The County Sheriff America’s Last Hope by Richard Mack an Oath Keeper

Posted by James Bowery on Saturday, 31 October 2009 20:22.

If the following video’s message catches on, it may obviate or even facilitate the Actuarial Militia Reform.  My addendum to Sheriff Macks’ message is simply this:  Before going into your sheriff to demand that he uphold his oath, gather signatures from the men of your county pledging your lives, your fortunes and your sacred honor to support your county sheriff when he resists unlawful authority.

At the risk of being a one-noter: Thanks for posting this.

Guys like this sheriff (to put it in American parlance): They kick ass. And they have a lot of support.

“Guys like this sheriff…kick ass and they have alot of support.”

You have to live in a rural area to understand just what one has with the office of Sheriff. Truly, it is our best defence.
A rural county like, Skamania County Washington, which is located near a major metro area, Portland Oregon, has to deal with urban crime and the PC attitude that seems to encourage a safe place for criminals.
I met the Sheriff of Skamania County, impressed is an understatement! He was on top of a search and rescue that was a life saver for the missing child. The local Sheriff seldom gets the credit in the media that they deserve and the alphabet organizations get to polish their awards with little mention of the local guys. However, the local people understand just who it is they call when they need help and that is why there is ground support for the local sheriff…
An example;

Dave’s a good sheriff and while the Portland Seven were not a direct threat to the residents of Skamania County, I do like the idea of keeping shooting ranges reserved for the locals and their guests so I supported kicking them out. The search and rescue operations, of which I witnessed several heroic operations, are not the kind of heroics needed to stand up to the Federal government.  And really, as County Chair, he could have shown more support for the needed reforms in the Washington State Republican Party when he was supporting McCain.  I just hope he shows better commitment to his oath as President of the Western Sheriff’s Association.  As the Ron Paul campaign coordinator there, I can attest to the exceptional committment to Constitutional limits on Federal powers by the residents.

I’m willing to bet Mack would be nonplussed if it were suggested to him that his people have an interest in genetic continuity, and concomitantly, miscegenation is severely damaging to attaining that end.  Especially so if his interlocutor asserted that the survival of the group is immeasurably more important than the ‘freedom’ to miscegenate.  “Righteous” indignation typical of Constitution cultist Judeo-Christian ‘Kwans would most likely be his response.

I remember one such character from Takimag who called himself “Dunvegy” said he was concerned about rising instances of miscegenation, but, as he fought in the ‘Nam for “freedom,” he would be damned if the Constitution was displaced for the higher good of the survival of our race.  “Freedom forever!”, he said.  LOL!

About half of the “Constitutionalists” think the 14th Amendment means states have no rights.  They need to be informed they aren’t Constitutionalists at all and that the 14th Amendment was not only an unnecessary imposition on states rights given the 13th, but that it was passed under circumstances that rendered it little more than an act of vengeance on the South by the North—not a legitimately adopted Amendment.

Indeed, once slavery had been abolished in the South by the Civil War and adoption of the 13th in the North, the proper course of action was to respect any remaining demands for secession not implying the continuation of slavery.  That the Federal government did not so-respect such demands for state sovereignty is proof of its illegitimacy from that day to this.  If its a “badge of slavery” to keep individuals from voting with their feet then it is an even worse form of slavery to keep entire states from doing so.  Until the Feds clean up their act, they deserve less respect than the southern slave owners did during the Civil War.

I heard Mack on the Sam Bushman show (same network as the Political Cesspool), apparently two County Sheriff’s he’s in contact with are on the verge of arresting IRS agents for prosecuting people without a/the law. I know post somewhere on this site about the issue…

Excellent points by James Bowery.  (In case any are wondering what the term “the Civil War” refers to, it refers to Lincoln’s War of Northern Aggression.)
