositional forces always change the world according to their own visions; they want to change China and use peaceful evolution to overturn the leadership of our Communist Party. Therefore, if we only develop the economy, we still face the possibility of losing control. That June 4 riot almost succeeded in bringing a peaceful transition; if it were not for the fact that a large number of veteran comrades were still alive and at a crucial moment they removed Zhao Ziyang and his followers, then we all would have been put in prison. After death we would have been too ashamed to report to Marx. Although we have passed the test of June 4, after our group of senior comrades pass away, without our control, peaceful evolution may still come to China like it did to the former Soviet Union. In 1956, they suppressed the Hungarian Incident and defeated the attacks by Tito’s revisionists of Yugoslavia, but they could not withstand Gorbachev thirty some years later. Once those pioneering senior comrades died, the power of the Communist Party was taken away by peaceful evolution. After the June 4 riot was suppressed, we have been thinking about how to prevent China from peaceful evolution and how to maintain the Communist Party’s leadership. We thought it over and over but did not come up with any good ideas. If we do not have good ideas, China will inevitably change peacefully, and we will all become criminals in history. After some deep pondering, we finally come to this conclusion: Only by turning our developed national strength into the force of a fist striking outward—only by leading people to go out —can we win forever the Chinese people’s support and love for the Communist Party. Our Party will then stand on invincible ground, and the Chinese people will have to depend on the Communist Party. They will forever follow the Communist Party with their hearts and minds, as was written in a couplet frequently seen in the countryside some years ago: “Listen to Chairman Mao, Follow the Communist Party!” Therefore, the June 4 riot made us realize that we must combine economic development with preparation for war and leading the people to go out! Therefore, since then, our national defense policy has taken a 180 degree turn and we have since emphasized more and more “combining peace and war.” Our economic development is all about preparing for the need of war! Publicly we still emphasize economic development as our center, but in reality, economic development has war as its center! We have made a tremendous effort to construct “The Great Wall Project” to build up, along our coastal and land frontiers as well as around large and medium-sized cities, a solid underground “Great Wall” that can withstand a nuclear war. We are also storing all necessary war materials. Therefore, we will not hesitate to fight a Third World War, so as to lead the people to go out and to ensure the Party’s leadership position. In any event, we, the CCP, will never step down from the stage of history! We’d rather have the whole world, or even the entire globe, share life and death with us than step down from the stage of history!!! Isn’t there a ‘nuclear bondage’ theory? It means that since nuclear weapons have bound the security of the entire world, all will die together if death is inevitable. In my view, there is another kind of bondage, and that is, the fate our Party is tied up with that of the whole world. If we take the long view, we will see that history led us on this path. First, China’s long history has resulted in the world’s largest population, including Chinese in China as well as overseas. Second, once we open our doors, the profit-seeking western capitalists will invest capital and technology in China to assist our development, so that they can occupy the biggest market in the world. Third, our numerous overseas Chinese help us create the most favorable environment for the introduction of foreign capital, foreign technology and advanced experience into China. Thus, it is guaranteed that our reform and open-door policy will achieve tremendous success. Fourth, China’s great economic expansion will inevitably lead to the shrinkage of per-capita living space for the Chinese people, and this will encourage China to turn outward in search for new living space. Fifth, China’s great economic expansion will inevitably come with a significant development in our military forces, creating conditions for our expansion overseas. Even since Napoleon’s time, the West has been has been alert for the possible awakening of the sleeping lion that is China. Now, the sleeping lion is standing up and advancing into the world, and has become unstoppable! What is the third issue we should clinch firmly in order to accomplish our historical mission of national renaissance? It is to hold firmly onto the big “issue of America.” Comrade Mao Zedong taught us that we must have a resolute and correct political orientation. What is our key, correct orientation? It is to solve the issue of America. This appears to be shocking, but the logic is actually very simple. Comrade He Xin put forward a very fundamental judgment that is very reasonable. He asserted in his report to the Party Central Committee: The renaissance of China is in fundamental conflict with the western strategic interest, and therefore will inevitably be obstructed by the western countries doing everything they can. So, only by breaking the blockade formed by the western countries headed by the United States can China grow and move towards the world! Would the United States allow us to go out to gain new living space? First, if the United States is firm in blocking us, it is hard for us to do anything significant to Taiwan and some other countries! Second, even if we could snatch some land from Taiwan, Vietnam, India, or even Japan, how much more living space can we get? Very trivial! Only countries like the United States, Canada and Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization. Therefore, solving the “issue of America” is the key to solving all other issues. First, this makes it possible for us to have many people migrate there and even establish another China under the same leadership of the CCP. America was originally discovered by the ancestors of the yellow race, but Columbus gave credit to the white race. We the descendents of the Chinese nation are entitled to the possession of the land! It is said that the residents of the yellow race have a very low social status in United States. We need to liberate them. Second, after solving the “issue of America,” the western countries in Europe would bow to us, not to mention to Taiwan, Japan and other small countries. Therefore, solving the “issue of America” is the mission assigned to CCP members by history. