The senseless killing of George Floyd - and what it tells us about the stain of systemic racism - has had a profound impact on all of us.
It has made us question ourselves about what we can do to help tackle racism - and drive inclusion within our organization and in society as a whole.
This is our response - it’s going to drive change in what we make and who makes it. It’s a big leap forward - and we’ll have more to announce in the coming weeks.

Hall was announcing a £100 million fund to increase diversity and inclusion in BBC television over the next three years. BBC radio also announced its own £12 million commitment to the same.
Although known to be pro-Israel, Hall isn’t Jewish, nor is his replacement Tim Davie. Other big hitters include Head of Creative Diversity Miranda Wayland and her boss June Sarpong MBE , both are black women. Yes, Jews support immigrants but as PA often say “Britain is a Christian country” so it should be no surprise that the Church does rather more of that, only they show Christian humility and don’t boast about it so much.
Not that it matters to Collett. He just wants you to concentrate on the Jews and read “wonderous” Mein Kampf.
