The Blogosphere According to Google Hates Pat Buchanan’s Book A quick survey of blogs according to Google shows that 85% of the bloggers hate Pat Buchanan’s currently #1 Amazon book “State of Emergency: The Third World Invasion and Conquest of America”. A question immediately comes to mind: Why the profound disconnect between the bloggers and the buyers? One is to expect this sort of response out of the mainstream media but what is it about bloggers that makes them so in tune with the mainstream media and out of tune with the people on this issue? Posted by Top on Wed, 23 Aug 2006 17:00 | # This is an excellent question James. I think there are several factors involved in trying to find an answer. Here is my take: One: Most bloggers are journalist wanna-bes, with social climbing aspirations. Many of them dream of making an impact beyond their daily blogs and eventually making it in MSM. They thus sacrifice intellectual integrity and critical thinking for political correctness and group-think. This is how they think they will get ahead. Two: Many bloggers have an elitist attitude where they think they are better than the common man. This is a common toxic attitude of Euros ‘elites’ everywhere and one of our greatest weaknesses. A country boy coming to the city will slam the ones he left behind to get ahead in the ‘society’. He will want to show how he is morally elevated above the ‘rednecks’ he left behind. Steve Sailer talks about this quite a bit. Our ethnic enemies are only too happy to exploit this tendency when it comes to class divisions. Three: Many non-white bloggers on the left are nothing more than ethnic activists campaigning for their perceived interests, and will aggresively attack anything that they perceive will hurt their group previleges in the West. These people don’t really count as far as I am concerned when it comes to discussing majority rights. Four: Our ethnic enemies have invested the most effort in propaganda campaigns targetting young people - and bloggers tend to be young… not to mention gullible. As they get older they will become more critical. The good news is that if a young person is on our side, then there is very little that will change their positions, whereas many of the anti-West types (who are white) are just waiting to be converted. You have do be really dense to go against your interests in order to support someone else’s - especially those who don’t care about you and want see you gone. Many young white people are starting to figure this out. 4

Semper Fi! 6

If Buchanan had singled out Muslims he’d be getting rave reviews from the blogosphere. Immigration has already led to splits in the “conservative” blogosphere. The usually friendly disagreements at NR’s The Corner often turn nasty when immigration comes up. The previously pro-Bush (and widely read) Polipundit went into disarray and ended with all the pro-amnesty bloggers being kicked out. A couple of neocon blogs that I monitor dropped the immigration issue altogether when the bloggers’ support for Bush’s amnesty led to division and acrimony where previously there’d been almost total unanimity. So far most of the heavy hitters (neocons and fellow travellers) have ignored Buchanan’s book. Maybe they are still working on a coordinated response. They have to be careful because a book like this could drive a wedge between them and the conservatives whose patriotism has, thus far, been channelled towards neocon goals. 10
Posted by Nick Tamiroff on Wed, 23 Aug 2006 20:09 | # Matra-your analysis is obviously on target and scary,to say the least. If the neocons don’t stop checking their billfolds every day,and start watching out for their childrens’future, this society is down the tubes. Can you imangine a country politic run by Dean,Pelosi,Kennedy,Hillary,Rangel,Gore,Kerry,Boxer,et.al.?Shit,it would be time to move to Iceland or Finland.People,we are in a world of shit;if we don’t,as always in the past, rise up,and say ENOUGH!,than our demise is of our own making.God help us&Cheers;. 11
Posted by On Holliday on Wed, 23 Aug 2006 20:53 | # Nick, I never called JJR a “cunt.” At most, I approved of someone else labeling him thus. I did call Sailer a turd, which he most certainly is. If I am a “pinhead”, then this site can do worse by having more such “pinheads”, rather than laughably written chest-beating excursions into nothingness. 12
Posted by Al Ross on Wed, 23 Aug 2006 22:47 | # Nick, I believe it was one of my favourite bloggers, Geoff Beck, who described JJR in such an impressively succinct manner. 13
Posted by Antietam on Thu, 24 Aug 2006 16:53 | # Something needs to be done about this. It is bad enough to have the mainstream media dumping on us. It’s even worse having bloggers slandering racialists. There is no reason why racialists cannot exploit this medium to get our message out. Anyone can put up a blog. Few people have the resources or talent to launch a newspaper or television station. If there were hundreds, thousands of racialist interlinked blogs, we would be making a lot more noise than we currently are. I notice Buchanan has a new blog now. Perhaps he is thinking along the same lines. Post a comment:
