And did those feet in ancient time…

The Telegraph reports that:

(Prehistoric Britons) were able to travel between settlements with pinpoint accuracy thanks to a complex network of hilltop monuments.

These covered much of southern England and Wales and included now famous landmarks such as Stonehenge and The Mount.New research suggests that they were built on a connecting grid of isosceles triangles that ‘point’ to the next site.

Many are 100 miles or more away, but GPS co-ordinates show all are accurate to within 100 metres.

This provided a simple way for ancient Britons to navigate successfully from A to B without the need for maps…

According to historian and writer Tom Brooks…

‘‘So advanced, sophisticated and accurate is the geometrical surveying now discovered, that we must review fundamentally the perception of our Stone Age forebears as primitive, or conclude that they received some form of external guidance.”

I await Thomas Cahill’s new edition of The Gifts of the Jews: How a Tribe of Desert Nomads Changed the Way Everyone Thinks and Feels wherein he describes the “external guidance” received by the Stone Age forebears of the Britons as the wanderings of Abraham with his son Isaac bringing the light of their advanced culture to the ignorant savages.

Murder, Mumia And Michael Stone:  The Theory, Practice And Consequences Of Blanket Dismissal

Posted by Guest Blogger on Sunday, 13 September 2009 19:15.

by Alexander Baron

In 1999, I developed a theory that I called The Wizard Of Oz Syndrome to explain the cause of state repression. Although the phrase is not original – I thought it was ! - I believe that the ideas expounded therein show us the root cause of the problem: individuals in the service of the state are never but never held personally accountable for their actions, so they can and do, do whatever they damn well please, which often as not is make the lives of innocent people a misery.

Ironically, the one place where this doesn’t happen is the new China. Although China is most definitely a repressive society by Western standards, its government takes a dim view of civil servants who exploit or endanger its citizens, and severe punishments – including public executions – have been meted out to transgressors.

The inspiration for The Wizard Of Oz Syndrome was sad, and at times painful, personal experience. The inspiration for the Theory Of Blanket Dismissal was also personal experience, though thankfully of a marginally less painful kind, the kind of pain that comes from banging   one’s own head repeatedly against a brick wall.

So what is this theory? Although I didn’t mention it by name, I touched on it in a speech I delivered in Central London on September 17, 2005 when I alluded to some beliefs in the political sphere as revealed truths, because “No amount of reason, evidence, logic or rational argument will ever convince the true believer otherwise.”

The Theory Of Blanket Dismissal is something which extends far beyond the purely political sphere, including at times most damagingly for some people into the field of police work, criminal and related investigations. I am not alluding here to the phenomenon of cognitive dissonance, which is thoroughly documented – though painfully ignored time and time again. I am talking about something that goes far deeper.

To illustrate this theory, and how it works in practice, I propose to examine two high profile murder convictions, the case of Michael Stone in the UK, and that of Mumia Abu-Jamal in the United States.

The unbearable heaviness of pomo individualism

by pf

Clever title, eh?

I’ve been in the garbage again: wading around, searching for discarded bank statements and soiled swimwear catalogues to set me straight fiscally and corporeally.  In these hard economic times, sometimes all a white nationalist can do is to racially preserve themselves; following a personalized version of the 14 words: I must secure the existence of my[white]self, and a future for my[white]self.

But I have also gone down into the subterranean world of young 20-something college children, which is a spiritual form of dumpster diving.  There lie the half-eaten crisp bags of the soul - or, to put it more prosaically - from there you can survey the wreckage of modern ideas as they impact a fledgling group of people who would otherwise probably be productive members of society.  I’m going to describe them in a way that makes my essentialist views of the universe seem like the only solution to their plight, while portraying myself as a heroic intellectual savant who views these people from a higher plane with a mixture of compassion and laughing superiority.

Ready?

Beowulf-like, I ventured boldly into the realm of the soulless iPod-punchers, my self-effacing smile and small-talk girded round me like a coat of mail. Thrusting into the thick of battle, I frequented many a coffee shop and participated in many a casual discussion.  Of other war-thegns there were few; nary a one to lend PF aid in doing deeds of prowess.  And yet miraculously, here I am typing this.  Praise Wotan!

What did my furious, berserkr-like fits of socializing reveal about the core and essence of a generation that has had the soul ripped out of it by postmodernism?

OK, so what am I really trying to say?

You destroy our idea of ourselves as a group, as a social organism - so that nothing positive can be said about community life that isn’t based on some newly minted grouping or bureaucratic initiative: no forms of organic prior relation can be discussed or experienced.  The result is that the social element of life is basically taken away, even though people still socialize.  Its rendered neutral.  It has to arise in opposition to the dominant forces which are constantly reorganizing it.

Similar shopping opportunities and a similar-colored passport is what connects us.  The motto of our social life could be this: No past, no essence, no mystery, and no purpose!