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century, a century in which the CCP leads the world. We, as revolutionary humanitarians, do not want deaths. But if history confronts us with a choice between deaths of Chinese and those of Americans, we’d have to pick the latter, as, for us, it is more important to safeguard the lives of the Chinese people and the life of our Party. That is because, after all, we are Chinese and members of the CCP. Since the day we joined the CCP, the Party’s life has always been above all else! History will prove that we made the right choice. Now, when I am about to finish my speech, you probably understand why we conducted this online survey. Simply put, through conducting this online survey we wanted to know whether the people would rise against us if one day we secretly adopt resolute means to “clean up” America. Would more people support us or oppose us? This is our basic judgment: if our people approve of shooting at prisoners of war, women and children, then they would approve our “cleaning up” America. For over twenty years, China has been enjoying peace, and a whole generation has not been tested by war. In particular, since the end of World War II, there have been many changes in the formats of war, the concept of war and the ethics of war. Especially since the collapse of the former Soviet Union and Eastern European Communist states, the ideology of the West has come to dominate the world as a whole, and the Western theory of human nature and Western view of human rights have increasingly disseminated among the young people in China. Therefore, we were not very sure about the people’s attitude. If our people are fundamentally opposed to “cleaning up” America, we will, of course, have to adopt corresponding measures. Why didn’t we conduct the survey through administrative means instead of through the web? We did what we did for a good reason. First of all, we did it to reduce artificial inference and to make sure that we got the true thoughts of the people. In addition, it is more confidential and won’t reveal the true purpose of our survey. But what is most important is the fact that most of the people who are able to respond to the questions online are from social groups that are relatively well-educated and intelligent. They are the hard-core and leading groups that play a decisive role among our people. If they support us, then the people as a whole will follow us; if they oppose us, they will play the dangerous role of inciting people and creating social disturbance. What turned out to be very comforting is they did not turn in a blank test paper. In fact, they turned in a test paper with a score of over 80. This is the excellent fruition of our Party’s work in propaganda and education over the past few decades. Of course, a few people under the Western influence have objected to shooting at prisoners of war and women and children. Some of them said, “It is shocking and scary to witness so many people approving of shooting at women and children. Is everybody crazy?” Some others said, “The Chinese love to label themselves as a peace-loving people, but actually they are the most ruthless people. The comments are resonant of killing and murdering, sending chills to my heart.” Although there are not too many people holding this kind of viewpoint and they will not affect the overall situation in any significant way, but we still need to strengthen the propaganda to respond to this kind of argument. That is to vigorously propagate Comrade He Xin’s latest article, which has already been reported to the central government. You may look it up on the website. If you get on the website using key words to search, you will find out that a while ago, comrade He Xin pointed out to the Hong Kong Business News during an interview that: “The US has a shocking conspiracy.” According to what he had in hand, from September 27 to October 1, 1995, the Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachëv Foundation, funded by the United States, gathered 500 of the world’s most important statesmen, economic leaders and scientists, including George W. Bush (he was not the US president at the time), the Baroness Thatcher, Tony Blair, Zbigniew Brzezinski, as well as George Soros, Bill Gates, futurist John Naisbitt, etc., all of the world’s most popular characters, in the San Francisco Fairmont hotel for a high-level round table conference, discussing problems about globalization and how to guide humanity to move forward into the 21st century. According to what He Xin had in hand, the outstanding people of the world in attendance thought that in the 21st century a mere 20% of the world’s population will be sufficient to maintain the world’s economy and prosperity, the other 80% or 4/5 of the world’s population will be human garbage unable to produce new values. The people in attendance thought that this excess 80% population would be a trash population and “high-tech” means should be used to eliminate them gradually. Since the enemies are secretly planning to eliminate our population, we certainly cannot be infinitely merciful and compassionate to them. Comrade He Xin’s article came out at the right time, it has proven the correctness of our tit for tat battle approach, has proven Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s great foresight to deploy against the United States military strategy. Certainly, in spreading Comrade He Xin’s views, we cannot publish the article in the party newspapers, in order to avoid raising the enemy’s vigilance. He Xin’s conversation may remind the enemy that we have grasped the modern science and technology, including “clean” nuclear technology, gene weapons technology as well as biological weapons technology, and we can use powerful measures to eliminate their population on a large-scale. The last problem I want to talk about is of firmly seizing the preparations for military battle. Currently, we are at the cross road of moving forward or backward. Some comrades saw problems flooding everywhere in our country—the corruption problem, the state-owned enterprise problem, the bank’s bad accounts problem, environmental problems, society security problems, education problems, the AIDS problem, various appeals problem, even the riots problem. These comrades vacillated in the determination to prepare for the military battle. They thought; they should first grab the political reform problem, that is, our own political reform comes first. After resolving the domestic problems, we can then deal with the foreign military battle problem. This reminds me of the crucial period in 1948 in the Chinese revolution. At that time, the People’s Liberation Army’s “horses were drinking water” in Yangtze River, but they faced extremely complex situations and difficult problems everywhere in the liberated areas, and the central authority received emergency reports daily. What to do? Should we stop to manage rear areas and internal matters first before moving forward, or press on to pass the Yangtze River with one vigorous effort? Chairman Mao, with his extraordinary wisdom and mettle, gave the marching order “Carry on the revolution to the end,” and liberated all of China. The previously thought “serious” conflicting problems were all resolved in this great forward moving revolutionary wave. Now, it seems like we are in the same critical period as the “horses were drinking water” in the Yangtze River days in the revolutionary era, as long as we firmly seize the most basic principle of preparing for the military battle. The central committee believes, as long as we resolve the United States problem at one blow, our domestic problems will all be readily solved. Therefore, our military battle preparation appears to aim at Taiwan, but in fact is aimed at the United States, and the preparation is far beyond the scope of attacking aircraft carriers or satellites. Marxism pointed out that violence is the midwife for the birth of the new society. Therefore war is the midwife for the birth of China’s century. As war approaches, I am full of hope for our next generation.

