Besides the broadly important complaints to be filed against Youtube.com - namely, on the matter of free speech, which it does Not reasonably maintain; and that it has been reliant on massive public funds from every which way (think even of the education and scholarships provided its tech background and support) to provide its infrastructure; which should correspond to its responsibility to the public commons (including White advocacy!) in its claims to exoneration as a ‘platform not a publisher’, while clearly acting as a publisher - thus liable for its editorial censorship of White advocacy - I have a few complaints against Youtube.com from a peronal perspective, having had one of my Youtube channels cancelled.
Firstly, I received no warning.
I believe a warning is in order, especially given the vaguery of its rules and the human need to push back against the injustice of its apparent rules (again, such as prohibiting the explicit defense of our people from destruction).
And, if they claim to know what your channel or content should be shut down for, then, along with the warning, they should point you to the offensive material and give a chance to edit it, if not argue for its integrity.
Next, if they are going to be so indignant as to delete your channel or particular posts, they should be required to release your work, so that you may have your private property back and republish the files elsewhere.
In my case, I had saved just about all of my files on my hard drive and so republished them on Bitchute.
However, for example, I accidentally did not save the best version of “Hitler/Nazism were Not White Nationalist - Part 1”, and I should be able to have back a copy of that, my property.
Other Youtube creators call attention to the fact that Youube generates money from viewership and corresponding data of their creators channels but even cancels channels that are highly profitable; moreover, regarding monetized channels, they retain the monies from the last partial month of a terminated channel, including the portion that was due the Channel creator.
But whether censuring large or small channels for whatever reasons they conjure, they have weighted the scales clearly as a publisher and are thus liable.
...either that, or subject to anti trust liability for gross abuse of the public commons.