People are mixed up so nothing can be organic, and we attempt to structure social life RATIONALLY according to models we have about how it works.  Ask a neuroscientist how a human brain works: he doesn’t know.  Ask a moral philosopher how a human society operates - it turns out, he will be more certain than the neuroscientist.  His area of expertise is still mostly pre-scientific, which inspires confidence in one’s own ability to tease out conceptual symmetries and showcase them as verities.

The burden is on the individual to somehow, by virtue of his own little existence, “justify” all this; since it is ostensibly for him that all this is being accomplished or realized.  And by all this, I mean the whole modern cultural establishment which exists apparently to no higher end than the individual’s right to fun.

Apparently, shopping was all that this was ever about.  All that struggle, all those centuries of work - it was in the end, really all about shopping.  Strangely anti-climatic, this history of ours.  It begins with Homer, or if you like, Ginnungagap, and ends with this.

Well, that just doesn’t make any sense. Its probably why Rory and Shlockum are out drinking every weekend [Rory and Shlokum are common names of college students].

You don’t have to be philosophically sophisticated to sense a lack of purpose and belief.  People have fine feelers for those things, like a woman senses a man’s intentions sometimes, especially if she accidentally finds a stray bit of ‘gear’ in the closet.  If our frankfurt-school philosopher kings had accurate maps of all our social feelers, maybe they’d understand why we all hate each other in our little utopian social enclosure they made for us.  Maybe they’d understand why, when they reach in to pet us, we fly out trying to score that lucky bite into soft yielding eye-flesh.  We don’t want to spin in our wheel anymore, or play in our network of colourful tubes!

A lack of purpose is demoralizing, goddamn it.

The Nuremberg Precedents Come Home To Roost

Oath Keepers is an interesting military take-off on the evangelical Promise Keepers.  The subtext of this conflation is basically: “Women tend to be faithless to men whose promises are no good, so if you don’t want to be cuckolded by your wife, you better keep your oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.”

200 IQ Bar Bouncer from Montana

Diamed, Devil’s advocate.  Or how to be fair to opposing points of view.

There is a minor sub-set of people I talk to who know all the facts about racial IQ gaps,  differential fertility rates, criminal propensities, immigration levels, the whole shebang – and yet, because they do not think racially, they are not in the least concerned about the future.

Could it actually be that they are right? Here are a few arguments that seem to support them.

A) The economy can only support so many unskilled workers. Once business- and economy-fixated people notice their quality of life going down and make the connection to unskilled immigrants ... once they start going unemployed, facing sky-rocketing taxes or property values, over-crowded roads, etc, then, regardless of their own race, they’ll decide that immigration must stop.

Even assuming businesses will continue to import Third Worlders so long as it makes them a profit (albeit at the expense of the country at large) that is still a finite number. At some point every possible job dumb people can do will be filled, and it would not profit the business to hire any more. This still leaves a large segment of the population that can live off the 100 IQ and up niche jobs. The economy can’t replace all whites, so whites will still do just fine under this new population mix.

B) By failing to deliver the very progress it touts, liberalism - the age of pity and excuses and handouts for minorities - is losing sway. Home-schooling and private schooling is up, people are skeptical about global warming, practically every state in the US has concealed carry laws now, a “three strikes and you’re out”, get-tough approach on crime, and state after state is banning affirmative action. With good laws, whites can live around bad races because the latter are kept under control.

To do what we must to remain who we are

Posted by Guessedworker on Saturday, 27 December 2008 17:35.

There may be in the cup
A spider steep’d, and one may drink, depart,
And yet partake no venom, for his knowledge
Is not infected: but if one present
The abhorr’d ingredient to his eye, make known
How he hath drunk, he cracks his gorge, his sides,
With violent hefts. I have drunk,
and seen the spider.

A Winter’s Tale, Act 2. Scene 1, speech of Leontes, King of Sicilia

For reasons of familiarity, where a single national model has had to be used for discussion here I have used a post-Britain England - a nation freed from the British yoke, and contemplating anew the grounds for citizenship.  But this essay is about the ethics of the preservation of all the peoples native to Western Europe.  If a white ethno-state ever solidifies in the North American continent it would be adaptable to that too.

It is an essay of three parts.  The first explores the preservation of our ethnic being as the principle upon which citizenship qualification must rest.  The second is about the rights of the collective over those of the individual. The last is about the primacy of justice for all the wrongs done to us these last six decades over justice for all those who find themselves nationless through no fault of their own.

Jus sanguinis endogamous

Ethnic cleansing, forced removals, racial purity, the one drop rule ... these are some of the names that have been given to that spider in the cup.  Some are more vexing than others ... vexing, that is, to one steeped only in the morals and sensibilities of the liberalism that has gripped the West since the end of World War Two.  But any thinking nationalist who is seriously intent on confronting the issue of blood, soil and citizenship in a post-liberal age must arm himself with an ethical counterweight to these morals and sensibilities - one that licences the survival of his people.

The legal basis for citizenship of a modern Western nation tends to be drawn as widely as possible.  Birth to at least one citizen by blood (Jus sanguinis), birth within the borders of the nation (Jus solis), and naturalization are usually all thrown into the mix.  As a crowd-puller, it works only too well.