In England it’s not a question of how many Whites but of how many English. In the UK as a whole, it’s how many British Whites. As Best I can tell, England is around 82% to 84% English. That’s bad. One thing I’d consider for comparison’s sake is the popularity of the 14 words. To me, it’s pretty thin gruel, but look at the impact it’s had. While a deeply philosophical document is certainly warranted and needed, we also need - perhaps more urgently - a populist manifesto that can be absorbed and disseminated by the type of people who end up on the front lines and in prison. People who may be impatient with ten-dollar words and philosophy for philosophy’s sake. Pragmatic people who need a ideology that can sustain them under adverse circumstances. Maybe something that can, eventually, supplant Christianity as a source of solace and strength. But maybe that is something for another project. Whatever you come up with, I’m sure that it will be excellent, just as everything you write here is excellent. I look forward to reading it - keep up the great work. 64

Vint, Medical Research Laboratory, Kenya, Africa, published reports (1934) of “examinations of the cerebral cortex of 100 representative adult native brains (not including samples from prisons or mental hospitals) which were compared with European brains.” He found that the “supragranular layer of the Negro cortex was about 14% thinner than Whites”. The whole anterior frontal area on one or both sides may be removed without loss of consciousness. During the amputation the individual may continue to talk, unaware of the fact that he is being deprived of the area which most distinguishes his brain from that of a chimpanzee. After its removal there will be a defect but he may well not appreciate it himself. Thirty (30%) of Whites are so equipped. The differences in thickness of the supragranular layers of the cortex of White and Negro brains is the difference between civilization and savagery. Neoconservative commentator Mark Steyn writes in America Alone, “If you can’t outbreed the enemy, cull ‘em.” Likewise, abortion has been promoted as a way of reducing the population of the poor. Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood and member of the Eugenics Society wrote in 1922: “Those least fit to carry on the race are increasing most rapidly… Funds that should be used to raise the standard of our civilisation are diverted to maintenance of those who should never have been born.” Despite disproportionate use by African Americans of abortion services, their birth rate remains higher than replacement level while European American’s population continues to decline. Similar disparities exist in Europe. In 2005, 64,000 children were born in Norway of two foreign-born parents in comparison with only 13,800 children born to native Norwegian parents. Immigration in combination with higher non-European birth rates has resulted in projected transformation of majorities into minorities. Journalist Eric Walberg blames the downfall of Europe on neoliberalism while author Michael Hoffman blames moral degeneracy. “The non-reproducing (i.e. self-exterminating) Whites of Europe and America live for luxury.” Yet, Europeans have always been a global minority. Even pre-Christian Romans often recommended later marriage as a display of patience and chastity while in other cultures women typically produced their first baby at 14 or 15. Many white Australians already feel that they are losing their ancestral homeland to a massive influx of Third World migrants hostile or indifferent to the ethnic interests of the host society. … The simple fact is that a multi-racial immigration policy is not obviously and necessarily in the best interests of white Australians.” Exactly. I do agree that centralising concepts in the manner you suggest is not only important, but crucial to vigorous action in the popular sphere. But it is as difficult to achieve said centralisation as any other political persuasion.
At the end of last year I met a European nationalist at Gatwick, at his request. We talked for about four hours, in the way that we folks do when we encounter like minds. It was a good discussion. But during it I ventured the opinion, not exactly unknown here, that NS contains elements of fictive teleology which render it unsuitable to the modern age. Suddenly, I was confronted with a burst of feeling. My friend spoke with a force and sincerity in favour of NS that was completed unexpected, describing it as the perfected form of European national striving.
Of course, I wasn’t going to continue my line of argument. I listened and moved the discussion on to other areas of interest. But what chance would I have had of convincing this very European, very Idealist thinker that the materialist Anglo-American approach had anything whatsoever to offer over and above NS?
For me, the problem is clear. We philosophical Anglos have no foundational ideas that we can communicate. So we have absolutely no choice but to theorise and enunciate a complete philosophy of life for the European, arising out of the experience of being - of Dasein - and presence in the same, and expanding in its general trajectory to address the evolution of our sociobiology, and out of sociobiology our distinctiveness and our character, and again, out of this specificity, the natural roots of our interests. Let what is forever be - that should be our motto.
Only when this work is well advanced can we make gestures in the direction of the political with any realistic hope of drawing the wider nationalist world towards us. But that has to be the aim, and in that, my friend, you are right.
