Murphy’s remarks were seconded by Newcastle’s Assistant CEO, Paul Rubinstein, whose name( if it isnt racially misleading) would indicate that this English city isnt as ‘hideously White’ as the doubtless Irish-immigrant-descended Murphy would have us believe.

The offending remark:-

Why, then, is the Third World as it is?

The plaintiff trying to appear non-racist:-

“In my view, every civilised country benefits from the influx of immigrants, integrating within that country’s culture, but whether people agree with that or not isn’t the point,” he said.

People aren’t free to disagree with that.  Why else are Nick Griffin and Mark Collett being re-tried?

Someone should tell Mr. Rubinstein that Israel is “hideously Jewish”.

That is not enough.  Someone should mention that the Board of Deputies of British Jews is hideously Jewish.  I want to sit on that board, just as (at least) two Jews sit on the U.S. Supreme Court and Jews Warman, Cotler, and Caplin orchestrate the extermination of the Canadian people from within the Canadian government.

Murphy’s offense is extraordinary in its brazenness.  It abandons all normal multicultural pretense.  Immigration and multiculturalism are not advanced as beneficial to the indigenes.  The native English are instead portrayed as a “hideous” blight to be cleansed from their own homeland.

I believe Pamela is pointing out to us that British coal mines have almost all been closed, thus relieving the inhabitants of this fair isle of ever again being accused of “taking coals to Necastle”.  Meanwhile, boatloads of the stuff are imported from Australia.  Whiteness, therefore, has a certain extra piquancy for those of a nostalgic or, possibly, old-fashioned socialist disposition.

You may however agree (or not) with Newcastle Lib Dem councillor Peter Arnold, who believes that England can no longer be considered a nation, as it is too ethnically diverse.

Scotland, Wales and Ireland are fairly homogeneous nations, each with its own clearly defined character and culture. That is why devolution (or independence) has been quite successful in all three. In England, the picture is far more complex. There are millions of Scots, Welsh and Irish living in England. I read your post on the link.  Nasser Hussain was born in Madras to an Indian father and an English mother who converted to Islam.  Colin Charvis was born in Birmingham and appears to be 50% negro.

The English and the Welsh are what they are: the products of their respective lineages.  That does not include sub-Continentals or Africans.  One has to be perfectly clear about this.  The “mongrels r us” line is untrue in perpetuity.  Assimilation of other Northern European peoples, and Atlantic in the case of the Welsh, is possible in small numbers because the genetic distance is modest.  Black and Indian admixture does not result in English or Welsh people.  The line ceases there.
