The US Supreme Court Waits For the Perfect Opportunity to Disarm the People Bloomberg reports that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear a landmark case on the Second Amendment (right of “the people” to keep and bear arms with military intent). The last time the Court heard a Second Amendment case was 1939—yielding an ambiguous decision. So why the long wait to rule on such an important issue as the right of the people to overthrow a despotic government with their own militia? It appears the Supreme Court was waiting for the perfectly bad opportunity:
Washington D.C. is among the most extreme outliers imaginable for testing law—and particularly with the high population of blacks and crime rate through the roof, it represents the nearly perfect opportunity for the Supreme Court to grab the weapons from all of “the people”. Here are some of the would be despots solemnly presenting yet another case of gun crime in the nation’s pathological capitol: And here are the rank orderings of Washington D.C., compared to the 50 states, in various attributes showing just how pathologically perfect it is for a despotic ruling: District of Columbia Attribute RankingsSorted by distance from the middle (26).Square brackets indicate a lower-half ranking for that variable.

I have a hard time thinking the court will take this head on, as it is in weakened state as is and does not need to put itself further in the crosshairs. That is, any ohio Reagan democrats/independents finally thinking of voting democrat again will be pushed back into the Republican camp with an anti-gun ruling. I don’t think even the liberals on the supreme court will want that. 3

Remember that the court is as far to the right as it has been for decades. In nearly every other aspect, I view the newly conservative court with a degree of suspicion & revulsion, but this is the first court in a long time (and likely the last one we will have for some time to come) which would be likely to rule on gun laws in a way that restores some degree of our 2nd amendment protections. I hope I am right about that. 4

Here is a law banning what MANY of the Founders wrote is a RIGHT of citizens when a government no longer represents them: Section 2385. Several Founders specifically wrote of the people’s right to abolish a government when it no longer represents them. We are forced to live under an elite’s TYRANNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5

One of my all-time favorite films. I think every person of a mind to post at a site like this could identify with Falling Down on some level. A virtual documentary on the plight of the displaced, disaffected white Middle American male. The overblown Nazi caricature, inserted as a counterbalance to the pro-white overtones in the beginning of the film, is so ridiculous that most true nationalists would probably rejoice in his destruction.
Calm down, sir or madam. Isn’t there a game on? Hasn’t a new Wal-Mart opened up on Main Street? Isn’t Grey’s Anatomy a fascinating show? Aren’t you glad those humble, virtuous Mexicans are working so hard on our lawns and dirty dishes? 7

Ah, how could I forget? The great nepenthe. Opiate of our masses. A highly entertaining film which shows the medication of society’s logical conclusion is Equilibrium, starring Christian Bale of Batman Begins fame. This film shows psychiatric drugs turning people into near-zombies, associates hate crime laws with violent totalitarianism, belittles polygraphy (another field of fraudulent junk science given a position of prestige mainly because of television), and features a very Aryan-looking hero battling a Negro nemesis. The method with which he dispatches said nemesis is worth the price of admission alone. Equilibrium was released quite quietly in the United States - I’m not even sure it had a theatrical run. It’s not hard to see why. 8

Posted by JR on Mon, 03 Dec 2007 22:59 | # Rob R., Did you know in Canada, many prime ministers have had 7 letters in their name? It’s a prime number. Also, by mathematical standards, a unique number. However, in America, the president has 4 letters in his last name. the word Nazi also has four letters in it. It can be squared, rooted, multiplied by 2; in other words, easily manipulated. Also, the four letters comes before 5 which is the number of letters in the name Adolf (excluding Adolph) and preceding the 6 letters in the name Hitler, same as the first name of George Bush. Now it makes so much sense that the country is oppressing it’s people and murdering other citizens of this planet.
By the way, using Michael Moore math and statistics is like learning how to read from hooked on phonics played backwards. In my opinion. Post a comment:

Augh!
In a more civilized era these despotic judges (and their twisted logic) could be [forcibly] removed from their positions of authority by irate citizens.
Not in these United States. We must do what our Harvard, Princeton, and Yale law school graduates tell us and marvel at their pretzel logic used to curtail our freedoms.
If I saw any of these leftist, despotic Supreme Court justices walking the street I’d be awfully tempted to ape Michael Douglas’ character in “Falling Down”.
